So where do I begin? The pictures didn’t look anything like what they had. It was old outdated the first room they gave me. I walked in, and it smelt as if animals had peed all over the floor and earrings. Everywhere it hit you as you walked in the front door of the room I immediately asked for another room that gave me another room it seemed better came back later to shower and noticed the towels were dirty from previously being used and what looked to be that housekeeping did not clean. There was pubic hair all over the toilet urine underneath the toilet. The bed had stains all over the sheets. There was the mattress that looked like somebody had taken a pee all over it. Needless to say, I slept in my clothes in my shoes and went to Walmart to buy a sheet to throw over top of the bed so I could at least sleep there for the night cause I was tired and been driving. Got up and left the next morning, never never go back absolutely worst experience in my life for a Wyndham hotel that hotel should be deemed in operable through Wyndham. Wyndham should be disgraced by the hotel.

Dresses and tables had a light oil smear patch. There was a night stand missing on one side of the bed.
The vanity mirror light was not working.
Otherwise everything was as expected and good.

there were a couple of people who worked the desk that were nice. The young lady who just started working there and was at the front desk at check in was very professional very nice The next day I noticed the ice machines were not working, so the woman who is working that day and was in the office Was obviously annoyed that I was bothering her said to me to go to the second floor for ice. So I went upstairs to the second floor that had an ice machine with a sign that said out of order sorry for the inconvenience in order to get ice for my stay. I was required to walk across the parking lot to another building in the rain that was frustrating.. This hotel offers a breakfast and it’s a decent one. The last day I went For breakfast, I was the only one there and as I’m trying to get food this man comes up and starts pulling stuff down. He couldn’t wait for me to finish for example I’m heating up a biscuit and he pulled the scoop for the gravy. It was very rude very unprofessional, very uncomfortable.. The rooms were OK the beds were too soft and broke down mattresses. Twice I had to have my card keys redone because they stopped working and once was in The late evening and no one was at the desk. I push the button for service got none. Fortunately, my daughter came back with a key that worked. Also, No room service no offer for clean towels .. but the inconsiderate unprofessional staff will have me thinking twice about choosing this hotel again.

This was a distrusting Wyndham property. I trusted the Wyndham name and was very disappointed. The remodel to the room was sloppy including paint drips everywhere. The floor was disgusting-looked like it had not been vacuumed. The bedding was stained as well as the mattress (I was checking for bed bugs-thank God none). The breakfast was the one good thing I could say about the hotel.

When we checked in and got to our room we discovered that who ever had cleaned up the previous guest they didn't care about their job we found condoms, drugs, the smell was that of hot piss sitting in the sun.. and the next room wasn't much better but it was late and we just put up with it till the next day when we were going to stay a couple more days if we could get a clean room but the next morning we were rudely woken up by the maid and when we expressed our interest in staying a few more days it didnt matter she continued to yell and at saying she has to clean and get need to get out.. then my wife went to pay for a couple more days the manager was just as rude when we were trying to transfer money to the right card to pay. They said they were going to call the police if we didn't just leave. So that's what we did under the extreme stress due to the fact that the cleaning lady was still yelling at us while we were packing our things

The room had not been cleaned before we got there. The pillows were shoved over to one side on the bed. The sheets weren’t completely pulled over the mattress, revealing nasty stains. There was visible dirt on the windowsill. The sink had not been wiped down. The neighbors upstairs were stomping around and dropping things on the floor until after midnight and starting again at 6:30am. There were sketchy characters hanging around outside the window.

This is an older hotel in much need of updating and cleaning. I was not impressed with how old everything looked and smelled. The towels were clean, but stained. The light fittings looked like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time. It was disappointing considering it was the Ramada brand. I expected better than that.

The bed was hard and pillows way too soft. The bathtub had hair in it that was not ours and there was a metal prong sticking out of one of the outlets. I chose this establishment because I know the level of care and service it has so I was a little disappointed.

Lobby is very dated looking. Front desk was like a fortress. Breakfast was limited. Hairdryer in room that was originally mounted on the wall was in a bag and receptacle didn’t work, but girl at front desk was very helpful in getting a working one.

I was double charged upon check in!! I was told it would “fall off” and be refunded. I stayed two nights. I asked about the double charge when checking out. I was told “it was requested” I called a little over a week later and was told the same thing! It’s been almost 20 days and no refund or communication of any kind.

We arrived at our room Thursday evening and the room wasn’t very clean. Bedding had black marks, dirty hand prints on the wall, floors were sticky, carpet was dirty and had food on it. Saturday morning I asked at the front desk for our room to be cleaned as is was dirty. When we got back nothing had been done. Towels weren’t switched and no cleaning done at all.

The bathroom in our room was horrible. The molding around the tub was coming off. The faucets in the tub and shower were corroded. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were previously used. The breakfast was not good no fresh fruit, eggs were peeled and sitting in a container that had water in the bottom. Opened our curtains to view homeless camp!

DO NOT STAY HERE
Dirty: urine stains on the toilet seat. Pubic hairs on the sink and in the shower. No top sheet on the bed, only a fitted, so you have to sleep with a dirty comforter against your body.
I left a bag of dirty laundry in my room and called a day later to inquire about it. The attendant said they would check but never called back.
Called the next day, same thing; said they'd check, never called back.
Called the following day and was hung up on, then no one would answer the phone the next 10 times I called.
Called again the next morning and was told "they didn't find it", which is A LIE; the half-full mesh laundry bag was impossible to miss, they just stole it or threw it away, bc they didn't want to help me recover my items.

This hotel is right off the highway and super close to the busy road. The front lobby (which doubles as the breakfast room) feels like it’s on top of traffic. The hote looks a little rundown but overall it was clean and I felt ok being there. Not as safe as some property locations make me feel but I am a woman traveling alone with 2 teen daughters and a younger son so I’m a little wary. The only staff we saw or interacted with were at check in and check out and they were efficient and did their job. The hotel fit the bill for what I wanted to pay for simply a place to sleep overnight on our way to somewhere else but if I was staying longer I’d probably pick a different location just bc of the busy-ness of the location.

The room we started in did not looked like they cleaned it. There was no wifi in the room and the shower drain was backed up. These issues were brought forward to staff on the first night of three and nothing was done about it

The room was filthy. The manager gave us the cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves and five other families had the same experience and the manager refuses to refund any of the money for the stay. I slept with no blanket for three days because they forgot to give me one when I asked, and when they finally did give me one, it was filthy. It was the worst experience and we will never go back when we mopped the mop water was almost black. We had a strip all the beds, had to clean the fridge we had to clean everything .

The room was not at all what the pictures showed. The sheets seemed clean although heavily stained, the floors were filthy and piles of dirty and hair in the corner.
The couch and pull out bed was ripped, soiled and stained... the owners of this hotel and Ramada chain should be embarrassed.

I do not recommend this property to anybody. I left the property one day before the end of my reservation because I couldn’t sleep properly for the previous two days because of constant footsteps from the room above…….
The first room that I got was with blood stain in one bed and the other with dirt from dirty shoes, mucous in the wall of the bathroom, the table for the microwave brook, and the carper dirty as well………
I asked to be transferred to a different room where the tile of the floor had gaps in between with garbage, the bathroom was in horrible condition with baseboards coming off and as very hard to fully open and close the shower hose. The surround of the room was very dirty and the ceiling with dust all over. The room had an unpleasant odor……
Free breakfast, but the toaster was broken, tables and shares were very uncomfortable and dirty most of the time, the area was too small for people in the area. Staff didn’t care about keeping the area clean for others to utility the same tables………

Our room was awful! So dirty and unsanitary…we had to request all new sheets and blankets and used the dirty ones to walk on as the floor was not clean (had actual chunks of stuff on the floors of bedrooms), the walls were dirty, refrigerator dirty, bathroom was dirty, sheets were dirty, the couches and chairs were stained we had to put sheets over just to sit on. It was beyond disgusting…we were calling other hotels at midnight to try to find another place to stay and if our kids hadn’t already had a 10 hour trip and passed out, we probably would have driven the 40 more minutes to a new place. We cancelled the last two nights to find another place. It was unbearable. I can handle outdated, but this place was not sanitary!!

I’m staying at the ramada in Spokane Valley! We checked in on the first upon arrival our room was filthy, not swept, dirty sheets, dirty walls, dirty couch, dirty everything! This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The manager Ryan was very unhelpful and unapologetic saying there’s nothing he can do for us. The only option was for us to go find somewhere else to be. He offered us cleaning supplies so we could clean our own hotel room. I want to be compensated for my times, been cleaning and disinfecting your hotel room! This is our family vacation and it is not a comfortable place to stay in! We booked through Expedia and as advertised you had a pool. There is no pool here.

This is the worse hotel I ever stayed in, when I arrived to my room, my restroom was very dirty, it had less than one fourth of toilet paper, we were 4 people and the room only had two towels, my room never got cleaned up even when I asked for it. I would never stay at this hotel again.

Beds were very comfortable with nice linens and pillows! 10-15 minute wait to find someone who could check us in. We needed help with tv, it wouldn’t do anything, so it was another 10-15 minute wait to find someone to fix it. It was put back together correctly and then worked great. After much pushing and pulling the shower water was finally working. After I was gone my husband never was able to figure out how to turn the water on for his shower.
