Only thing nice I will say is that the front desk lady was very helpful and thankfully nice enough to switch my room. My room was infested with roaches. Found one in the microwave after heating up my food. The fridge had roaches crawling all around the fridge.

Granted it is an older building but could really use some sprucing up. There was two ice machines and both were out of order so no ice for beverages. The complementary breakfast was meager with limited options, also the location is somewhat difficult to navigate and there was quite a bit of highway noise.

THE TOILET SEAT AND LID WERE BROKEN. TOLD MANAGEMENT AND IT WAS NEVER FIXED. I REQUESTED ANOTHER ROOM BUT THEY SAID THEY WERE FULL AND COULD NOT MOVE. WE WERE VERY UNHAPPY

I received an email 1 hour before check in that my reservation was cancelled. I called the hotel and they said they were over-booked and had to cancel the reservation. We drove 5 hours and had to hunt a hotel last minute. Very unprofessional to cancel by email at almost time of check-in. But yet i have a pending charge to my bank.

Reserved a room with 2 queen beds (for 3 people) but was put in a room with a king bed. When speaking with the hotel clerk about the mistake he just apologized and said "we have no rooms left with 2 queens but could switch the next night." On Saturday we were told that no one was checking out of a 2 queen room so we were stuck with 3 people in a king. Plus, the hallways reeked of smoke, the toilet was clogged and there was hair in the tub an on the bathroom floor. The best thing about the stay was how cheap it was. But you get what you pay for, I guess.

Jamal in the office was a complete JERK. He put us in a room that was not cleaned and had no sheets on the bed. He got an attitude when we asked to get moved to a different room. The room he moved us to had a toilet that did not work. We requested a third room to which he replied "Too bad, use the lobby bathroom." Finally the next evening we got into a room that was decent but this experience was awful and we will not be back. This guy needs to be fired because he is the absolute WORST!!! If it was not for Rekita (Sorry if I mispelled or mispronounced) we would have left immediately and tried to cancel everything.

For the price it’s not worth even booking this place. don’t trust the photos. their service was ok that’s not an issue. it’s not the workers fault that that motel sucks the rooms have roaches and they will crawl on you while you’re sleep. they had towels and soap but now ice not gym no pool. even if you don’t care for those things, the basics we expect to be there isn’t there. for example, no daily cleaning. but they did have free breakfast so that’s something. i would only stay here if there’s absolutely no where else to stay! emergencies type situations!

Our room was not clean the sheets were soilded from someones bodily fluids. I went to speak with the night staff and he didn’t understand english and kept offering me towels and clean sheets expecting me to make my bed at 11:30pm. I was then given another room. The entire hotel was flithy they had people living there and smelled of drugs. I then found out that YOUR hotel is known for human trafficking, drug trafficking and prostitution. I WILL NEVER EVER recommend your hotel something needs to be done.....

The staff was so friendly but bugs were climbing on the dresser and walls. And in the tub. No clean rags were available all day. The room reeked of smoke. I literally went and bought a bottle of febreeze which still didn’t help much. I got bad allergies and had to get out my inhaler. Online looked great, next time I will check out the reviews. But like I said at least the front desk ladies were kind.

Though the staff was nice, the toilet seat was broken. The top of the seat was cracked, and I was told that it would be fixed while we were out that day, and it was not. The bathtub was not very clean when we arrived and items in the continental breakfast that were supposed to be hot were not. I would not stay there again.

There was a hole in the floor in room 236 in front of the 2nd bed closest to the bathroom but the carpet covered it up and you couldn't help but step in it. That had nothing to do with the friendly staff.

Staff was rude and unprofessional my boss booked the room for me because it was pet friendly and they tried to scam me out of an additional 250 dollars for my pets. My stay lasted 3 hours someone walked into our room that was supposed to be locked and due to the unprofessional employees I was forced to leave and was on my sleeping meds it was a horrible experience don't stay there

Rooms were dirty, the hallways and common ares smelt like Marijuana constantly. The forst room they put us in had a dead battery in the smoke detector, went to front desk for a battery and they put us in a dofferent room. Great. Got to our second room and the AC didn't work at all. We stayed for 5 days and had to ask for fresh towels because cleaners did not come by once, even though we hung the sign on the door requesting servicing. We are on the third floor, the entore first floor of the property are long term residents who live there. Thats fine, just be respectful of guests. The outdoor pool was right under our room, on two occasions there were people in the pool at midnight being so loud the cops had to come.

We walked into the room, then right back out. It reeked of marijuana, and there were stains all over the carpet. The bathroom smelled like it hadn't been cleaned. The frint desk clerk was very nice, and told us the manager would process a refund as we didnt even stay in the room. Never received a refund.

There was housekeeping staff but on my 6 night stay I didn’t received any housekeeping. Strong tobacco/marihuana smell all over even if you get a non smoking room . The room did not had toilet paper. Fridge was freezing items even if you adjust temperature , control remote was missing lid batteries kept coming off .Ladies on the reception were polite males gave attitudes it was an okay stay .

Was not happy with the stay at Days Inn but canceling through Orbitz sounded too complicated. The two female workers I did get to talk to in the morning and evening were fantastic. Room was located on one of the wings and stairs for my wing were closed off thanks to the fire department which meant long walk around to get to my room. No smoking in the rooms but most people hung out on the balcony/walkways smoking. Rooms were so filled with Fabreeze that you’d get an instant headache walking into the room. Room was located near the intersection so even over the AC you could hear cars and sirens most the night when you weren’t hearing people in other rooms yelling at each other. I didn’t even trust trying the breakfast or the cleanliness of the ice machine. If I could have gotten out of my stay after day one, I would have and paid the extra $10 or more to stay somewhere else.
