Overall, the stay was great. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. My only feedback would be to add a bit more variety to the breakfast. Maybe breakfast potatoes and a waffle iron. Otherwise, it was a nice and comfortable stay. Oh, one more bit of advice. You may want to check the remote control batteries in the room. My room's bedroom remote did not work - I assume it was the remote control batteries. I have to return next year and would have stayed at your location again but there is a request to stay at a hotel with a swimming pool so I may have to choose another place to stay. Thanks

Hotel needs some care. Stayed the week before and had a clean room. Todays stay was not as pleasant. Avoid room 119 as it is terrible, bathroom has mold and missing light bulb.

Overall good hotel Rentals to 3 or 4 baseball team that kids yelled outside room window till 1am. And ran yelling and banging up and down hallways till early morning.

Ripped mattress, stained couch and chair. You are a hotel. The beds SHOULD be your priority! Disgusting chair and couch. Staff - when looking to make myself a coffee in the morning the desk clerk said “what are you doing?” Not “can I help you”. I do not recommend this hotel at all. So much better can be had for this money.

I should have stayed somewhere else. Part of my room number was missing no big deal but still walk in to the room and was hit with a musky smell and a faint smell of mold walked into the bathroom there was hair on the ground along with paint it looks like they tried to paint recently the tub had stains in it walked in to where the bedroom is off the bathroom noticed a ceiling tile completely missing. Went to the sitting area and noticed under the window there was some bubbling of the wallpaper that normally only happens when there has been water introduced meaning water damage those also clumps of hair and dust bunnies just randomly on the ground the room was not dusted either I ended up just taking one of my microfiber cloths that I had on me and I ended up just dusting the room myself there was also some blue dunk on the shower walls along with the top of the shower shower head was nasty there was no water pressure the mechanism that you pull up to get the shower going was just spraying water. i did go down to the front desk and there was a lady working there was already three people in line two complained about the water pressure along with one of them his remote wasn't working then when it was my turn I stated my issue and I asked if I could get my room switched she said that the computers were down and she could not do anything till they came back up. But never heard anything mentioned it this morning when I was checking out and he said was sorry nothing more

Check in was not ‘friendly’. Reservation said king and queen beds. Was told on arrival king and double. One room had a portable AC unit, super loud and the window it was venting out of was not sealed, bugs in the room and 401 noise all night. Bathroom tub drain rusted badly. Old coffee spill on vanity

Reserved room for 3 guests. Upon arrival no blanket or pillow for pullout couch. Room phone did not work so had to go to lobby and wait for reception to find 1 pillow and very thin blanket. Pullout couch extremely uncomfortable. Only two towels in bathroom.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel in Whitby. The one thing we didn’t like was the fact that that the rooms had a smoke smell when you entered them. We didn’t stay in the first room they assigned us. The staff were excellent though and overall it was a good experience

We arrived late the first bad thing the person at the reception not very nice didn’t even bother to say hi or welcome the room very small beds not comfortable didn’t sleep at all that night .

We were given a room on the ground floor close to the reception area. The hallways stunk, I don’t know why. The hotel room was small, very cramped with two double beds in the room. The mattresses in both beds desperately need changing as they both sag in the middle. The bathtub looked like it needs a good scrubbing and the drain should be changed as it was black with crud.

Rooms facing the highway are very noisy. In general rooms are okay but definitely need updating and better cleaning. The couches and carpets were stained and I don't think counter top surfaces were wiped properly.
