All told this is an excellent Hotel at a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly, particularly the receptionist, Helena! My only criticism was the hot food offered at breakfast—it was cold. On one occasion, the scrambled egg was fridge-cold, such a shame. This has to be mentioned.

We booked an apartment thinking that that was a suite room since there weren't much explanation about it. The apartment was around the corner, in an more than hundred old building. I didn't like the apartment, very dark with no decorations on the walls, no amenities, no room service (you have to pick up towels in the reception), it was not what I expected. But breakfast that your pay separately was good.

Very nice hotel centrally located with Laura as a wonderful reception staff. She guided us and helped us navigate and find everything we needed. Cute nice room very clean. Bathroom and shower with all we needed as well. I would stay here again.

Great hotel - modern, renovated rooms and very good breakfast...it's a block from the beach and ten minute walk to the heart of the old town so the only issue is parking. It's available at a nearby parking garage that's closed midnight to 07.00 (or 08.00 on Sunday) so depends if you need your car to be available late night. Highly recommended.

Location was fantastic. Great walking to sights, restaurants, bars and that fantastic beach. Hotel reception was very helpful in giving ideas about breakfast packs for early check out.

Pleasant helpful front desk . Informative about about nearby attractions and landmarks as well Luggage storage after checkout available . San Sebastián is beautiful and should have stayed longer . Just reserve your dining as certain places fully booked for 2 weeks ahead !!!

The hotel has a good location the service was ok.. I made a reservation for queen bed I got 2 twins I ask at the front desk for a room with queen they didn’t have.. the twins was small bed we had to put two twins to get a larger bed.. this is strange.. the service is ok but the location is great..

A bit dated oldish hotel but conveniently located. Priced OK comparitively to other hotels within walking distance to the beach. Rooms are quite noisey. Neighbours can be heard easily.

Very friendly staff! Gracias Diego, Jorge and the other members of staff i dont know the name! Hotel near the beach, restaurants and not far from the old town. Only bad thing was the breakfast: cold snd dry scramble eggs but we sorted it out with Diego!

Disappointed with Hotels.com in the picture that was associated with the room I got were nothing like the same. Honestly the smallest room I’ve ever been in my life no place to put my suitcase. I was so disappointed. I went to the front desk and they gave me free breakfast. Also, no soundproof windows and people coming home from partying all night two in the morning three in the morning, four in the morning five in the morning, seriously! For the price I paid for my room you need to have double pane soundproof windows.

We ungraded our room as the first one was smaller than advertised but enjoyed our stay. It is a pity that they charge for breakfast - we stayed for a week and it added to the cost quite a bit.

This is an adequate hotel in an excellent location. Our window faced an inner zone of some sort. The room is adequate. Note that blankets are in the closet and the ventilation is present but a little out of the way, so look for it. Breakfast has many selections but overall not very good. Eggs are stone cold, as are any pancake, waffle or french toast options.
