We came from another resort on a different Key and were excited about our stay. At first look, the lobby looked nice however, they changed our room to the first floor and called it an upgrade even though it was available when we booked and we chose an upper suite.
The room was beaten and looked dirty. Decor outdated. Sand never groomed and lounge chairs still had previous nights dirty towels on and were strewn about.
We had to call Hotels.com to cancel the remainder of our time there and they were great. We then rebooked and went back tothe previous Resort, on another key, and have a fabulous time!

The extremely over-priced room was tired and dilapidated, the hall carpeting was reminiscent of a Holiday Inn and not an upscale resort, the staff was less than accommodating, and our room overlooked the tops of the A/C units for the resort. We had a ceiling fan in the room that the staff tried to fix on our first night but gave up after 15 minutes. We were promised to have a new fan installed the next day. Even after inquiring about the status of this repair, nothing was ever done. Since Key West is so hot and humid, it was imperative to have an operational ceiling fan. Due to this fan remaining broken, we did not sleep well for our entire stay. The staff upon check-out was lackluster in their apologies and only offered us the credit for the resort fee. We did not feel heard or cared for by the staff.

Absolutely loved this place. Historic, newly renovated, close enough to tourist attractions without being right in the action. My only regret was not staying another day or two to enjoy the private beach! Very large room, beautiful bathroom with wonderful rainfall showerhead.

It seems that this hotel caters to the weddings they do mostly, otherwise it was nice.

We loved our stay! A great place to make family memories. This trip will go down as a favorite. Beautiful and well kept grounds. Wonderful beach service. Very clean. Downside was the very expensive breakfast that was wonderful but expensive and also the elevator was very scary. The elevator needs some help so we took the stairs. Overall a wonderful stay.

everything was great. stair wells were dirty

Both main elevators were out of order when we got there and still out of order when we left. There didn’t seem to be any effort to fix them,

It was a great time this hotel. Perfect view for the ocean

We loved this place. We would have liked if it had a laundry for guests. But other than that, this place is beautiful and the drinks are delicious and the pools are nice and specially the private beach area. Would definitely be back again.

Great service, great amenities, beautiful!

Limited Dining. No entertainment on site. Staff unknowledgeable about area dining. Stained ceiling in room. The beach was covered in seaweed. Beer menu limited. Terrible experience for a Hilton property.

This is our favorite place to stay in Key West. It has everything you need with a very classy upscale feel. You can snorkel right off of the beach. It’s far enough away from everything to feel quiet and secluded yet close enough to enjoy all that Key West has to offer.

The grounds were beautifully kept. Staff in outside bar area and beach area were great!

While offering a private beach in the middle of Key West's most recommended snorkeling areas, the Casa Marina is also a perfect location to have the keys' most exciting sightseeing locations - like the Southernmost point in the continental United States and Duval Street - in walking distance.
Our room was beautifully furnished with a colonial vibe, and - as a mom - I was grateful for the idea of separated kid- and adult-beaches.
The only wishes I would have left are more working elevators and a swap of the kid- and the adult-beaches, as the former served also as the haven for the (at times incredibly fast) jet skiers, so that I was too worried for my kids to be run over to allow them to swim in the sea without me & my alert eye on their side.

Beautiful place. Private beach. Friendly staff.
Walls in the room are on the thin side. Could hear the neighbors.
Parking is about $45 per day.

The stay was nice. Staff was amazing and kind. However, be prepared for the nickel and dime. EVERYTHING is expensive and not included. For the price you would think you'd at the very least get breakfast. NOPE! The cost of food was high in the resort. So plan to bring your own food or eat out elsewhere for a more reasonable price; but keep in mind that there is no microwave in the room. The highlights, are the VIEWS!! The private beach access was definitely a plus!

I’ve travelled to a lot of different places/resorts and I can honestly say this is one of the best. Very impressive and the staff are all so nice! Will definitely be back

This is not a 5 Star property. The rooms are not kept clean. The property is beautiful, but the service is the very worst I have ever experienced. I have had better service at 3/4 star properties. We would leave our room at 8 and return at 4:00 without the room being serviced after we asked the front desk to have our room specifically cleaned that day as we desperately needed clean towels. The staff is completely ascent minded. They are understaffed and overwhelmed. The problem is that this marketed as a 5 star hotel. The lobby and property is beautiful but that is the only part of the hotel that is 5 Stars. Unexceptionable to request your room be cleaned and not at a beach hotel.

Hotel is a beautiful property however it needs some revamping. The elevators and main floor were out of order for the entire time. The building is not ADA friendly or compliant.
6.0
For a Hilton the food was sub par. The description of the food was great however a smash burger should be juicy not dry and for being in a tropical area the guac was flavorless along with the stale chips. The service while at the pool was intermittent.

Pool staff works hard but long wait times for drinks. Pricing is pretty high for the average service

The staff, amenities, and food were great! I thought the cleanliness of the hotel rooms were not that great. The vent/AC also smelled like the ocean overnight. Definitely felt overpriced. Had a great time otherwise!

We had a great vacation with our kids! The only thing is that the hotel food and drinks were pretty terrible and the prices were super high! We made it a point to leave and eat elsewhere every day. Also, there is a pigeon issue on the 4th floor outdoor walkway to the rooms on that side of the hotel. Lots of pigeon poop on the ground at times but they cleaned it every day. I just wish they could vacate the pigeons living in the rafters above the walkway - it was gross at times. Otherwise, awesome trip!

Enjoyed our stay. Wasn’t 5 star but was very nice. Would suggest for anyone looking for a good hotel to stay

This was a weird property the staff personalities were great and the outside of the property was awesome but the cleanliness of the hotel inside specifically was brutal it was filthy in the carpet hallways in the four days we were there the hallways were not vacuumed once as there was a packet of sugar on the floor (I took photos of all this as I was surprised) when we arrived which I thought was weird and it was there when we left as I just wanted to see if it would be picked up. We were shocked at how dirty it was when we arrived with clumps of hair and bits of trash on the floor. It was very disappointing and gross for how much it cost to stay here! the room and the room cleaning were terrible they never refilled our items properly we kept running out which was brutal changed our sheets once and the only reason was we were in the room when she arrived and I asked if she would be which became a confusion ! the floor wasn't swept or cleaned once and it was noticeably dirty, the showers had someone else hair in them when we arrived, all in all, wouldn't stay or recommend this and would advise you to go to another island or all-inclusive on another island honestly the ones I have stayed at have been cleaner

Awesome stay at the Casa Marina when we were in Key West. Friendly staff, beautiful beach and not too far of a bike ride to everything on Duval. Plus renting the bikes at the hotel was a plus.

Room cleaning could be better. Prices are a little too high for that hotel.

The location is great. Pools and grounds were fantastic! My room was comfortable and pretty big. It’s an older hotel, and has that Key West Island character

Newly re-modeled property with a beautiful pool area. We had an amazing stay. The guy at check-in was fantastic.
Will be back!

The self parking was easy. But just keep in mind it was $40 per car per night. Rooms are clean but hallways and elevator need more upkeep.
Pool services was slow but people are nice over all. The price for drinks and food are pretty expensive for what it was.
Overall first and last stay.
