It was ok

Television in bedroom didn’t work. Had buckets sitting around due to leaking. Mirror had finger prints - wasn’t cleaned. Carpet felt damp - musty like. Ceilings were pealing. It was in bad need of repair. Reception and Breakfast were very good. Staff friendly. Nice touch to have fish food for the kids to feed the fish.
3.3
The food the customer service the room was very nice. Great place to stay.
3.3
The staff was wonderful and very helpful! The property is run down and not well maintained. The carpets are badly torn and stained. Closet doors missing. Hair in the bathroom. One of the elevators smelled like urine.
3.3
The pictures for the hotel need to be updated. The lobby area had stains on the carpet. The tables were chipped. The couches had stains as well. My premium king room was very spacious, but the bed was broken, the bathroom smelled like urine, and the furniture in the living room area had stains on them. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
3.3
The room was very spacious and comfortable. We had plenty of room. There are 3 total sinks in the room and mirrors everywhere. Breakfast was wonderful and the omelette made it even better. Even though there was a large crowd there, the omelette chefs worked quickly. I’ll definitely be back.
3.3
the hotel was old and dated, it was rough stay - the staff was amazing and tried to accommodate

This is a very aged property that need renovations badly. Our room was smelled of mold and was musty. The furniture was outdated and torn in someplaces. The curtains were old and need replacing. Breakfast was good especially the omelets. The bed slept good. Stayed 1 night.
3.3
The staff at front desk and in restaurant are friendly and courteous. The options of breakfast, happy hour and having a steak house on the property are all excellent.
The rooms are clean but the restaurant needs work on the floors. The floors are sticky making the area feel unclean. It could be the wax used, but I have stayed there 4 times this year and it's always the same. Other than that, the location and services are quite good.

We were disappointed that the pool was closed. We understand that is not any control of the staff.
The hotel definitely needs to be updated. We were in a handicapped room. I didn’t pick a handicap room but it was fine. The issue was it smelled musty, the bathroom flooded into the main room when you took a shower.
When we went to get breakfast we were early. Instead of the employee saying anything apologetic a put our misunderstanding of the time she was very rude. She stated “Coffee Only!” She was very rude and even argued with another couple that didn’t realize the breakfast times were different on the weekends.
Lots of roof leaks during rain.
In our room the carpet was pulled from the edging. One TV didn’t work, the front sink wouldn’t turn off completely for several minutes. The shower curtain and window curtains are not wide enough to fit.
3.3
Bathroom sink was slow to drain. Had to ask for towels & bedding for couch even though my reservation was for three. Plus I had go get them from front desk. No hot tub.
3.3
The worst Embassy Suites I ever visited.Dirty carpet with gum, dirty elevator glass. The door to my room was white plastered. The place needs a overhaul. Staff was slow to respond, and manue stains on the pull out bead. So TERRIBLE, IT SHOULD BE CLEAN FOR THE MONEY YOU PAID.

The room didn’t smell fresh

I stayed four days and three nights the room was not cleaned. Even one time had to ask for clean towels. The room smelled like cigarettes. The carpets are piled and dirty. Overall, I’ve stayed in a lot of embassy suites and this one is rundown and the service are terrible.
3.3
Everything in the room was broken. The toilet continuously ran throughout the night. There was pot smell throughout the hall way.
The pillows were dirty so I’m sure the sheets were. Breakfast was awful burnt grits and it took an hour for an omelet.
3.3
Someone had a party n the parking lot and the music was super loud.
3.3
Check in was great. Super easy and very friendly service. However, room felt like it was wet everywhere. Thermostat was set to 49 degrees F when we got in and it was probably 80 in the room. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. Wallpaper was peeling and ripped in several parts of the wall. Basically this hotel hasn't had any maintenance in probably 20 years. So we left and went somewhere else.
3.3
Hotel is old and in dire need of updating. Dirty stained furniture…peeling paint…old carpet. $5 charge for parking…don’t understand that since I parked myself and there was no other option to park but in the hotel lot. Staff was friendly. Breakfast food was good. Cocktail time was basically low-end liquor, wine & beer but it was free. Will not stay here again due to old condition of rooms. Also the indoor pool leaves the whole hotel smelling musty and of chlorine.

Great location great food great experience

Dirty room,, continue to ask for cleaning. Friendly staff
3.3
The telephone didn’t work and I had to request some tissue paper for the bathroom and that was unacceptable
3.3
Had a horrible experience checking in due to the third party not the hotel the third party forgot to send the funds to the hotel and it took me over three hours just to check in it mess up my whole event everything just end up being a total disaster I am very disappointed wouldn’t recommend ever again
3.3
The hotel is dated. We did get to check in early. Which was nice. Breakfast was okay. The omelette station should use utensils for the toppings. They used gloves and was sticking their hands in each topping including the salsa 😟. I wouldn’t stay here again.
3.3
Tv didn’t work, towels and bedding were dirty, sink didn’t work
3.3
Location to event. Large room

Alas never look under furniture. The place had some interesting things in unnoticed places: 4 tubes of chapstick, a big rawhide for a dog and also the fridge was frozen and did not work. I accidentally left my charger but I doubt anyone has even bothered to look and call me back about it.
The most concerning thing is that in the morning we heard knocking and someone tried to open our door twice. If my cousin hadn't put the extra hook lock on then we would've been in for a surprise. I found out later that they must've been outside contractors when I finally opened the door. That was very disconcerting. The hotel needs to tell people which rooms are occupied. I doubt I will be staying there again. I didn't tell my cousin (who was with me) what happened because I knew she would be scared. I had fond memories of this hotel from my childhood but I will never stay here again.

This property is severely rundown. No plants in the planters off the floors. Green moss or plastic plants would look better . Multiple rooms left open as they needed cleaning . Parking is 5$ which is add as it’s not a downtown hotel and they don’t provide valet. The staff was rude not professional . We called 2 times for cups glasses which were not in our room . When we went to get some paper cups on the housekeeper cart we were accused of stealing . The bathtub ran constantly. We did eat at Ruth’s Chris to discover we were not allowed to charge it to our room which we’ve always done in the past. Lastly, the indoor pool wasn’t heated . It’s really sad the condition of this hotel as it USED to be one of the best .
3.3
The hotel is dirty, poorly managed and not well maintained. Very poor value for the money. It allowed very loud parties to continue until 3:00 am which disturbed our sleep. The shower in our unit flooded not only the entire bathroom but parts of the bedroom as well. Requests were made and ignored. Water faucet continued to drip after having been supposedly fixed. Many regular room items like coffee packets were missing from our unit. Many more things tooo numerous to mention.
3.3
Our stay wasn’t bad at all, the property definitely needs a face lift but I hear they are renovating in September.
3.3
This property is old not up to date old furniture old windows dirty windows old curtains this property is not worth the amount I paid to stay
3.3
This hotel needs some upgrading. The bed was horrible and very uncomfortable. Hard and lumpy.
3.3
Room was badly in need of an update. Bathroom towel rack was falling off wall. Bed was awful. People were friendly.
3.3
Won’t be back to this location until it’s renovated. It’s in very poor shape.
3.3
Asked for towels and never got them, and called downstairs twice
Didn’t have hot water. Water was luke warm at best after running it for abt 10 minutes. Drain in bathroom sink took abt 30 minutes to drain completely.
3.3
Very bad accommodations out dated location for the price here on 2024 no usb ports in rooms furniture very poor. Cable television was out for days. No accountability to guest for that. ONLY QUALITY WAS THE BREAKFAST BUFFET. SHOULD BE REINBURSTMENT FOR SOMETHING BASED ON THE PRICE PAID FOR THAT KIND OF EXPREINCE.
3.3
Asked for extra blankets and pillows never got them. Asked for an early check in didn’t get.
Lady at the front desk was rude

Great Hotel

Hotel in need of major renovations. Between the two rooms I reserved there were dirty floors, debris under the couch, mold in the shower, soap scum on the tub, and one of the rooms had a strong musty/moldy/smoke smell (530). I arrived at 3 but my rooms were not ready until 5. Check in was at 4, i was offered no compensation.
