STAY ⛔️ The room reeked of cat urine and cigarette smoke the carpet was 🤢 the sofa bed was so dirty It was shameful there’s CLEARLY a no smoking sign at the side entrance to the elevators where EVERYONE sits on the ac unit to smoke at using wet floor signs to leave doors propped open so they will be able to get back in I watched random people drive up and casually swim with their family and leave this is clearly unmanaged public housing not a place to rest after a long drive before you reach your destination PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE YOU WERE WARNED!!!

The room was suppose to sleep 5, but wasn’t accommodating 5 due to small and unbearable painful bed. The pull out sofa bed had no mattress but rather bunch of springs cover with some fabric. It was suppose to be for 2 people but only one of my child could fit on it and by the way she is sick now with extreme pain in her back and neck and actually the entire body. I asked for the pillows and blanket for the pull out sofa bed and and I was told there are no pillows or blanket. You tell me how can someone sleep without pillows and blanket. Staff in the kitchen and cleaning crew was extremely rude and racist. I would never ever stay at this hotel again. And shame on hotels.com to provide false rating, stars, and review for this hotel as a good one. The breakfast was always missing things from it from creamer to butter and if you ask the kitchen staff for it they gave you the dirtiest look and rude answer.

When we arrived, the parking lot was a mess and the building was not maintained....people hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed, it was so strong it was nauseating. When we went to check out the inside, we were told that they gave away the king room that we reserved and offered us 2 doubles. Thank God that wouldn't work for us....we now weren't stuck staying in that dump!

It was an ok hotel. Definitely over priced. One of our 2 beds was unable to be used due to mattress quality. Most of the furnature had some source of wear or being broken. Basically just in need of a serious makeover. Night time staff was super nice, daytime staff could care less. Ok place to stay if on a budget, but I will not be returning.
