Just a great comfy stay. Very close to town center. It is December but the room was hot. We turned off the heating and opened a window then it became fine.

Cold borring hotel, pool very cold and small, sauna not so warm. Here up to chistmas wouæd espect some cdecorations. But nothing at alæ. My wife and me was disapointed.

Very clean hotel. Overall good service. I found that the towels needed to be replaced with newer ones as the ones in our room were like sand paper on our skin. The breakfast was excellent, however the dishes we tried in the restaurant at night were not very tasty The location is outstanding as with a short walk there are many shops and restaurants. I recommend this hotel.

Its an ok little hotel with quite good location and partking close. However I am bit surprised this hotel keeps a 5* rating. When it was new it was a very nice one, but now you see signs here and there its been around for awhile. Absurd price for the breakfast which for some reason was not included in our booking (prob my fault, but should not be an option to exclude on 5*)

The room was very good, everything worked. Loved the cartridge coffee and tea machine. No iron or ironing board. They have a pool, but I didn’t find a fitness room. Convenient, 10 minute walk to train station 5 minutes to downtown, nice walking path along river. Good bar and restaurant.

Excellent hotel with convenient location just five minutes walk from the old city centre, through the Holsten Tor. Very easy to reach by car, and there are outdoor parking spaces as well as the hotel's own parking garage underneath the building. Big and comfortable rooms, very good bathroom. One drawback was that from our room we didn't have a nice view, saw mainly the roof of the part of the building underneath. Another remark is that the sound isolation between the room and the corridor could be better, as well as to the bathroom of the neighbouring room. No disturbing sounds from outside though. Excellent breakfast buffet with an egg-cook preparing different egg variations including omelettes as required by the guest. Very dog-friendly, dogs allowed in the breakfast room. Reasonable prices, good value of money. I can recommend this hotel if you are staying over in Lübeck.

We were guests there in Mai 2023 for 2 nights . At first everything looked good. But a hour after check in we found a small bug between the sheets. As my wife has a fear of any sort bug i went down told them the receptionist DID NOT apologise and asked of we want a change of sheets .. i requested a new room . She checked and found just one room of the same category but the window don’t open which we were ok with and gave me the keys she wasn’t rude or anything but i expected more reaction. The new room was good until we wanted to sleep to find out that the wall are super thin and anyone who talks in the floor seem like to in the room with us . I’m a bit heavy sleeper and i wan woken up multiple times and my wife slept really bad. In the morning a cleaning staff tried to open the door ( which i locked) i didn’t hang the do not disturb sign ( my bad) but they didn’t knock either!. The next night we stayed very late outside and as we came back i asked for late checkout which they thankfully accepted till 2 PM and i said we will sleep late . At 12 we were woken up with a call to be asked when we are leaving!!!! I said till 12 why call when you know we as sleeping!! It’s supposed to be a better especially for the price

Excellent hotel, well organized, extremely quiet, the view from our room was really great, the staff is very friendly and goes out of its way to help, the food is really good, the swimming pool is wonderful, loved the 2 saunas! We could not find faults although we were there for 5 nights! We gladly go again.

We were very happily surprised y the quality and level of attention at the Radison Blu. Very well located with a view across the canal, yet reachable by foot from the rail station and convenient to town. The room was goodly sized and very well laid out making excellent use of the space. A small comfortable seating area in the room was a plus. We enjoyed a high quality, beautifully presented (fresh fruit with the dessert cake; a cookie with the coffees), fairly priced light morning snack in their Cafe Dante. Weather permitting, there were outside tables and chairs for enjoying the view across the canal. The hotel lived up to its 5 star rating.

Slippery tiles in the pool area very unsafe. Naked man, swice, in the common showers, not good for my teenage daughters, room seemed a little "used", only free water on day one.

The hotel exceeded my expectations by far! The room and bathroom do not have the typical hotel flair. The bathroom is functional but aesthetically pleasing. There is a wellness area with a pool and two different saunas that can be accessed with a separate elevator. Everything including the wellness area was very clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient. In terms of location the hotel is just a short walk from the old town with some major sightseeing/tourist attractions. Parking on the outside parking lot is six euros per day. It’s also not too far from the rail station but with luggage most people would want to take a cab instead of walking. There is no bakery next door - The breakfast buffet is excellent but for people who just want a cup of coffee and a croissant perhaps not worth the price.
