Needs a lot of upkeep. Lots of things needed a handyman. There was a lot of noise during the night so that I wasn’t able to go to sleep for a good 2 hours. Free Breakfast was good & staff nice and helpful.

When we checked in I was given a dirty room. Trash everywhere bathroom dirty and beds not made. Checked in late and seen that there was leftover food in dinning area and there was a crock pot of what it looked like sausage gravy already in crockpot left overnight only to be served the that morning.

Staff were friendly however they were vastly undertrained in customer service. I was stuck outside my room for a half hour + while waiting for someone to bring new batteries and reprogram the door lock. This in the evening after I had mentioned that the door lock had quit working earlier in the afternoon

Had to change rooms because TV in first room was inoperative, and the door was very difficult to operate. Moved to another room, the heater barely worked, and the bathroom was disgusting. Mold on the ceiling, and the tub was filthy. The only good thing was the desk clerk was a sweetheart.

I just needed a room for a few hours to sleep. The first two rooms I got were actually occupied. Not really a big deal since it was 1:30 in the morning. Overall condition is OK. The first room probably wasn’t occupied but hadn’t been cleaned.

It had a bed and a toilet…at the price point the hotel was over priced I stayed in 2 other hotels on my trip that were under 100 (and they looked it) but decided to spend more on this hotel (I think it was $160) this hotel was no cleaner or nicer than the cheap hotels…The desk chair had a broken wheel so I couldn’t eat at the desk…end of the day it was just a higher priced Bed and toilet, I would never stay there again

This was the second time I stayed at this property. The property feels run down, musty, and old. My room seemed clean but the bathroom showed the truth. Toilet did not flush. Shower had mold spots in the caulking. Shower did not drain. Light bulb was out in the bathroom. Spend a little more somewhere else .

Was a decent place to stay. There is not an elevator and someone ahead of me was up set. My room was on the first floor so no complaints, from me. Breakfast was very good was hot fresh and fueled my morning. The room was clean. The parking lot was well lit and felt very safe.

One of the worst stays I've had in a hotel. It started with key cards that did not work. It was a major inconvenience that lasted the entire stay. We were surprised with a pet charge. The room had alot of damage and alot of things did not work; clogged sink, smoke alarm malfunction, vending machine difficulties. The bed was uncomfortable. The chair was dirty and stained. All around horrible stay.

The staff all seemed very ill informed. Our room's air conditioner did not work when we approached the front desk they informed us that maintenance had already gone for the day. So, I suggested they change our room. The 2 attendants looked at each other and just shrugged. I told him they needed to change our rooms which they finally did with much persuading on my part. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower head in the new room, which tells me that the room was not cleaned very well. The the décor of this Baymount was very warn and run down. Not the quality I expect from Baymount.

It was very dirty in the hallways the the bathroom didn't look like it was even cleaned. The breakfast was minimal and the staff didn't keep it restocked. The bed was very comfortable. They were obviously short staffed.

This was a terrible place to stay. The rooms are extremely dirty. The staff was not friendly or helpful. The pool area was dirty and the hot tub water was gross. The first floor smelled like weed during our whole stay. The breakfast was not stocked up to keep up with the flow of customers. There was not a manager on duty to help with customer issues, they were told to call the neighboring hotel.
