It is an older style hotel with doors facing outside, not indoors. It was comfortable and clean. Staff was good. Breakfast was very good and fresh- the only thing is that the breakfast area was a little small and got a little crowded. Check in was quick and easy and we were able to park close to the stairs to our room. It was also close to food options.

It was a perfect stay. Room was stylish and spotless. Very quiet and easy to navigate neighborhood. Bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom too.

This hotel was very clean, a little dated, the staff was great, but the heater in our room did not work. And we froze to death. There were no survivors we are all dead from frostbite.

Our stay was for one night. The room had a musky smell. Roaches of different sizes were in the bathroom area. Beds were clean at least.

I checked into the room early and they charge me $30 for early check-in and then because my address on my drivers license is Amarillo which I haven’t gotten it switched over yet. They charged me $100 deposit and I didn’t have all the money on one card so I had to put it on two separate cards. They never have that steel to this day have not given me my deposit back or even said Anything about it? The room was disgusting. I mean, there was dog piss on the walls and like it was just dirty. The sink fell in while I was in there if I had to put it back, I would’ve not gotten my deposit back, which I haven’t any anyway, so it was just disgusting like even if I was a traveler like from way out of state or something, I would be horrified by that room, I’m going to demand that they give me my deposit back. I’m not done with that because it’s ridiculous that I should have to put one anyway and and the fact that they haven’t given it back within seven days is ridiculous. Don’t stay there. The service was great. The front desk was very nice. The place was just disgusting.

This is a rundown druggie hotel with no security. As a woman traveling alone I tried to make it clear that I preferred a secure room. I was put right next door to the room of druggies in the very back of the hotel. The alarm on my vehicle went off so I went to check and found the druggies running in every direction while smoke poured out their room. I had to stay up long enough to determine if their room was on fire. The place is a total dive and someone would need to pay me lots of dollars to stay there again. I didn't even bother with breakfast...no thank you.

I checked in to a room that was not cleaned at all. I was reassigned a room that was cleaned. Although it smelled a little. Not sure what the smell was but not a great one. I stayed just over night to get going to my next stop. I was not able to sleep much, it was nosey outside my door.

I stayed overnight for my job as a Travel CNA and had to get up at 4 AM. You could hear everything going on in the next room and the TV was so loud I couldn’t sleep well. Doors being slammed and kids crying was not ideal for a good night rest. I won’t be staying here anymore I would rather spend a little extra for better quality stay. Also when I started running the water it smelled like feces.

It’s a good place to stay for one night. I wouldn’t want to stay there a whole week.

The hotel is my go to when i am in Amarillo. However, the room has just one or two electrical outlets per room and you have to move a furniture item to get to them.
No fault of the hotels, but a garabge truck comes every morning between 4:30a and 5:30a, so you dont need an alarm clock.
However, the staff and the location make up for the other stuff.

The hotel room was everything i needed. My only criticism is the outlets were difficult to reach so i could use my cpap.
The laundry facilities worked great and i was able to get my laundry done.

The best part of my stay was definitely the service from 2 of the staff members. Sherry and Tina.
Any issue i had, they handled it quickly and they were enjoyable to talk to, as well.
Thank you to both of those ladies!

I have been to some bad hotels in my life. But this place is should be shut done. After booking online. Driving 8 hours, looking foward to a hot shower and a good might sleep. Me and my famoly realized that wasnt going to happen. As soon as we opened the door a saw blood on the tv stand. Idk how they could miss it! I started looking around. Less then 30 seconds in we foind bed bugs inside the room. I got my kids off the bed and back in the car. I talked to the person up front. They could not have cared less. The place looked nice on google pictures but once you pool up you realize this place a a drug hotel. Please beware!

It was late and we were tired. The beds in are rooms we're just too small. Will book only queen rooms. I reserved 3 rooms and they we're all far apart 1 was in another building. That sucked! The beds were comfortable the coffee maker didn't work, some lights didn't work. Never tried to turn the tv on. The mini freezer was filthy. Bathroom was clean and I like that they use Dove products.

I checked in at 1030 and checked out by 1050. The smell was awful in the room. The comforter had muddy dog paw prints, there was a giant hairball in the bathroom shower and the complimentary shampoo was half used. The front door looked like law enforcement had busted their way through. The receptionist was quite nice. That was the only thing they had going for them.

Online check in was a breeze! Upon arrival, we went to the front desk gave our name and they had the key card ready for us. No extra paperwork, no filling out forms. They even had dog biscuits for our pup. The room was on the first floor, which was great with a dog, and very spacious. There was a unique small in the room however, We booked a pet friendly room so that may have been it. The bed was comfortable, and everything was visibly clean. The breakfast was standard hotel, waffles, sausage, eggs, yogurt cereal coffee nothing crazy but did the trick.

Unfortunately, its not a safe place - blood on the walls and on the door trim. Phone didn't work and was absolutely filthy - door knobs are so dirty you wouldn't want to touch them, peeling/bubbling paint at the shower ceiling, walking on the floor its sticky and put down towels to walk on and it is not safe.

The room we had had been remodeled and was very comfortable. But, all the plugs ins had been sealed off in the main bedroom area. No place to charge a phone by the bed.
One plug in behind the tv dresser.
The other plugs that was available was located in the bathroom.

This hotel is a very good value, the beds are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are large with glass enclosed showers. Fresh clean towels, and a separate vanity area. A larger mini fridge and microwave. The clean larger rectangle pool is a plus to enjoy!

More of a motel 6. Guy outside the room was literally dismantling his car- radiator in the parking space infront of our room. Hours and hours he was rebuilding it. Ppl next door was watching a soccer game in Spanish till after midnight, don’t stay here with kids.

I stayed here for four days the Staffs were very awesome, breakfast was good, but not a single housekeeper came by. The floor dirty when I checked in looks like they were not mopping I can see the foot steps on the floor. My shower handle wasn’t working and the water didn’t drain in two days Staff tried as much as she can to get someone to fixed it and he got it worked out. the room that I stay had cockroaches. I always stay at La Quinta hotel whenever I go but this one got me upset.
