Great service and cleanliness. Staff very friendly. Spa was fantastic!
4.3
Wonderful stay! The room was decorated as we mentioned it was our anniversary! The front desk was always friendly and helpful. The views were great from our balcony!
4.3
Place is great. Just have some construction going on or it would have been perfect. We knew about construction and it wasnt that big of a deal.
4.3
Pictures were so deceiving, hotel is very old and felt very weird. The beds were ROCK HARD and the was no a/c. Worst night of my life.
4.3
It was a really nice stay and one of hte only properties that will allow pets. The room had a patio door that opened up to a grassy area for our dog, which was awesome. We were right by the fitness center, and spa/pool area. We came in the off-season, so there was no restaurant on the property, and we had to drive for meals. Breakfast was not included, and the facilities were a bit dated, but overall, the staff was friendly, the room was nice.

The person that checked us in told us we had to park across the street and take the tunnel. She never told us that we should bring out bags in now since there were SEVERAL steps down and up in the tunnel. She really didn't seem to like her job and didn't even finish helping me and went onto the next guest which had just want up. As we were trying to bring all our luggage, cooler, bags, our dogs etc thru the tunnel thank goodness a young man stopped to help me. Our room happened to be at the very end of a long, long hallway that was like in a different building. There was NO air conditioning in the room but they tell you to open the window. If you close the drapes you cover up the window so that doesn't help. I would never recommend this place. We arrived at 7pm and had to order dominos deliver. No other delivery options.
4.3
Quiet. No a/c but didn’t need it.
4.3
Construction noise was the only issue. Otherwise we had a great time.
4.3
Great location, very good condition, amenities, clean room, and young lady at the front desk (from Joliet, IL) was so helpful, after a long day full of motorcycle riding in the mountains we was so exhausted that she had to explain everything 3 times. She was extremely patient and showed us her beautiful smile during the whole process!

Great place, great price
4.3
Nice hotel in a beautiful spot but very dated and there is no AC so staying there in August was a bit uncomfortable.
4.3
It was a nice stay. The bathroom was too small. The building was old and needed an update. If I am going to spend that much money I would expect something a bit nicer. The staff was amazing, kind and helpful.
4.3
Thouroughly disappointed in my stay. Room was not clean, no AC. Loud construction right outside balcony I paid extra for.
Zero amenities including no coffee. Staff was rude and not helpful. Do not stay here
4.3
It was my wife’s birthday and the staff put balloons and sparkling white wine in our room! Thank you
4.3
Bed was great enjoyed the pool and spa. The in room coffee maker didn’t work
4.3
Beautiful property with a lot of dining options and great service!
4.3
Property was great and he location was great.
4.3
Keystone is quiet in July, especially when there is not a conference at the property. The rooms can be warm in the summer because the lodge does not have air conditioning or air circulation. The on-site restaurant was closed for breakfast because there were so few visitors. Overall, a quiet and pleasant stay.
4.3
The ability to get around to fun activities either by shuttle or driving your own car and the. Return to a peaceful location surrounded by nature.
4.3
Good stay- although expectations were high and did not add up to 5 star review but was good enough for 4. Service and friendliness great- Some things feel a little outdated and worn. Overall great time and will be coming back in the future. Also need to work on the food quality at the onsite venues did not impress but were just ok
4.3
Always enjoy our stay!

Parking is a nightmare. Didn't offer shuttle until we were already parked. Carpet filthy, turned bottom of feet black, had to take second shower. Nothing to eat at hotel or within miles of hotel. Not a lodge. Construction noise. Clerk was totally inefficient.
4.3
Easy check in and friendly staff.
4.3
Nice, quiet & pet friendly

There was a major construction right Infront of the main yard of the hotel. They started working at 7 am and stopped at around 6 pm. Its a total lack of ethics not to disclose this kind of disturbance. I will never be back. I won't trust Expedia anymore either.
4.3
Exceptional cleanlieness an staff was very helpful!
4.3
Nice bathroom, lots of construction so loud when windows were open as they have no A/C. Resort fee for nothing but a towel at the pool is just a way to hide costs.
4.3
It's beautiful! It is a little inconvenient that you have to walk through a tunnel and up the stairs to get to your car...I'm from the flat state of Texas and those stairs took some getting used to :) however, I love everything else about it.
4.3
This property is average and the most inconvenient part is that none of the rooms have air conditioning. There are instructions on how to keep the room cool but not ideal for a hotel at this price, not to mention you do have to park across the street. I stayed for one night and they do have a mandatory resort fee.

Such a beautiful place.

Nice spot. A bit older. No air conditioning but still you were able to keep rooms somewhat cool by following the instructions in the room. Great location in Keystone.
4.3
Parking was across the road. The employee that checked us in could not help us login and submit the registration for the parking. We did get a ticket and they were taking care of it for us.
4.3
We were escaping the Denver heat and were attending the Breckenridge Beer Fest and chose here because there was a pool and a balcony and the price was competitive. The check-in was a little slow but the person who checked us in was very professional. The room was very nice. Clean, lots of towels and lots of coffee. My only comment was there was no air conditioning. It was felt the mountain air and particularly evening's would be cool enough. Unfortunately this was a unique situation where it was 85 and the room got uncomfortably warm during the day. The evening did cool down considerably. We used the pool and hot tubs a lot. They were fine but could of been cleaner and there could of been more tabkes and chairs. The hotel wasnice and I have no complaints but nothing jumped out to rank it as exceptional. I must mention the resort has its own private lake with equipment rental to enjoy the water. This is unique and does have added value to the resort.

Great place.

It was a nice quiet mini trip for my husband and I. It was a little dated but it was a good trip overall
4.3
Staff was very friendly and accommodating

I usually really love this place. It is ususlly comfortable and relaxing but this particular stay they were hosting a large biker gang! No kidding...hundreds of bikers! I found the stay to be very noisy and loud and a lot less relaxing than previous stays, at the same property. The group was very loud and boisterous and in fact, they were allowed to be loud outside by the river and by the pool areauntil the wee hours of the morning. It was kind of like Vegas. But because there's no air conditioning. You have to sleep with your windows open.So you had to listen to these people scream and yell all night.
4.3
safe and quiet location

A middle-level resort at best. No A/C. No valet parking.
