It is conveniently located right next to the ARC De Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Staff is very nice and friendly. One issue we had was that when we asked for water refill after a 4 mile run, we were told we will get only one bottle of water per day. Otherwise, we had a great one week stay.

We stayed 7 days however they didn't give us the best room with the view. I noticed other rooms were empty throughout the week. The other room we got was like a closet and we had to request to change it. It ended up being a reasonable room but overall they were not as good as we expected.

Great location. We had a room with a small balcony with a great view of the arc de triumph. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was well maintained and very clean. We’d definitely recommend and return.

The staff are just lovely; the room was absolutely gorgeous and big. Truly one of the most beautiful rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t want to leave. The view of the arc de triomphe at dawn from my balcony was special. And the iconic French breakfast with café au lait was delivered promptly and nicely set out.

Overall it’s fine. Water temp and pressure is so unstable. So is the electricity on the lights. I did request for a better room cause it’s really was my 5 year anniversary but was ignored.

The balcony can view the Arc de Triomphe, the location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and check in/check out very quickly. Just the hotel itself is a bit dated so the facility look a bit old (but mostly clean). Unfortunately our bed sheet has a brown stain which is quite disappointed given the price of the room is not cheap and we didn’t expect to see this. As I always bring my own bed sheet cover so this didn’t bother me a lot but hopefully the hotel will pay attention to the small little details going forward.

This hotel is the best I love how clean our room was and the staff more then perfect very knowledgeable and attentive to guests ,y room was clean daily with towel and bedding changed daily my husband and I had the best sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel the view is amazing and so close to major attractions. Love this place would effectively be back

The hotel is walking distance to Arc De Triomphe. The staff was helpful in many ways they could, and I felt at home staying in this hotel. The room and bedding was also comfortable. Breakfast-wise, they serve bacon so I am all good with that. One thing to take note about the rooms is that you can’t lock the door from the inside, which I think is important for safety and for privacy. Overall, I enjoyed staying in this hotel, and would definitely stay here again when I next visit Paris.

It's a really best hotel. Employees were all kind, sweet, professional. I went to the hotel early due to a schedule, and I gave us a room early to us without asking for a tired mother. They considered us. The room was spacious, pleasant, and the amenity and necessary things were well equipped. The space placement of furniture was good. There was a good place to put the carrier, the closet, the hangers and multiple storage space so I was able to separate my clothes, and I was convenient. The bathrooms were warm due to the radiator, and the water was well and was clean. Breakfast is great! Especially, Arc de Triomphe visible on the balcony is fantastic. Day and night were beautiful. Above all, I was happy for three days to stay at the hotel due to friendly staff. I enjoyed a journey because of a professional and kind one, and I would like to stay in the hotel next time I came to Paris next time.

My overall stay was pleasant. The staff is friendly and courteous. My only issue with the property is that they advertised “courtyard view” but my view was of a wall. That’s a bit misleading.

The hotel had a clean and lovely decor, excellent facilities, and of course, the view of the Arc de Triomphe from the window was perfect. it definitely felt like staying in a 5-star hotel for the price of 4-stars. It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in on this trip, including other 5-star hotels.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were small, but not by Paris standards. Sheets were fresh and crisp and the bathroom modern. The room was in good condition, and we had a sweet little balcony with table and chairs.

This hotel claims to be 4 star , I don’t think if it is worth 2 ! 3 major issues- 1) the entery of the hotel is staris with no elevtor which makes it hard with baggage and there is no one outside to help . 2) the room keys is still keys !! They asked you to leave it in the reception every time you go outside , the doors are so old you have to put an extra effort to open it ! 3) the cleaning lady just makes the bed she doesn’t really clean anything , the carpet and bathroom weren’t really clean ! My advice if you are not taking the room with the view just switch to a cheaper hotel , this hotel is about the view , the classic not with a balcony room are very small, their view is a wall .
