When we arrived in our room, the toilet paper was soaked on the roller and not at all usable. We called down to the front and was told that we can go to the front office to get another roll. As we were getting settled in we noticed 3 pillow cases were badly stained with something I would be afraid to speculate on. We were in formed no pillow cases were available to change them as they were sold out that night. Our room smelled of mildew or mold, and the breakfast room was 75 degrees. Over all I would not recommend anyone to this hotel, particularly anyone going with a family I had my kids and wife and I and we were uncomfortable the entire stay.

The pictures shown are not an accurate representation of the conditions of the rooms/property. Our bathroom conditions were terrible. Shower did not drain properly, shower floor was squeaky to the point of feeling unsafe, bathrooms doors were squeaky and noisy. We were offered a room change at midnight because no one was available to service our shower. A room change at midnight when you’re already unpacked was completely inconvenient to us and not at all accommodating.

The hotel was in better condition that I expected for the area. Beds were very comfortable. I don't like not having a front desk and having a virtual check-in station.

Odd place. Clean for sure but check in is not personal. Done through video. The breakfast is in a hotel room that’s been converted but it’s very hot and stuffy and feels like a germ fest with no circulation. Also, terrible coffee and no creamer options. Kinda sad to see a place be so scimpy.

Property is very outdated, over priced for a very small room. The room was literally a storage for extra chairs. We had to pay a fee for a service dog. No room service from the room for towels, tissue and toilet paper. I felt unsafe with the virtual check in with no privacy and all that was said was out loud for everyone to hear!. There wasn't employees or security available and doors remained unlocked in the back throughout the night. Our room door had about a half an inch gap and heard every noise in the hallway.

I was highly impressed that the hot tub was operational. After spending the day in the car it hit all the right spots. The property was very clean, though could use some updates as there were cracks in the walls and tub. The bed was very comfortable. Things that would have made it better: towels in the pool area, an actual desk chair, a towel rack near the sink, knives at the breakfast for the butter and jelly.

The room was fine. No elevator to second floor was a disappointment as well as the breakfast area. The air conditioning in the breakfast room and office area was not working. We couldn’t stay for breakfast due to the heat.

Worst property the entire 10 day trip so far. Poor service from staff. No receipt up on checking out, stated because I went through Travelocity, they would have to supply the receipt. Free "Breakfast" was cereal and toast with nothing else or anything fresh, such as fruit or yogurt. Pool was dirty, no towels available in pool room with other patrons dirty towels all over poolside. Bathroom was not very clean and toilet seat was loose and move when you sat down or tried to wipe. I have stayed in many Days Inns over the years and this was by far the worst stay of any chain I have stayed at in 35 years of business and leisure travel.

Stopped by for a quick pit stop while traveling across the country. Spent the night and was worried about the surroundings of the hotel and was very cautious about where we parked. Not the cleanest or safest of areas, but we survived and the beds were comfortable.

I enjoyed my 3 night stay at the Days Inn in Gallup, NM. My biggest concern is always a comfortable bed, and you didn’t disappoint ! The room was clean and comfortable. I definitely made the right choice to stay with Y’all !!

Last minute stay. You truly get what younpay for. Cost was cheap so i didnt expect luxury. Check in was easy lobby was smelly hot and musty, immediate red flag. Got to our room, room was clean out dated curtain and bottom bed cover were filthy and old. We heard the water running in the bathroom thinking they forgot to shut it off i went and tried not luck They are wasting a large amount of water. The fauct fot the tub constantly runs. I turned on the light and our light bulb exploed and started smoking.

Never saw a live person in this hotel. The check in process was with a virtual attendant. The carpets were thread barren, the tile in the bathroom were doubled stacked & raised, the towels were thin as rags. Tv had many channels & a big pool. The door to the pool was very difficult to open unless a person was either strong or had some weight to push against the door which would definitely be a fire hazard. Notified virtual assistant of the door issue. It is pet-friendly.

Check in ....couldn't understand the accent. we were talking to a computer to someone in India. We had to put $50. on credit card even though we paid in advance for the room. There were no cups in the room and we had no one to ask. The breakfast was very limited, no fruit, no yogurt no waffles. We will not stay there again. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was clean

When I travel to Gallup, NM, this is the place that I like to stay at. The rooms are clean and the rates are great! The staff are courteous and always available. The area is also close to family.

Room smelled. Carpet probably cannot be cleaned. I have NEVER had a hotel staff member tell me to go to my room, open a sliding door, then walk back to my car and drive around to the open door to unload. At nearly 11 pm. Leave my door open! Incredible. Plus no cups for water or coffee in the room. Half the breakfast was out of order. Find somewhere else to stay.
