The hotel being off the hwy was in a neighborhood that felt safe. The grounds were very dirty and also the hallways. There was trash in many areas. Looks to be like they are doing some construction there because of the large storage bin. Even though we were upstairs away from the highway, you could still hear the traffic. thank goodness, I brought my sound machine To drown it out . The toilet needed a shim under it so it didn’t feel like it was coming off the bolts. The fan barely blew any air and it didn’t go below 70°. it took 10 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower. Pretty much the Motel 6, 5 to 10 minutes away would’ve been a better place to stay for the price. It would’ve been nice with all these simple little things to fix that we could’ve gotten a discount, but they didn’t offer one.

The hotel was good for what we needed for one night. Convenient for easy travel, and close to where we needed to be. No extras and not a resort. No parking fees or extra costs. It was good for what we needed it to be.

the young man who was checking us in was not experianced in the hotel business,he gave us a dirty room first and then gave us a key to a room that was occupied with a man that was in the shower, what a horrible thing if he would have can out while i was in his room, the manager (whom was young with a new born baby) never apologized for all the mistakes he made was just not right, i can not understand how they could be that untrained, it will really hurt their bussiness and i hope they are working on correcting it, sincerely rhonda hall

Our first time staying at this location. It was nicer than expected. The staff was exceptional. We only had one problem the last night; our neighbors came to their room pretty late 10:45 p.m. and were very loud. We called and someone came to quiet them down. We were very surprised and delighted that they listened without retaliation. Very respondent by staff of the facility. Thank You.

The pictures on the internet are deceiving. There is no continental breakfast, the ice machine nor the vending machine worked. There are no chairs on the balcony, it is littered with cigarettes butts and massive spider webs. The floors in the rooms are filthy. Overall for the price of the rooms it was not worth the money.

Room was beyond filthy, no towels, slept on top of bed every night. Took many pictures for yelp review for Aloha inn from Expiedia. 1 person was complete staff. There is no phones in room to contact 1 person in office. When informed Mike that we had zero towels, he joke that they were 37.00 extra, laughed then said he was kidding. Bulbs out in room, dust and sticky counters. Disgusting. No more Expedia nor Aloha for us.

Check-in was easy enough, and the staff was courteous. The room was fine, and clean enough. The beds moved across the floor easier than anticipated, which was tricky with our kids flopping onto the beds throughout out stay. The pillows were not great. The hotel is dated but clean.

Great experience with the staff. The property is clean and the rooms renovated and clean. My only problem was that the two queen beds squeaked whenever one turned on it's side. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Does not deserve the high rating. Patio door didn’t lock, obscene drawings on patio, air fan hard to control to get right temp. Loud next to freeway. Apathetic staff at front. Had to eventually change rooms. I DO NOT recommend this place.
