Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Room were exceptionally clean. We loved being able to see the Sandias from our room windows and watching the balloons float through the sky was wonderful. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and the grounds were nice. The pool is a bit hidden but a nice space to relax. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms feel a bit on the old side and a little small.
Overall it was a great experience and the convenience of walking to Old Town in 10 minutes was nice.
My only nit was the hidden “amenities” charge when checking out. I was told it was for the Keurig coffee and small water bottles in the room. In every other hotel I’ve stayed at that’s complimentary.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very charming hotel and many options to walk to for food

What a beautiful hotel!

Hallways had no air- very warm. Room never got cold. Lady at front desk for check in was rude and didn’t acknowledge me for several minutes then looked at me and didn’t say anything, I said I was checking in and her response was what do you need. She also failed to activate key cards and had to go back down for that.

Very cold shower …Then they tried to charge a $21 resort fee.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean. The pool was enjoyed by my whole group. Definitely would stay again when we’re in Albuquerque

The elevator breakdown was a real nuisance. It was a good

Deluxe room had vinyl flooring, balcony with no furniture

The elevator was out of service. We were on the 7th floor. It took the maintenance staff 24 hours to fix the problem. My daughter missed her flight back to Dallas, Texas. We had to use the stairs with all our luggage. I feel we should be compensated for this terrible inconvenience!

Really nice property…definitely dated. Feels like it’s hey day was probably 20 years ago or more. So feels…old. It was fine and clean and bed comfy, just ok. They have a new hotel next door looks really nice

The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.

Very pretty and I felt safe in and around the property.

Our favorite place to stay in Albuquerque
4.4
I loved the architecture of the hotel.
Unfortunately the front desk clerk wouldn’t check us in because my husband’s name was on the reservation, although it was my credit card that prepaid for the room! He was driving and had to back out to the parking lot to find him.to check us in. The A/C unit would wake us up all night every time it turned on. It sounded like a jet engine

Great location for enjoying Sawmill Market and downtown ABQ. Nice pool, quiet room with great views. No complaints.

It was lovely and enjoyed the pool, restaurant, and rooms.
We would definitely go back.

The property was centrally located and could walk to Old Town and Sawmill Market. We were lucky to stumble upon an outdoor festival when we visited the area in early June 2024. My son enjoyed buying souvenirs at the “Breaking Bad” tour.

The pool was really nice

[Today's Date]
Dear [Hotel Manager's Name],
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. While there were positive aspects of our experience, several issues significantly affected our comfort and overall satisfaction.
Firstly, I would like to commend your team for their efficiency and hospitality during the check-in process. Our room was clean and comfortable upon arrival, and we appreciated the efforts made to accommodate us.
However, during our stay, we encountered significant issues with the air conditioning. We arrived during the height of summer in an extremely hot climate, and we noticed that the air conditioning in the lobby and common areas was not functioning properly. Initially, our room was comfortably cool, but in the middle of the night, it became unbearably hot. Despite our efforts to adjust the thermostat and the air conditioning unit, we could only get the fan to work, which did little to alleviate the heat.
Around 8 AM, I went to the front desk to request assistance. The clerk informed me that there had been a power outage and instructed me to check the thermostat again. I explained that we had already done so and that the air conditioning was still not cooling the room. She then asked if we wanted maintenance to be sent up, to which I agreed.

Was spacious, clean, and quiet.

Great hotel!

Great spot
4.4
The hotel was lovely. The lobby was open and welcoming; the lobby store had everything, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and quiet. Behind the hotel is an exceptional food hall, and Old Town is a five minute walk.
4.4
Amazing dinner on site. Walkable to old town and the staff was amazing. Great stop and place to stay.
4.4
Had a great time at Albuquerque and everything was great. The hotel was short staffed and didn’t get to service our room a couple of days but they offered assistance if there was anything we needed.
4.4
Under trained staff and understand if your new but ask before making decisions that double charge your customers then have to wait 5 days fkr your mistake.. really come on ..
4.4
I did not have hot water in my room despite being told I needed to run it for a bit. 45 minutes later still no hot water. It was going to be a long business day for me so I was looking forward to a hot shower. I was told upon check out that the hotel would be crediting back towards my stay and that they would contact Expedia. 10 days later and still no sign of a reimbursement.
The staff was very nice. The property itself appears to need a “refresh” if you will.
I did drive by 3 different hotels (being new to the area I wanted to be safe)….. I guess you can say I “settled”.
Oh and before I forget, I requested a corner room (veteran traveler). I was honored that request only to be awoken by a group of Flamenco dancers in the middle
of my rem sleep.
Not a good stay experience for me unfortunately.
I did intentionally wait to write this review to ensure I still felt the same and yes I absolutely do.

The place was great. The hidden fees wre not.

Central location

Easy access!

The wi-fi was very spotty. The air conditioner had a hard time cooling below 75 degrees.
