Typical what you expect from a campanile. Noisy in the morning once the traffic started. Several fast food options nearby
4.0
Good location just on the outskirt of city centre. Easy check in/out with friendly staff. Comfortable clean room. Nice breakfast. Outside patio area to relax in. Restaurant not open on a Sunday evening. Would stay again for an overnight stop.

Very worn and not value for money, will not return….
6.0
Pleasant and easily accessible hotel.

Mold in the ceiling of the shower.
No TV remote in the room.
Very noisy at night.
My rental car was damaged and the owner of the property did not help in any way.

Hotel ok but food very bad for what was charged for it

The bedroom was shabby compared to other Campanile hotels. Only 2 threadbare towels, a tear in duvet cover & poor quality pillows. However the staff were very friendly & the food was good. A coach load of teenagers on a school trip were too noisy at night for us other guests

One of the most run down hotels we’ve ever stayed in.
4.0
Basic room but ideal for an overnight stop. Free parking right outside our room.

One of the better campanile hotels, not as run down as others such Rouen Sud. Staff friendly and helpful, plenty of free parking and perfect for the motorway. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfectly fine for a stop-over for the night. Easy to find, good (if a bit tight spacing) parking. Decent breakfast (€11.50 extra) - continental style with lots of choice and quantity.
Overall, if you need somewhere to get an overnight stop, this is fine 😊

Good restaurant inside the Hotel, and normal small rooms

It's a budget chain so you know what to expect in general. However, what lifts this branch is the exceptionally good attitude of the staff and the quality of the food. Dinner and breakfast were both very good. Otherwise, how shower, clean bed, you know the drill. Very convenient location if you are travelling on the Spain or Portugal.

The hotel rate I paid (141 EUR) was too expensive for such a dated hotel. Besides there were crumbs on top of one of the twin beds and we got a room on the far end of the corridor which is the closest you can get to the nearby road and we could hear traffic from our beds. I would not stay here again unless everything is fully booked in Bayonne.

I use Camponile a lot and understand its budget, however the room and particularly the bathroom were poor considering the price for this location.

Just what we wanted after a long day on the road Nice comfortable bed made for a good rest

Our stay was part of a long journey and we just needed to eat sleep and shower. It was perfect for this.

Room smelt of cigarette smoke; beds were comfortable, carpet was stained and could do with replacing. Room was surprisingly quiet considering it’s location just off a busy roundabout.Breakfast buffet was fine.Overall it was not worth complaining about for an overnight stop on our way to Spain, but would look for another hotel next time.

Rude receptionist on arrival. Brown water out of basin tap at first, damp feeling beds, cobwebs on TV, no remote for the TV and only one cup to drink out of. oo shower
2.0
Difficult to find Hotel entrance as it is on a roundabout, but everything else was fine. Restaurant choices were very good.

The female staff are very friendly and helpful but the males are a bit aloof. I have found his on a couple of visits. However if you are lucky enough to deal with the ladies this place is a good place to stop on a journey to Spain. Food not up to much but there is a great supermarket just across the riad and places to eat nearby. Dog friendly too.

Surprisingly fine road hotel. Little street noise coming through, but overall a fine hotel. Might have been one of the best beds we slept in during our holiday :)

The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied.
The curtains where not very clean
The sheets had not been ironed
The carpet was dirty.
I was disappointed there where only paper cups for tea and coffee

Nice hotel , easy to find , friendly staff 😀. Clean and quiet, plenty of space to walk your pet.

This is a motel so don’t be fooled to think it’s a hotel. Rooms are worn, plain and basic. Fine for a night or two but nothing more.

Easy to find. Reception staff were efficient, pleasant and spoke very good English. The quality of our evening meal was excellent. Breakfast timing catered for an early start. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Nice Little stop over on the way to Spain. Dogs allowed in hotel if it`s really cold (and it can be). Restaurant had good choice and reasonable as was breakfast. Staff pleasant and helpful. Would stay again.

Execellent for a budegt hotel. Well situatated and very well thought out room. The restaurant was good and thr receptionist both friendly and helpful. It is located close to the city centre and motorway. Very pleased and will stay again.

Not fancy but clean and efficient and has everything one needs.

Stayed one night David the receptionist was really pleasant, other than that the room was miserable.

We were looking for an inexpensive place to spend a couple of nights while passing through the region. Our rooms were tiny and spartan, but very clean, efficient and comfortable. It is exactly what it is, an efficient hotel for business and overnight stays. It is not a resort or family place.
4.0
Driving to Spain, hotel situated close to motorway and easy to find. Thought it might be noisy but not so. Standard Campanile layout. Staff helpful, they changed our room to ground floor without any problems.

Good stopover for travellers, check your towels though, ours were filthy!
3.0
Clean , plenty of hot water , poor value breakfast , basic

Colour scheme was squashed Kermit & very dated. Seats were 1 hard wood chair & a wooden stool type chair. Not used for long so not a major problem. Bed comfortable, bathroom large, clean & plenty of hot water. Cooling system needs upgrade.
It is very difficult to park near your room unless you are among the first arrivals.
Locations of reception & eating area should be reversed as reception is tucked away out of site.

Beds much better than before. Would prefer walk in shower to shower in The bath. Better bedside lighting g would be good and one rely comfy chair also.

We stayed here with our 2 cats on our migration to Spain. We were very very pleased. Quiet, easy to find, comfy bed, hot shower, drinks making in room, great food in on site restaurant, and the cats were well accommodated by the tile and laminate flooring. Would definitely stay here agai. Even without the cats!

Standard Campanille hotel, we got exactly what we expected.
