The room was ok but the floor was filthy. I couldn’t go barefoot or my feet would be black. Couldn’t really tell how dirty it was unless you were barefoot. There’s no way that floor has been mopped/washed for a long time.

Stayed here because was close to Waco. Overall, not too bad. Lots of crickets in the area and the room. Breakfast had waffles, cereal juice, toast and coffee.

It was crickets everywhere dead and alive in the room.. also there was no door strips on the doors shich explains the crickets you can see straight outside… the room smelled like pee

Breakfast tables were dirty as well as the food area; the person at the desk should have been cleaning these areas every 10 or 15 minutes. Trash inside the breakfast area was full; emptied every few days instead of after every breakfast? The outside trash can was overflowing; to have a refrigerator without a freezer is ridiculous; I asked the front desk to put into their freezer my four small ice packs for me; I was told they didn’t have a freezer. Overall, I will pay the extra money and stay at clean and helpful hotels. This one was a loser.

Charged me extra and kept deposit due to the smell of my perfume and said that means I smoke cigarettes and the perfume covers the smell. I said to the guy "How tf is that fair?" So messed up. I don't even smoke. -_-

We checked in later in the night and it took a long time for someone to come to the window to check us in. Also tried to purchase water and it was cash only. Interstate was very loud and there were a lot of sketchy, noisy people hanging out in the hallways.

Clean room. We killed 3 crickets though. They were all over outside. I think it was just that time of the year for them. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Ok place for the price.

We ended up trapping 5 live crickets that were coming out of the woodwork. 1/4 inch gap in the door didn't help as it couldn't seal all the way. The vanity was disgusting as the was a big fake used eyelash sitting near the sink. Opposite side of the building filled with contractor employees hanging out in the parking lot , balcony and stairs consuming a large amount of beer. Not good!

At first, I had to wait for the desk person to come back, but this made sense and she wasn't gone for long. She was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and I could park right outside my door, which made getting things in and out super easy. The area around was ok. It is after all, right off the highway, so expect that noise, but my husband found a nice Mexican restaurant he walked to for dinner. There were other restaurants nearby too - Cracker Barrel, for one. I was at ease walking my dog around at night and early morning.

There were stains at the bathroom. Bugs are on the floor. Bad smell in the room. We requested a room change or cleaning but the front desk did not help on anything. We booked 2 nights but we stayed only one night. We could not stay there any longer. We would like to request a refund. This was one of the worst hotel stay ever.

Freeway close loud all night long. door did not seal crickets kept getting into room. water tasted awful, same water used to make coffee for breakfast. pictures of room looked nice but room was poorly maintained gaps in doors scratched up flooring destroyed door casing with hideous attempt at repair

Very noisey location but thats expected by a highway, checked in and had to request a differant room almost immediately, the room stunk so bad i couldnt handle it. Went to grab the free breakfast in the morning and was disappointed to find that all they had for breakfast was waffles,bread for toast and cereal
