The air conditioner in the room wasn’t very cold. The toilet only flushed half the time also

Was here for convention...after first night, woke up with multiple bug bites. After second night, woke up around 4am with even more bug bites. Had to switch rooms which the night shift manager/front desk worker did with no problem. In the process of switching rooms, we found a bed bug. I showed the front desk person as well. Ever since, there was no follow-up. Basically my trip was ruined. My right leg was swollen and very itchy (and still is upon leaving). Swelling got even worse during remainder of my stay. I had to do a lot of walking at the convention and was basically limping the whole time. My gym workouts will now be on hold for a while too, which I'm really not happy about. Aside from the bed bug situation, everything else was fine. Location was a few minutes away from the convention center which was nice. I feel bad about leaving this review, but this incident made my trip a terrible experience.

Room smelled like damp cigarettes.

The rooms were dated, the carpet was coming up and someone left a sign up that said free candy in our room (apparently there was a Pez convention).

The front desk wasn't very hospitality.

It was a pleasant stay, and easy to get to. Room was clean, the staff was accommodating. A bit expensive, for location and amenities.

Nice hotel overall. The pool was nice and the rooms were beautiful. My shower was not clean but everything else was. I felt for the price, breakfast should have been included and room service available. Beyond that, great stay, great location to visit Cleveland.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The first issue I encountered was the placement of the smoking area right by the entrance, forcing guests to walk through a cloud of smoke upon entering or exiting the hotel. This not only created discomfort but also raised concerns about secondhand smoke exposure.Upon entering the lobby area, I was disappointed to find that the snack area had nothing to offer. It appeared as though the coffee bar had permanently closed, leaving the space barren and uninviting. This lack of amenities in a common area of the hotel was disappointing and unexpected. Moving on to the accommodations, the second-floor hallway carpet was noticeably bunched up in the middle, posing a tripping hazard to guests. This safety concern should have been addressed promptly to ensure the well-being of guests. Entering my room, I was further disappointed to find several cleanliness issues. The bathroom floor was sticky, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. Additionally, the wallpaper between the bed and the bathroom was bubbling, suggesting poor maintenance and upkeep.Another inconvenience was the lack of outlets next to the bed to plug in chargers. I had to move the end table to search for an outlet, only to discover that the area behind it appeared as though it had not been vacuumed in months. This lack of attention to detail and cleanliness was unacceptable.

A bit overpriced for what the hotel. The breakfast was well done and nice variety of food that was well presented.

Property was nice. Room was clean and the bar was open late. Breakfast buffet was way overpriced and not worth it at all. We’ve had better breakfast for free

Nice entry and pleasant reception and information. Interior floors looked old. Room rugs looked stained in some areas. Bedding could use mattress update. Otherwise room looked and felt clean.

The indoor pool is worth the stay. Clean, heated water. Unfortunately, there was a sink/toilet leak in the bathroom suite and it soak some of my items on the floor.

For the price we paid through you, we were extremely disappointed . Though fridge and microwave were advertised, there was no microwave and even though we requested one twice we never received one. Also,comfortable and adequate seating with a table to place things on was sorely lacking here. Not happy!

Bad time

Shelle was so friendly and accommodating. I had a noisy neighbor and she upgraded me to a suite with a free breakfast coupon for the inconvenience.

Love the amenities. Property is very clean.

Other than remodeling the main lobby the hotel staff was pleasant and hotel was clean

Everything was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

I was disappointed got there to check in was given one price on Expedia then when checked in was given another price which was $70 dollars more i mean what a rip off. And was also supposed to get a discount because rooms were reserved for is for a party there and said i couldn't since i went through Expedia then was offered complimentary breakfast.

The front desk was friendly. $150 security hold is high especially with nothing open on property. They are doing renovations but aren’t maintaining the rooms and halls. Carpet was disgusting everywhere. Ceiling in my shower had mold. Wall thermostat doesn’t work. TV had descriptive captions on and they wouldn’t come off, even when I turned them off manually. Internet was good, location is nice. The hotel was quiet from the outside noise. Bed was worn but sheets did look clean. Overall won’t be back but may be better when they finish updates.

We booked this hotel so our daughter could visit her new college. An indoor pool was what made our initial decision. We will definitely be staying here every time we come to visit her. The staff is incredible, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are nice. Whatever we needed they accommodated us with a smile... Straight down to switching rooms because we underestimated our family size. (Both rooms were comfortable and clean) The Sunday brunch is SO GOOD! The dinner restaurant/lounge/ bar is beautiful and they have awesome chicken wings! The pool is very big with a perfect water temperature. Overall we are incredibly happy with our stay and, as I said, we will be staying here every time we come to visit.

Liked the location right off the freeway. Our room was very clean. Didn’t like that much of the property was under construction. Multiple Ice makers on our floor and the next floor were out of order. Lastly they took an unexpected $150 security deposit off the card which has not returned to my account two weeks later.
