Usually we stay in the same hotel chain if they are in the area we’re going. We were in town late and getting up early and I didn’t think it was worth the big rate difference just to get some sleep and have a quick breakfast but I was wrong. When you pushed the button to start the shower it still ran out of the tap. It also didn’t drain. I didn’t realize that until it was covering my feet. There was still some trash in the bathroom trash can when we got there. The side table had hair in it and the ice bucket was stained and dirty and there were no bags for it or in the garbage cans. The breakfast was just awful. No batter for the waffles. Stale cereal and scones. Runny oatmeal. All the eggs had what I am assuming was peppers and onions so he wouldn’t eat them. They were labeled egg white frittatas but they were yellow. The sausage was undercooked. We had a wake up call and no one ever called. There was no one at the desk when we went to check out. There were also some questionable stains through the room. The floor was the worst. It was rated as excellent which helped me make the decision to stay there but I will not use that as the sole reason I choose a hotel in the future.

There was no room service offered. We asked for towels first thing when we woke up, and waited 45 minutes to an hour to get them. Each time the heat kicked on it was obnoxiously loud. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. It was dusty under the night stand and around the microwave. Stain on the comforter.

The stay overall was fine but I barely slept. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My back was really hurting and sore the next morning. We usually stay at Hampton when we are out of town and the beds are soft and comfortable. But not the one in Evansville, IN.

The hotel was clean in general. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The noise from slamming doors and motorcycles in the parking lot made for a terrible nights sleep. The shower didn’t work as expected and the tub filled up with water while showering because water was coming out of the faucet at the same time as the shower head. When I told the lady named Kween at checkout, all she said was why didn’t you come down and let us know it was noisy. Well, let’s see, it was the middle of the night and I am not the hallway police and besides that, who wants to get dressed and go downstairs every time a door slammed. What was anyone going to do? Go knocking door to door to see who was awake? I am sorry I wasted my One Key cash on this place.

The hotel and staff were great. Only downside was the Air conditioning wouldn't go below 69 degrees even when the thermostat was set to 65. Breakfast was average options (we did not eat there). The hit water was fantastic!!!!

Showed up the 2nd day of my reservation. It was canceled, even though I used the, "contact hotel" messaging option. So I had to book again. No refuns, no apolgies... and no phone number to call Expedia.

Only one night and they were pretty full, apparently due to sports teams in for holiday tournaments (we weren’t). But it was quiet and the person checking us in and out was very friendly and quick.

it was good overall, but the rooms didnt feel very safe it only had a door lock not an extra lock like most hotels ive been in have, looks like they had one at one point. The indoor pool was also super gross, was looking forward to swimming but the pool was too gross to swim.

I enjoyed my stay at Towne Suites hotel in Columbus, Georgia. I was there for a funeral and certainly didn't need any additional stress. I was so grateful to be in a clean and safe environment. The staff was kind and professional. The breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was the refrigerator in my room didn't work.

No towels available at pool. Breakfast was poor. Limited options. Poor quality. Full size bed with an old mattress. Safety - first door by first floor exit for mother and son. Someone tried to use their key to get in very early in the morning. Stayed at many Hampton Inns in the past and they were much higher quality. Very disappointed with this location.
