The wi-go was very weak. There was no phone signal in the hotel. Room was clean but very dated. Furniture should be replaced. Breakfast was decent and wait staff was very friendly and courteous

People at the front desk were friendly as well as the people that worked at the grill. I liked the set up of everything. Loved the fire place area with all of the seating. Definitely would stay again.

Hotel is conveniently-located to the United States Air Force Academy, but rooms/facilities could use some updates. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay.

Hotel, facilities, and room were all excellent. The only downside was the restaurant. While there were only a few customers, and THREE servers/cashiers working, the service was painfully slow. The food and drinks were very good, though a little pricey.

We recently stayed at the Academy Hotel and had a wonderful stay. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making for a great nights rest. Though the hotel is located a bit north of activities planned, it wasn’t a deal breaker as the area itself had plenty plenty to offer. We stopped by for ice cream when retuning to our room and it was great. The staff is awesome.

It was not good. The commode had not been flushed, when the phone wouldn’t work they came to replace and pulled out the bed and there was so much dust and filth under the bed it was disgusting. The breakfast was very good and the service at breakfast was incredible. We probably won’t stay there again.

Breakfast only good if you like omelette otherwise very limited choice. Maid service needed to be more frequent - only once on a 3 night stay ? Paying $8 for a glass of wine - expect it to be in a wine glass rather than a plastic cup ?

Nice hotel with exceptional customer service thanks to Michelle! Offers a wonderful complimentary breakfast when presented your room key. Bar/restaurant is open I believe at 5pm till 10pm. We were given a $10 voucher to use there. Indoor swimming pool was inviting and open till 10pm. Large open eating and lounging area was awesome. Family and pet friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The bed was absolutely top notch for a restful nights sleep. We would stay at again when next in the area.

The hotel is old and it’s really starting to show. Controlling the temp in the shower was extremely difficult! You have to tweak it, tweak it again and again … plumbing fixture needs replacement. Carpeting is old, who knows if it was clean! Free Breakfast was good!

Sadly the cleanliness and overall condition at this hotel is appalling. Handles falling off furniture in room. Furniture extremely worn and showing its age. Dust everywhere which kept making me sneeze. Window would hardly open due to filthy runners. Window blind was torn, taped up and filthy. Room service was hit and miss with coffee not being replaced. Fridge was rusty and freezing everything in it. No in room safe. Bathroom basin was loose and leaking. Whilst in the shower the awful curtain gave the impression that we were in some Halloween side show. Bath filler had been disconnected. Illuminated vanity mirror was disconnected and no longer working. Breakfast was not good with child size plastic cutlery and paper plates. No proper cereal dispensers, just Tupperware tubs which were dirty with sticky finger prints all over them. Cereal had to go in small ice cream tubs as no bowls. Very poor lighting in the breakfast area and right next to pool which was noisy. Outside by the hotel entrance you are greeted by old engineering on the roof which sounded like a chinook helicopter flying past. The general condition of the hotel is terrible. All the ice machines seemed to be out of order. On the plus side the staff were friendly but you need more than that. In general the hotel was not as good as it looked in Hotels.com information. It is in urgent need of refurbishing or as a quick fix, demolition!

this is our first time staying here as we’ve gone through Colorado Springs. I will just say we will be back! From the time we walked in and checked in until we left all the staff was amazing. The restaurant staff also and we had such a great waiter when we went for something after supper. definitely on the books again

This was probably the nicest and least expensive hotel we stayed at during our whole trip. It was ample and very clean. The rooms were nice and comfortable. They had an amazing breakfast with someone preparing your choice of 🍳 eggs, or omelets.

So glad we stayed at this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was great-even had an omelet station! Bed was very comfortable. Pool was inside the atrium. The staff were all very friendly and kept aking if there was anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a great place to stay that was convenient to everything. Just ashort drive to all the attractions.

Used to love this hotel. Gone so downhill. Booked a suite and patio door screwed shut now barring access, was not informed about. Fruit flies in room. Last time rented suite found a used condom on the floor in room. Another time woke up to a swarm of ants on nightstand. Barely received an apology or acknowledgement from clerk. Restaurant service and food low quality. Saving grace used to be 24hr pool, which now closes at 10pm. Wear and tear evident throughout hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Nearly everything was great, the only problem was water pressure. The shower was plenty tall, but just no pressure. The breakfast was great, eggs made to order or scrambled on the free buffet. The beds were really comfortable also. Would definitely stay again!

Pictures made me think it was like an Embassy Suites but it was closer to Motel 6. Kids really enjoyed the indoor pool, bed was clean and comfortable, water pressure was good in bathroom, lots of space to lounge in lobby, and made to order breakfast was nice. But rooms were old, carpet was stained, bathroom was small (barely big enough to clear door from toilet), gym was just a converted extra hotel room with hardly any weights, and WiFi signal was really weak in my room. Hotel is fine if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, but not great if you’re looking for anything more.

There were mixed reviews on the bedrooms and the beds. Don’t let that make you miss out on an extraordinary hotel go in and asked to see the difference between the deluxe which is in a different building a newer building versus the older building. Either way I would’ve stayed at either one were extremely comfortable, the breakfast was extraordinary great and great amenities

A good breakfast is available. Parking is very inconvient. We unloaded luggage in the rain without shelter. Parking was not near room. The bathroom was tiny and outdated with a very low toilet and the tub was slippery. We stayed one night then moved to another location that was updated.

Blows your mind when you walk into the lobby for the first time. It's like a giant atrium. Just beautiful, with onsite restaurant, and much to do! Highly recommended!
