The check-in process was very nice and easy. Receptionists were kind and friendly. Our room was very clean and I was surprised to see nice wood flooring, which was definitely a first for me in a hotel but it was much nicer than the dingy carpet you usually see in hotels. The breakfast was decent, typical for a “free hotel breakfast” there were plenty of options, something for everyone. There is many stores and restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. My only minor complaints were the carpet in the hallway outside our room had crumbs and was never cleaned the 2 nights we stayed there & the parking outside our outside entry door was always taken and I had to park around the building and walk further but again very minor. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would absolutely stay here again when I am visiting Fremont! The price was also very fair!

The young woman who checked us in was rude, sloppy, and not thorough. The room smelled awful, the bed was rock-hard, and the surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe. In top of that, several of our family members, who also had rooms, found ants in their beds. I have come here a number of times over the years, as I have family that lives nearby, but the overall experience has deteriorated and I won’t be back.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. General cheap feeling, cheap fake wood floors with no carpet, soap dispenser in the shower just like a college dorm, pool was closed because someone shat in it, cockroach came out from behind the painting on the wall.

Very nice place, it has a great courtyard area to relax with a pool. Close to many restaurants and overall quiet. Employees are very friendly and helpful. They allowed pets and our dog enjoyed being able to be outside in courtyard area.

We were there to revisit my old home town of Fremont. Pleasantly surprised. Very nice staff, very good breakfast service, pool and jacuzzi well maintained and overall quality was better than I expected at a Best Western. The A/C vent in our room was noisy, making a banging sound that was startling at times.

My family and I book a room for the 4th of July, we get to enjoy the pool, the jacuzzi we love the hours because we can be there pretty much all day from 8 am - 10 pm it’s lovely for the summer specially on this hot weather. Pool area is in the great area since the sun hits there all day so pool gets warm with the sun and is so refreshing. Breakfast has a lot of options to choose from, the stuff makes this salsa that honestly is top tear, I need the recipe 😂. Really friendly and professional. We definitely going back. Is in top of our list

I loved my stay, the breakfast, the room, the pool. All of those things were great. My only complaint was that there was someone who wasn't staying at the hotel using the EV charger, so I couldn't charge my car.

Great property! It’s convenient to the freeway, shops & restaurants but has a serene, well-maintained atmosphere. The grounds are well-kept and the EV charging stations, when available, are a great plus! The front desk staff I met, Ashley, Jessica & Erica were each very professional, calm & friendly. The breakfast is a definite plus! The staff working the breakfast keeps the many stations full & clean! The housekeeping staff def goes above & beyond! I stopped Melanie yesterday to let her know that she’s always kind to me and does a fabulous job! The room is big, comfortable and most of all, *clean*! Thanks to Melanie & her cohort! The lobby was very nice, I enjoyed the building floor plan and I liked how I could walk to the morning breakfast and fitness rooms without going outside into the chill. The building felt very same and cozy.
