The room we stayed in was not clean. It had hair still on the floor of the bathroom. The were missing pictures on the wall and the sofa was coming apart. The beds were so old that you sunk to the ground.. Not worth the price.. Best Western is nicer..

Overall was a good stay. The room we had over looked the second floor roof so not a good view and the room was out of date. We had some family and friends also stay at the resort and there rooms were up to date.

Our stay was less than enjoyable. I am very disappointed with the non working hot tub, green pool, ac not working in half the room, hole in ceiling that bugs live in, wrinkled rug that I tripped on and pretty sure I broke my toe.

My trip to this “resort” was less than enjoyable. The pool was green and the hot tub was out of service. This is huge for me as we specifically seek hotels with hot tubs for my back. The carpet in the room was not stretched tight and had wrinkles in it. I got up Sunday morning and tripped on one of the wrinkles and it bent my toe back, pretty sure it is broken. The volume on the tv had to be turned up to 99 to even be able to hear it and you had to be inches away from it to change the channel. Had to get out of bed every time I wanted to change the channel was very frustrating. The AC on blew in the guest room area. Didn’t realize that on night one and I kept turning down the AC cause I was hot and my daughter the next morning told me she froze all night. My husband checked and no air comes out the vent in the bedroom. There was a hole in the ceiling that bugs kept coming out of that grossed me out the entire trip. The only good thing about our stay was the bed, it was very comfortable. I was so frustrated the entire visit with our room. I can’t imagine I will ever be back.

We stayed on the 4th floor, which hasn’t been updated yet. Nice big room, comfortable bed, lots of seating, but small TV and needs to be remodeled or freshed like the other rooms.

Stayed for my 50th reunion and found the room very nice, clean and quiet from other guests. There are bands that often perform in the lower level, so if you think this might be a problem for you, just ask for a room on the third floor or above. Good restaurants within and nearby. Great views of the area

Property should be bought and remodeled. Furniture is worn, lighting in room is terrible, walls are all dinged up, counters in bathroom are horribly water stained and dull, large mirror over vanities is chipped, frame shows major wear and tear, paint is chipped. The elevator floors were dirty and doors paint was all chipped. Empty art hangers on walls like someone took the artwork. Upon check in the computers were down so could not check in for one hour. Front desk kept ringing the help bell and no one came until I tracked someone down and the let the manager know.

I wasn’t offered an upgraded room so when I asked I was told they didn’t have any available. However, my card reader for my room access didn’t work half the time and maintenance had to come up and get me in my room. I was told then that if the reader didn’t work, they would upgrade me to a better room. The card reader only worked half correctly half the time but it was late at night and I was leaving the next day so I just dealt with it. I have stayed here many times and it’s usually really nice and a lot better than this stay was. Everyone has a bad day so maybe this was the properties bad day. I will continue to stay here but hope that next time I get my upgraded room benefit.

I've stayed here multiple times and even worked at the casino next door, Bucky's, for 7 months. The property is clean, offers beautiful views of the landscape, and multiple dining options. If your party is over 21 the casino connected to it is very convenient and also has a great restaurant. There is a spa on property but I've never used it so I cannot comment on it.

The “resort” is in dire need of renovation. It has not been updated in 20 years and it’s over 35 years old. It once had tennis courts which could easily be redone into pickle ball or basket ball court. The staff was very friendly, the onsite restaurants are great. The pool area also needs updated and the hot tub was inoperable during our stay.

Having the hotel and casino in one was nice. The bed was comfy but shower curtain needed upgraded and we didn’t have any clothes hangers in closet. Restaurant food was delicious and Jordyn was a great server!

The hotel is in need of a refresh. The phone was broken, TV volume didn’t work, coffee maker was broken and shower/bathtub very slow to drain. And these things were not fixed even after reporting them. It’s a great location and view however.

The facility was nice. The room was not as clean as one would expect. We had to call housekeeping as soon as we checked in because the toilet was dirty. The room itself was dusty and the bed was extremely soft. We were disappointed that the jacuzzi was out of service until the day we left. I wouldn’t stay here again.
