Just avoid this hotel .
Dirty, filthy. Room smells like restaurant kitchen.
Bathroom terrible!! Mould everywhere. Bathtub extremely dirty as seen on the picture.

I had a great stay but what ruined it in the end was the desk manager insisted that I allow him to put a large sum of money hold on my debit card I even made a joke to him about how uncomfortable I was with that because as you can tell by my car I'm going to fix income and I'm not worried about the whole it's there I'm worried about the unhole because I'm going to fix income and now my phone free days to not to be stressful now because I don't have my money truthfully I would have liked to stay another day or two but my need for finances immediately force me to check out early so that my money would be released I checked out early and my money still being hell

Left after 2 hours & went to another hotel. Tv wasn't working properly. They said whole place wasn't working. Guests beside visiting others & talking loud at our door.Don't visit in room as wanted to smoke.As more people visiting complained to front desk. She spoke to them but did no good. It was too terrible to stay. Contacted Hotels.com but they couldn't help. Room on loyalty points. Lost all those even though we complained to they right away. $25 to satisfy me. It didn't but too bad for me.Name signs on building & by road dark or not working. Hard to find the place. It is a place that is how it is NOT how it should be. If you don't care this is the place to go. Had used Red Roof in other state & was happy no problems. Did not expect this. Will not go there again.

I love RRInn. The room itself was very clean and the bed comfortable. My only negative is the bathroom. The toilet seat was falling off, the toilet was not secured to the floor and the tub had some mold. It seems that the main room had been updated and that they just haven’t gotten to the bathroom yet.

This place is a filthy dump. I checked back out within 10 minutes of being there. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, every linen in the room was stained (even the towels), and there were bugs everywhere. When I checked back out there were pitbulls in the lobby. The photos on the website are nothing like the condition of the place. The lady working the front was very apologetic. However, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We walked in and so many dogs and unclean humans around. In the front office a lady was on her phone plugged in picking at her sites and putting on the floor. We went to our room and when we opened the door the smell was unlike anything I have ever smelled before. We did walk in and we were unable to stay in the room for more than 30 seconds. We went back to check in and was offered another room we could not stay there. I was given a refund.
I do not recommend staying here. Hotels.com should take off their site.

1. Something smell smoking that I know that someone who have smoked. We are not comfortable to smell.

It was quiet compared to some hotels we have stayed in. The most complaint we had is the wood floors are dirty. After a few hours walking on the floors, the bottoms of our socks were very dirty. I did notice hairs on the edge of the floor near the wall in the bathroom. The hairs were there when we first got into the room. Also hangers were missing off the clothes rack. We did have one hanger we brought with us. We brought our own clothes iron, there was not one in the room. I do not know if one came with the room or it had to be requested. There were some stains on the bedspread from previous people. The sink faucet was a little loose, we made sure we were careful when we used it. There was a hole in the wall that someone had shoved a paper towel or kleenex in the hole. It was a allright room to stay in for just one night except for the dirty floors. We should have wore our shoes. The room smelled like pee when we first walked in and the smell lingered the whole night. We did not know where the smell was coming from because the toilet was not dirty.

When I went to check in... front desk lady was very unwelcoming, not saying any hi or hello to guest ...she was eating pizza, seems like she is so annoyed. Room smells horrible, there was flies inside room .. bathroom don't have any hand soap nor any other soap at all. Floor was dirty.

The front desk staff were great to deal with. However the rest of the property not so much. There was trash in the parking lot and all around the grounds. The room was not clean at all, in fact there was so much dust on the lights above the bed we dusted them off ourselves. There were also cigarette holes in the comforter which was strange for a non-smoking room. The bedding also had stains on the bottom edges. Just not good!

They resurfaced the motel, but the new white bedding was stained and the hotel was dirty. Bathrooms behind the door, the door were filthy. Parking lot was covered in trash. Some unsavory characters around. Staff were kind and helpful. Don’t believe the professional photos.

The room we stayed in was absolutely filthy. Dirty bedding and carpets. There was no shower curtain so when the shower was used water goes all over the bathroom. Half the lights in the room didn't work. There was no ironing board to go with the broken iron that leaked all over the floor when you use it. Horrible experience. Will never go back.

After an exhausting day I was looking forward to a hot shower and sleep. Evidently, I received neither because they gave my room away and were sold out. Front desk basically told me too bad and they did that a lot that day. It look like such a dump that I wasn’t that upset. All others were sold out so I drove six hours home.

This place ia barely fit for homeless people. Room was completely filthy with white splotches everywhere, dried blood on the walls, dead bugs everywhere, smelled like feces abd throwup, the shower caulking was coming off and had mold growing out of the cracks, 2 shampoo bottles in yhe shower and one smelled like bleach the other like elmers glue - both clearly not shampoo. A/c u it was broken. No tv remote.
Managements response : the shampoo is different qualities and we will see what we can do about the rest.

From the street it looked nice but when I got onto the property there was trash everywhere, and even though it says the hotel is a smoke free property my room reeked of cigarette smoke and wet dog for some reason. The smell was so pungent could hardly sleep, and also the sheets had grease and who knows what kind of stains on them. Also for some reason under the sink when we got to our room the floor under the sink was a puddle that we had to dry up with a towel. There was also a bunch of gnats flying around in the room when we were there. I don't usually leave reviews on hotels but this was genuinely one of the worst hotels I've ever been to, and on top of that they charge you a $50 deposit when you check in that you don't know about when you book on the hotels.com website. If I had known how bad it would be I would have gone with the other hotels in the area.

Awful smelling rooms and FILTHY WALLS and bathroom. I had to clean the room (literally bought my own supplies)… never again. If I could have, id have moved but we got there late. I could even smell the cigarette smoke when I was sleeping. My stuff smelled like the place by the time I left.
