They double booked my suite :(

Good size room and good security inside. Queen bed very comfortable. Off street parking is free and you get what you pay for. Years ago, this hotel used to be among the best now only average. Bathtub was original and stained, no ventilation in bathroom. The rotating restaurant is a must experience - unfortunately only two waitresses but they were good as was the food.
3.6
Great location and easy to reach. Many dining options within a few blocks and a great rotating restaurant on the top floor. Enjoyed our stay!

The Willie Nelson concert was amazing! Fine hotel

This is a nice place to stay and was very convenient for me to go to the train museum and train trips. The food was good (especially breakfast) and the staff was friendly and helpful. The decor is "tired" looking and needs replaced but overall I had a great stay there.
3.6
Quick service. Beautiful views! Love the rotating restaurant!
3.6
Nice location. Clean but overall rooms could use refresh. Especially with the bathroom - toilet was right in front of sink and tub had a few stains. AC was also very loud.
3.6
Old building, but it got the job done. Rooms are very small and the cable is not the best. The hotel is within walking distance to canal park and many other downtown locations. If you are lucky, you can get a great view of the lake. Not a bad experience, but it was definitely average.
3.6
The kids really loved the pool area and the dinning options at the restaurant!
3.6
It really needs to be updated and/or upkeep needs to be better.
3.6
The extra $25.00 for a room overlooking lake Superior well worth it. The revolving restaurant at the top with its happy hour specials was fun . The skywalk system was a real convenience.
3.6
It is very run down.
3.6
The property was aging. Our room had carpeting that was stained and the coffee maker and refrigerator didn't function properly. However, the view from the restaurant's revolving 360°bar was spectacular. This made up for the aging hotel.

Good location
3.6
The bed was terrible and hard
3.6
It was quiet and everything was nice, the people are nice and the hotel was very clean and the rooms was nice and clean.
3.6
Rotating bar& restaurant on top was really fun and a great view of harbor. It has been fixed up with retro look which we liked

1st night took over an hour to get our food at the restaurant, parking lot in HORRIBLE condition. 2nd night tried the restaurant again and they had the entire room filled with kids unsupervised running in circles, couldnt even have a conversation over the screams. Didn't even attempt going back for the 3rd day. Pool was not in good shape, very dirty. Room had silly string on our walls from previous guests bathrooms not properly cleaned. Would not recommend
3.6
It was great due to its walking distance to bayfront area. It could have been a much worthwhile stay if there’s a free breakfast added to the room fee

This the third time we have stayed at the Radisson. All in all, its ok. We picked it because it was close to the venue. Plus our preferred location was sold out. We paid for an upgrade with a view of the lake to find that we paid the regular rate for the exact same room only on different floor as we had the last time we stayed there. The worst thing was that the air conditioning didn't work. It was July! They did have someone repair it but our first night was was miserable

Horrible ! The first 15 minutes upon checking in my daughters were In the room and one of them found an ectacty pill and had it in her mouth on the room not being properly clean from the last guest before us ! Had to take her to the emergency room as soon as we get here . Staff in the restaurant on Saturday night were so rude and couldn’t properly run the restaurant . Took us 25 minutes to try to PLACE A TO GO ORDER and canceled the order because how unprofessional the women with the black hair was . Elevators were a ten to fifteen minute wait . For $800 for the week , I expected better !

I was extremely disappointed with the pool area. Very very unsafe. We took our young daughter to swim only to find that the hot tub was not only empty, but there were exposed wires and work areas completely open for anyone to see or get into. No signs or anything blocking the area off. The pool also had multiple cracks and soft spots under the liner, where water seems to be seeping through underneath.

Parking sux

My family stayed one night during our trip to Duluth. We enjoyed our stay, especially the pool area. The room was nice and clean. We would stay again.
3.6
Your toilets are made for women. The water level in the toilet is too high. I got my Crown Jewels wet sitting on your toilet.
3.6
We clean cabins as a part time job so are very aware of cleanliness. Hotel was well kept and clean. Will definitely be back. We appreciated the upgrade offer as well. Love the revolving bar and restaurant on the roof. Very affordable
3.6
We really liked our lake view room and the rotating bar/restaurant on the top floor. We would stay at the Radisson again.
3.6
The front desk was very friendly. Bathrooms were moldy. No internet connection. Rotating restaurant was awesome but very hot.

Property is definitely older which is not a problem other than that it hasn’t been maintained properly. We had large amounts of wallpaper running off the walls, water damage on the ceiling, toilet seat was peeling and cracking leaving debris on the floor. Staff was ok but not the greatest. The hotel does not do stay over house keeping which is not a problem but there are very few items in the room which requires you to ask for everything. When we first got into the room the bathroom only had 2x usedTP rolls with 1/4 left on each and no extra rolls anywhere. Restraunt was great as always but the rest of the stay at the hotel was mediocre at best. Will look harder in the area before booking here again.

I never poorly rate a hotel because I don't have high standards. This hotel was sketchy. The parking lot was a mess with concrete falling apart, signs warning you to park at your own risk. We got in and the kids went to shower off from the beach and the bathtub didn't drain well resulting in a messy tub/bathroom. When swimming in the pool area, my child had to use the bathroom and there didn't seem to be a bathroom anywhere in the pool area or lobby, so I had to bring her back to the room and get my other two kids to come with. The hot tub, which I was looking forward to had no water in it. Then upon checkout, they charged me an extra $45 because they said I asked for an upgrade. I never upgrade. The employee I talked to asked if they asked when I checked in - no, they did not ask me if I wanted to upgrade. They refused to accept that and charged me the extra fee.

Stayed for the weekend at the Radisson and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The service was great, the lakeview was beautiful, and the rotating restaurant and bar was lovely. The location is great for exploring downtown.
3.6
It has a beautiful view of lake Superior. Very peaceful
3.6
Only complaint was the sheet had bloody spot on it Not very appealing at all. Staff was good and the restaurant was great food and good service.
3.6
Air conditioner didn’t work when we arrived. Got charged more than originally thought.
3.6
Had an amazing view of fireworks and was able to watch both Duluth and Superior’s shows without the crowds or bugs.
3.6
Quiet with a great view.
3.6
For as much as I paid for the room breakfast should have been included
3.6
Pulling back the comforter on the bed there was hair (and not just one) on the sheets so it was apparent the bed sheets had not been changed. Called the front desk and they did immediately bring up more but they didn't offer to put them on the bed so we had to do that. The bathroom was awkward as the toilet was in front of the bathroom counter, very strange set-up. Air conditioner was not working properly but wasn't a huge deal. The hotel is convenient for walking to other attractions. Not the worst place I've stayed but not that great.
3.6
The location of this property is great but the elevators are slow, the lobby area was clean but smelled bad and made it feel dirty. The shower temperature fluctuates, I’ve stayed here for 2 years in a row and these issues have been the same for both stays.
3.6
The property smelled very bad. We waited 15 minutes just for the elevators and were unable to take the stairs due to someone in our party unable to walk. The rooms were not cleaned well, as there was trash on the floor in corners and the edge of the beds when we got there (dog biscuits, candy, sprite bottle, bolt). There was no parking outside the hotel due to it being the 4th of July and the lot was not managed properly. We had to park off site and walk through the alley. The hotel was in a rough part of the neighborhood that felt unsafe.
