Good location downtown and a easy walk to the arena, restaurants and shopa. It's a bit dated but clean with a good breakfast buffet inlcuded.

No bedside access to plug outlets for cpap machines, had to sleep wrong end to reach plug, wet carpet into room by patio doors, wall paper bubbling off wall, bathroom door shredding at bottom and covered with paint, carpet under bedside table not vacuumed, room service not available- pick up at restaurant only, room was freezing cold on arrival. We had chosen Radisson based on room service due to having driven four straight days from Calgary having left our son in his new home and we were exhausted. We just wanted to chill in the room with food and warmth.

I walked into my allocated room and I got hit by an over powering stench of stale urine. The Supervisor on duty did upgrade me to a King size room, but that room was dirty with mold in the shower. I was here about 6 months ago and it wasn’t this bad. Also, wandered out of the breakfast room with my cup of coffee as I wanted to drink it in my room as I had some work to do. A staff member followed me out of the restaurant and reprimanded me like a school boy and told me this was not allowed. Ridiculous! I am not staying here again. Very disappointing

This was the 10th+ time we have stayed at the Radisson Sudbury. The desk staff is always so pleasant, the lobby is clean and open (the cleaning staff seems to be working 24/7 to keep everything spotless - yet are so very friendly) , the room was spacious and clean, and breakfast at Pesto's (hotel restaurant) is always so nice.
And if you need somewhere to go for dinner - Pesto's has a wonderful atmosphere, with a very engaging serving staff, and the food is delicious (portions are large, but not overwhelming).
Always a wonderful experience, especially with two elderly parents, one who is blind and uses a walker - everyone bends over backwards to make your stay comfortable.
See you in the spring, Radisson staff!

My stay was good the hotel is decent can’t complain had no problem just didn’t like the carpet in rm and was happy that the windows didn’t open very stuffy since the bathroom fan was not working or none existing but we had to move rooms which was no problem, I was very happy with the new room as it had no carpet and it had a sliding door that opened out into courtyard which is very convenient for our dog

Was a family trip for a soccer match. Our room was in the first floor that looks a basement.
Rooms were regular in size and layout but old and had some jobs to do. Big Dogs and people doing a lot of noise late nigh (11pm) and very early in the morning (5:30am).
My mistake was not not observe the DOUBLE bed.....I had it as Queen Bed and that was a headache!
Staff on the floor don't talk to you or even respond to a good morning often. That's only sad.
Overall the hotel needs quite some renovations. That "basement" isn't a great place to stay....specially paying the same price of the others floors.

Property is showing its age. Even with up grades it still feels old.

I paid for a two bed two person room
It was equipped for only one person
It was equipped with only one person and the outlets were unplugged

The hotel is in a bad area of town, but you couldn’t tell once your inside the hotel. There was only 1 pleasant staff member during our stay. ( cleaning staff were really nice) the parking area is small and limited

Hallway was dirty like it hadn’t been vacuumed. Room had smell to it. Very dated property. Not sure if they were employees of the place or guests but people hanging out in front smoking and laughing regularly while we were there.

really need an upgrade for the price they are charging

Main hallways were extremely dirty and carpeting needs to be replaced. Bathrooms in room need a refresh. Hot tub in pool area covered with plants and wooden board so unusable. No towels in pool area except heaping pile of dirty ones. Only one staff member working for entire hotel who was overwhelmed checking people in at the desk and couldn't help elsewhere. Breakfast in am opened 20 mins after posted time.

Nice staff , clean bedding, good food service. My room was a pet friendly room so the floors were dusty which was kind of annoying but other than that was fine.

Easy fast check in. Lots of free parking. Pool was clean and lots of towels available.

I am allergic to feather pillows. When I checked in I asked about it and was assured there were none in my room. I had a very bad asthma attack and was up all night. There was no apology they just dropped off a lumpy non feather pillow at my room door.

People shooting up along back alley beside the hotel is not conducive to ‘good experience’.

Good value for money. Bring your own pillow and upgrade your bed. Change room in the pool area was unusable. Staff were great though.

Not sure if this is old property or what. Whole property smelled like chlorine.
6.0 / 10.0
The hotel staff were kind and accommodating. The room was clean looking but did have dog hair all over the floor. Pool was clean but hot tub is not functioning. Surrounding area is full of drug deals and homeless people making walking and parking unsafe.

Pool needs chemicals. It was cloudy.
Room stayed in hadn’t been in use - dusty, toilet needed cleaning, no Kleenex. Breakfast was ok. Just needed some TLC.
8.0 / 10.0
Although the hotel was clean and staff great around property was a huge visible drug problem and not very clean. You could see used needles
8.0 / 10.0
In between Science North and Dynamic Earth but not a lot in the area to walk to.
3.0 / 10.0
The hotel is a little rundown. There was a group of homeless people outside our window smoking crack, I was a little scared to be honest. The restaurant inside the hotel was absolutely horrible food wise, although the complimentary breakfast was great.
8.0 / 10.0
The staff and building were great, the pool wasn't available during our 3 day stay which was a bummer for the kids.

Friendly and helpful staff.. connected to the mall.. super convenient and centrally located. Good breakfast!
8.0 / 10.0
We chose the hotel because of the advertised shopping, services and pool. The mall, adjacent to the hotel was mostly closed, only a few shops were open. We would have used the pool but it was temporarily closed for whatever reason. A little more variety in the restaurant would have been nice.

Check in was good, we asked to move rooms because of a barking dog and they accommodated us quickly.
The room was clean, but the beds however were very hard and one was extremely squeaky. The heater/air conditioner unit was making a clicking noise all night also.
Breakfast was good, great coffee!
Check out was easy and staff was pleasant.

We booked this hotle instead of another so we could use the pool in the evening with some family from out of town. Called before booking to confirm pol was open. Yet when arrived pool was closed and no real reason stated why. Super dissapointing to the 3 kids and us adults.
Also. None of the 3 charging ports in the room worked and my phone was completely dead for the second day of our trip. No gps. No camera and no communication to reach family to arrange next stops. When asked there was no charger for use either.
Super frusterating and dissapointig as we dont travel often and were splurging to have some extra fun. Beds were mediocre. A little springy and not as comfy as expected.
