The gym equipment was not very good. It had free weights (barbells) but the treadmill, bicycle, elliptical and rowing machine were all broken. Looks good in pictures but not functional.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned before we checked in. House keeping showed up once the whole week we stayed and only made one bed. In the evening you could smell other guest smoking weed in their rooms. The elevator broke down on the last night we were there. Our room was on the 4th floor and I had a knee surgery recently. No accommodations to switch rooms on the ground floor was offered.

The main floor smelled like cigarette smoke and it’s a non smoking facility. We opened up our door and within 3 min of closing the door we encountered ourselves w a cockroach in our room. Not to happy about that.

While I do recommend this place for a quick stay I also have to say that the shower at the room I stayed in was not very clean. There were a lot of black spots toward the bottom of the walls and on all of the hand rails. Another thing that wasn’t great was that you only get sheer curtains, no blackouts and my window was facing a parking lot with a busy restaurant and gas station that are on a Main Street right off the freeway so its not great knowing you HAVE to have the view to your room so out there for so many people. Front dead attention was great and checking in was super easy. While there is a lot of activity in the are, the hotel is still quiet in itself. Again, do recommend for a quick stay

The gentleman that works at the front desk is not the friendliest. My bed wasn't comfortable. My shower head had water coming out of the shower all over the place. The fridge didn't work. Trash overflowing by the side door almost my whole visit. Breakfast doesn't have a good variety nor do they switch up items. The area is convenient with access to get a lot of places. Convenient laundry facilities if your staying a few days.

The staff was very pleasant, and the room was well-maintained with no issues encountered. Regarding the continental breakfast, it was consistent for the first two days of our stay, leading us to forgo checking it on the third day. The attendant managing the breakfast area was exceptionally kind and maintained a high standard of cleanliness.

Hot tub and pool area were very dirty and clearly not cleaned or maintained daily as dirty towels sat at poolside for days before being cleaned up. Hotel is quite run down and needs a lot of maintenance. Definitely shows age and a lack of upkeep. No daily housekeeping. Staff are pleasant and friendly. It was nice to have some hot foods at the breakfast room.

The check in was late they did not have any of the rooms ready, they made us wait until 4:30pm. We rented 3 rooms. To start the iron was broken and burn my husband slack pantsuit he brought it to the staff member and the tv did not work although was given a new remote control. Very very dissatisfied. I will not ever stay at this Hotel ever again.
