I thought this was a decent hotel. Everyone was very friendly. They were actively fixing it up while we were there such as painting walls, etc. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was actually really good. We did have some hairs in the bathroom when we showed up, which definitely wasn't ours, but overall it was a decent stay! It got the job done which was to provide a bed to sleep in.

Front desk is always so efficient and attentive during my stay. They ensure to accommodate my needs, and go out of the way to make sure my stay is up to par.

It was old and outdated! Very noisy from interstate traffic. Price was good but saying that, you get what you pay for

It was a clean place to stay. My only problem was I needed a sheet and blanket for the pull out couch, instead of getting those things , he changed our rooms.

I just needed to get away and do some thinking. To collect my thoughts and center myself again. All the staff were extremely happy 😊 and helpful. The 1st man I came in contact with at 4am was so helpful. There was a problem with my reservation and he explained how the hotel system worked. I made my reservation online and since our was made after 6pm as it was explained to me the computer system kicked my reservation to the next day so I was told I could sit in the lobby until 8am and talk to the morning manager about paying the extra fees for early check-in. The only complaint I have is I had a bunch of gnats in my room. I ❤️ Love the shower have safety rails. I've had 5 back surgeries so I'm extremely cautious. I wasn't driving so i love that I could walk to a couple place to eat including two gas stations

God awful! Wirst hotel ever! If I could give 0 stars it would be 100% too many.
The place has to have 2 security guards and police. There was an actual gang of scary men gathered. It's not safe!
And thr property is run down a ghetto like.
The staff were down right unwelcoming and rude.

I like it and I recommend for a short stay. Pros: large, clean, bedroom, good front desk service, friendly people. Cons: do not have breakfast of bed service; not so good smell on the hall, despite not been allowed smoking; we can listen noises from the neighbor bedroom.

Girls trip. Great location to all attractions we wanted & the restaurant selection was outstanding.

Upon checking, there was a female with a small child checking in who appeared to be under the influence of Meth. She was paying cash and appeared to be trying to hide out there. The next morning another female got off the elevator carrying a plastic bag of personal items and had a big black eye. Felt like this place was a domestic violence safe house.

Pictures and reviews led me to believe this was located in park like area near zoo. Instead it was a sketchy, concrete jungle next to hwy that was so noisy couldnt hear tv. Dirty with weird smells. Hair on coffee cups in room. Felt very itchy and uncomfortable.

I came to test I left with lower back pain from the mattress, the coil spring made mark in my body from the pressure :-(

The room had bedbugs and me and my significant other weee bit multiple times. The key cards to the doors only work for a good hour before you have to get a new one. Only positive thing would be the small balcony view.

Great place, great people.

Room not available, no comforter on one bed, dirty sheets on both. Rust on all metal objects, mold in bathroom. Air-conditioning not working

Room 512 is infested with bed bugs. They were in the bathroom and all over the pillows. Luckily, I always check the room before settling in. The front desk staff was very friendly and was immediately apologetic over the situation. I was moved two floors away. I thoroughly checked the second room, which didn't have any evidence of bugs. At first glance, the room appeared very clean, but the back of the bathroom door where you hang your towel or toiletry bag was disgusting, the headboard was vile, the side of teh bathroom vanity was really dirty, there was pubic hair on 3 of the 5 towels, and the fitted sheet was inside out. Don't know if the flipped sheet means anything, like if they flipped it instead of fresh sheets, or if it is just a lack of caring whether it is right side out. The bedding appeared clean and felt starchy. The pillows and mattress were really worn down and lumpy/saggy. They're marked as having breakfast, there's no breakfast. The balcony is a nice touch. Can be a little loud due to being near several hospitals and the highway, but overall the area was the perfect location as I needed to be near BJH. Alot of STL hotels have reviews that report bedbugs, so it's not a problem limited to one place, but since the room had cleanliness issues, I probably wouldn't come back.

Felt like an old hotel that is in midst of being remodeled. For the price, not a bad option but had weird things like rust in the tub, toilet was running when I arrived, and room smelled a little like smoke. Front desk person was nice and the hotel was quiet but the road next to it was very noisy.

Arrived at 3pm was given a room that had not been cleaned, given a different room which didn’t have a hair dryer so when asked for one I was told they do not have anymore went back to room and remote did not work. I will never stay there again.

Staff were very friendly, Dalton in particular. Shower had no shower liner, there was an ant bait station in plain view. Despite booking a no-smoking room, the entire hallway smelled like cigarettes, and it was very very potent.

I like the hotel. Other tenants are moderately loud, at night, but not very late. My sleep was never disturbed. In general, it's a great place. The staff are very helpful and accommodating.

The staff here was amazing. From the time I checked in to the time I left. All of them always with smiles and very courteous and kind. The hotel itself was ridiculously dirty, smelled like urine in the hallways. Elevator was too sketchy. Room smelled like smoke upon entry. Bed was uneven, no hot water and walls too thin! Always had water in the elevator and hallway, almost fell a couple of time. Be careful going in and out the elevator on the first floor! Slip and bust something.
I would hire the whole front end staff if I owned a hotel. They were the best thing about this place.

The hotel was perfect, especially for the price. The balcony was my favorite part. The person who checked us in was incredibly polite. They recommended a restaurant that was exactly what we had in mind.

Pictures are very deceiving, felt dark & gloomy. Very dated furniture that had scratches, rust, holes & tears. Building smelled old

We stay here every time we are in town. Very comfortable beds & pillows. Enjoy watching the city from the balcony, from either side! You have to request towels each day at the front desk, no hot tea, only coffee. It fits our needs while we are in town ☺️

Questionable characters in parking lot. So noisy we had to move our room to the 7th floor. Smelled of smoke. Staff was very nice.

The hotel was amazing and the staff is friendly I stay there every week. It's just this last stay the neighbors down the hall and across the hall we're incredibly noisy all night long inside their room out in the hallway out on their balcony out by the pool till all hours of the night I wanted to call the front desk and complain but then I didn't want any backlash from the crazy people that were in the rooms being loud obnoxious Hoosiers.
