The hotel was nice and clean and had better beds than most. We especially liked that they had a resturant that was open late and did the breakfast. Also appreciated that the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours.

One of the best places I've stayed recently. The lobby area, pool, and room were all very well cared for, comfortable and clean. We bought the $5 breakfast deal at the restaurant in the building and were very pleased with it.

The bed was so uncomfortable, I don’t know what they have on there under the sheets, but it was like sleeping on a rubber mattress, you couldn’t roll over without clinging to it. Really need to figure out some something else.

Very quiet, comfortable stay in a nice area. Room was excellent, bed was very nice. Lots of plug-ins and USB ports in our room. Pool is open 24 hrs and we loved taking a dip in the hot tub late in the evening. The $5 breakfast vouchers were worth every penny in the restaurant attached to the hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I stayed at this property twice in one week. Both times the airport shuttle was either late or nonexistent. I scheduled myself for the 4 am airport shuttle both times, and either the hotel staff failed to schedule the shuttle or they simply forgot. Luckily, I was able to coerce my way onto the same shuttle the pilots left on. The rooms were clean, but aside from that, the hotel was hardly one star above Motel 6. I would not recommend it for the price.

It was nice to have a hotel shuttle to/from the airport- so helpful! And having Old Chicago attached to the property was great. Could have done without the loud noise the last night with screaming kids until about midnight outside the hotel but it is what it is. Everything the hotel was in control of was fine. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with all my questions.

Very nice property, staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had a large 5th wheel with us and there was plenty of parking. Great place to clean up and regroup! Old Chicago was very busy and had a lot of great options to eat!

Very nice place for an overnight stay while traveling. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Only negative I found, and I admittedly am picky, is that this hotel could up their game on the towels- they are thinner than I would expect for a hotel of this caliber. Otherwise our stay here was great.

The room was real clean, but the tub did not drain. It backed up and I was ankle deep in gross water. The ceiling and tub walls also appeared to be growing mold or mildew. Also the air was really difficult to control and didn’t make any sense. I am technical manager and it stumped me. There was a wall unit like in most mid-level hotels but the controls were completely locked down and the wall control did not seem to affect the unit. I just wanted the fan on medium to create some room noise.

Paper thin walls and doors slamming every five minutes through out the night. Young adults running up and down the halls being very loud yelling. Definitely go somewhere else if you want any rest.

The hotel was not understanding at all and showed no human care or empathy toward their customers. I would never stay at any Holiday Inns ever again thanks to the disserive offered by this hotel. I don't care what their policy says. They could have been at least a little bit flexible when human life is at stake because of a weather emergency that prevented me from checking in on time. Instead of being flexible, the hotel simply responded that they don't control the highway and they need to stick to the policy. I was given an option to either risk my life getting to the hotel or somehow bear the responsibility of the bad weather that closed the highway. If that's what the Holiday Inn brand represents, then I won't have it. They regard their customer's life as a piece of garbage and that's all I need to know.

Well I got bite by a spider and ended up in the hospital. They knew I did and no concerns. They moved us to a different room which was just remodeled. The room smell like glue. So no sleep.

Third time staying at the hotel. It is comfortable, always had friendly check in, kids enjoyed the pool and Old Chicago's is nice with great service. You can not beat the breakfast for $5 also.
