Rude management and dirty . Had bugs and loud activity outside . A girl got beat up by two other women and the cops were there twice it's not even a good night rest

There was bugs. They have nothing but heavy traffic loud inappropriate music. Families of 8 people in one room . Kids running up and down the walkway riding scooters at 11pm at night. So much drug trafficking it's not worth the money with rooms full of bugs and stains

Don't let the pictures on their page fool you. This place is a hole with a charging station. The carpet was ripped in various places in the room. Burns all over the bed. Exposed wall and wires. The heat was stuck in the on position. The tub looked like it was shedding. The only thing I can give it is I didn't see any bed bugs. I thought I found a steal but I ended up feeling robbed.

Horrible, had bugs, refrigerator stoped working, they had partys on the weekend, wouldn't let may pay for an extended stay one night,was told i had to do it in the morning before 11am because the guy working that before said he wasnt able to make reservations, the manager had to do it in the morning, when i checked in i needed a room with wheel chair availability, the guy said the rooms on tbe ground were the same thing, but we couldn't even get into the bathroom with a wheelchair, my friend had to leave the wheelchair outside the door and hop into the bathroom and find something sot on in the bathtub, and the jacuzzi was closed down and the restaurant was closed down and so was the laundry room, and they didn't want to give us clean towels because they dont do that if your there more than one not because they consider you as living there, which we werent, we needed extra time to stay because were in the middle of moving...

It seems the staff isn't guest friendly. I book through hotels.com app all the time and have had to cash deposit so it was an unexpected shock. Instead of apologizing he gave an attitude and pointed atm. It seems heater doesn't work either. But I guess you get what you pay for right. Cheap rates so they are aloud to treat people like crap

The shower needs to be replaced the bed sank in on one side so it made the bed uncomfortable. Traffic in n out loud the people in the room next to our room was up all night with loud music even woke up at 3am to the couple fighting right outside the door. Honestly the only good thing is the staff they are really nice. Other than that they have a lot of work that needs to be done there.

I was very disappointed with my stay overall. First I asked for non-smoking room, but I never saw any indication that it was a non-smoking room( there were no signs posted). Then was going to have a bath but the jets didn't work, & there was a huge leak that went from 1 room to the other. When we told man @ desk he was no help, couldn't give us towels or anything. When my girlfriend told guy @ desk about the leak the next day he basically called her a liar & there was no way for it to leak like that, very rude. We will never stay there again.

All I will say is "The price point matches the facility." If you like fancy or updated, this is definitely not the place for you. The room was clean, the bedding seemed clean. And Igot a good night's sleep

Great people working for the hotel had no issues with check in or check out! The door seem to not close all the way, the tub probably should be replaced, this is a great stay if you are only doing 1 night, the area had couple of homeless people around the grounds, and we check in at 1am and a girl walking the hotel grounds in a skimpy outfit so that was the only issues.

Stay was good. The room was a little run down the sheets had a few holes but I could tell they were clean and I saw no bugs which is all I cared about. Staff and others staying there left me alone so it was peaceful.

The room smelled really bad, I had to check out after 5 minutes of being in that room, there was no way I could sleep there with that smell, it was something like a mix of cigarettes, marijuana and dirt. The bathroom was really dirty. I really don't recommend it to anyone.

I booked a suite and paid the extra $30. When I arrive, ai am told that I booked a regular room (regular rooms are $62, this room was $94). So my friend and I are given a regular room for $94. Then, there were bed bugs in our room. I have welts and bites all along my thigh, back, arm. I went to the front office to tell them, no one was there all night! I had to sit in a cold bath for hours because the bites were swollen and hot to the touch. I had no sleep. I am supposed to get a refund, but that is not 100%! I do not recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning didn’t work well at all! The room floor was very dirty like a thick layer of dust I seen on my socks, the tv was broken and had duck tape holding it together, the location is very ghetto especially at night! The whole wall by the door is a a whole window which made me feel REALLY uncomfortable. The service at the front desk was friendly but the overall stay wasn’t great definitely will not be back there

Never again! There was a beattle or roach running up the wall, water on bathroom floor, air conditioner blew barely coolish air. Everything was old and very warn, shower head came down to my shoulder! They actually wanted $60 cash deposit and had the nerve to charge $4.25 ATM fee to get it!

Worst motel I've ever been in. Booked on Expedia, non-refundable. Went in the room, not good. Dirty, disrepair. Adjoining room. Door between the rooms wouldn't lock. Ended up taking the loss and getting a different motel. Do not go there.

This is the most run-down, dirty, cigarette-smelling, nasty room I’ve ever stayed in, BY FAR! The shower temperature was erratic, scalding to freezing, shower/tub is literally falling apart and is yellowed, the carpet is stained, the air conditioning didn’t work at all, and the hotel itself had the loudest music blasting until 2:00 AM. They give you this one tiny shampoo packet and the shampoo doesn’t even work. It’s like hand sanitizer or something. There is also this really weird requirement for a cash deposit of $60.
