The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, major roads, and grocery stores. After a long day of appointments and meetings, it felt so good to relax in a big and neat room as what we had.

I turned on the heat because the room was a little bit cold and the heat vent register was probably so dirty that it smelled like (I'm sorry to seem crass and vulgar but) someone had literally gone # 2 and not flushed the toilet.

Our stay was okay but lacked some basics that were a little frustrating. For example, we are a family of four but we had two towels in the room. We asked for two more towels, which they brought the next morning after we asked, but then housekeeping replaced them all with two towels that day, so we had to call for two more again the next day (not to mention the originals weren’t dirty). We called for the towels when we arrived at 9pm but there was no answer at the front desk, housekeeping or any other number on the phone, it was frustrating to not have any response. The safe didn’t work. There was no extra blanket (and again, no one available to call) and we were missing a pillow. All fairly minor things but when you add them up, they were frustrating enough to make this stay just “okay”.
The property is nice, well located, all the basic amenities you would want. The staff are pleasant, it’s certainly a good place, just not great.

Beds weren’t comfy, elevators weren’t working. Reservation wasn’t ready, lightbulbs were burnt out.

I have stayed at other Pan Pacific and this one truly fell short. I am not sure if it's privately owned rather than a chain but it was disappointing. There was a really weird small when you come in to the hotel, a cleaning agent mixed with something dirty. The tub was leaking everywhere and the bottom of the shower was peeling/dirty. I didn't have any interaction with the staff during my stay so I have no opinion about the service.

Beautiful property with very nice amenities. The deposit required is very high but it of course is returned after your checkout.

It was a decent hotel. Parking was charged and when I was leaving I asked for coffee during breakfast time and they charged me 11$ for 2 black coffee and there was an elderly couple that got coffee for free. Room was not well lit.

Stayed three nights - first two were in room 711 and the room was fine however there was an intermittent noise coming from the HVAC that kept my wife up all night (system was turned off). Last night was room 2101 and it was terrific including a balcony and a view of the city. Service was excellent. Location gave us great access to north end of city as well as easy drive downtown. Property has been around for decades and is due for a refresh but all in all a great stay.

Nice to stay

The parking is outdoors about a minute from the covered entrance. That is something to consider during inclement weather. We had supper and breakfast at the on site restaurant. The meals were delicious. The service very good. Registering at the front desk was straight forward. We found the king size mattress firm but comfortable. Access to the very narrow balcony was impossible due to the limitations on the sliding door. Proximity to shopping, restaurants, and major roads is very good.

Person who checked us in was less that friendly and we certain were given an inferior room from our last stay
Elevators need attention immediately as are very slow and one not working at all on a busy weekend

Restaurant and staff were amazing. I didn’t need to call the front desk at all during my 3 night stay.

An excellent place to stay. We have stayed here several times during the past four yrs. Each time has been terrific all around.

Luggage was left without supervision. I took it and no one noticed. My computer was there. Didn’t feel safe.

Very clean. Quiet. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Restaurant food was delicious and our server was very kind, friendly and not pushy.

Took forever to get our room when checking in, says pool is open daily but closed every single day we were there and not maintained. Most furniture was damaged. Everything was dirty and definitely not cleaned. Staff are very slow. A/C doesn’t even work.

Poor quality plumbing toilet kept filling up with water randomly throughout the night. There was a switching on and off noise of a switch throughout the night as well. Circuit breaker issue?

Dirty cigarette butts all over the balcony

Heater wasn’t working. Was offered a space heater that was broken. For three nights I was shivering at night time and had to take a hot shower to warm up. Called to complain but got nothing from the team.

Linda was absolutely amazing. From when I checked in to any questions I had up until I checked out. When I would pass by the front desk she was always smiling and would say hi to check if everything was okay. She is absolutely amazing and so welcoming.
Hotel was very clean and beds were super comfortable as well.

Shower handle was broken, lifts are incredibly slow, constant noise that may be from wind outside

Things falling apart, no hot tub, not clean, I had to bring a microwave from in the ice vending area down the hallway just to find an outlet to plug it in. Rude check in. Lights not working. Just an overall bad experience.
