The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast wasn’t terrible, but they seemed to be running low on food on Sunday. We felt safe in the hotel and surrounding area.

Checking in, impressive lobby. Very clean and updated. Friendly counter staff,easy check-in.Walking into the room, very impressed. Nice layout, clean and orderly. Checking out the next morning, I commented to counter person that the room struck me as being recently remodeled. She laffed and told me they were getting ready to remodel soon as it was last remodeled almost 20 years ago! Stunned... I suggested the company save a ton of money and wait a few more years to remodel. Ha! Breakfast area was expansive, offerings were great. Attached restaurant was a great extra. Nice menu. I'll book Comfort Inn wherever I travel in the future. Nicely done!

Well, the room was clean. There was not enough shampoo nor soap nor towels or wash rags for a family of four for two nights and three days. There was not enough trash bags, because there was no room service. I do want to say the staff there was very friendly. The pool room was very clean and it was very warm in there. It’s the very first hotel that we’ve been to that has had music in it. That was great. Nice big pool towels. Very close to shopping and restaurants.

Arrived for our stay on Saturday. They were out of power as there was an issue close in the area. Took our name and number and said they would call us. They never called. We had to drive around and find another hotel that had rooms available. And as of Monday, I still haven't heard anything from them. Very unprofessional for a large hotel chain.

This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had. The staff was friendly and helpful, the area was clean, and the mattress was one of the best I’ve slept on! There are several places to eat, including one restaurant that is attached to the hotel. The grounds are so well kept! I would definitely stay here again!

It was nice and well kept. Our room (jacuzzi king room) could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly but it was nice and comfortable. Bed looked clean. No stains or hairs. Jacuzzi was nice and definitely large enough for 2. Jets were not as strong as I thought they might be but good enough. Breakfast was just ok. Pool was warm. No hot tub. Outside they had a nice courtyard area that was nice and peaceful.

This is a beautiful property right in the heart of the CMU athletic fields. Their courtyard is meticulously landscaped and a perfect place for people to get together. It’s the nicest place we’ve stayed at for a baseball tournament by far and perfect for team stays.

This place was superb. We travel a lot and stay in many hotels. The staff was very friendly, professional and communicated effectively. The restaurant was nice being attached to the hotel. They had breakfast parfaits. Not just the upgraded waffles and eggs and sausage too but the parfaits were awesome! The only negative was there was no hot tub and/or sauna. The pool area was large, clean, and abundantly stocked with towels. There was a very pretty outdoor garden area by the pool for sitting while watching the kids without being inside. Throw a hot tub out there! Lol. Thank you.

Beautiful, clean property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and they kept everything stocked. The hotel was very busy and the staff made sure that everything was clean and nothing ran out. Will definitely be staying here again.
