Friendly staff. I am traveling with a pet and asked to moved to ground floor so i did not have to use the elevator with my pet. They were very accommodating and changed my room. Room was very clean.

The view was amazing of the river off the balcony from our room. The hotel is very dated. That surprised me for a Holiday Inn Express.

The view from the back of the property is beautiful. The beds and pillows are also great. The property and the rooms are somewhat old andc ould use a makeover.

This property is sub standard. Electrical plugs did not operate, bed was uncomfortable, not enough lighting and the water temperature barely warm.

This is a really clean hotel with comfortable beds. The view from our balcony on the fourth floor was stunningly lovely as we overlooked the S. Umpqua River. Staff was super- nice! Some of the room furnishings were a bit worn, but this wasn’t a big negative. We will stay here again.

It looks like old building and so you can see it is old. But the staff was nice and location is really good it’s next to interstate except entrance parking lot. I was entered wrong way.

If you are used to the Express chain for Holiday Inn you will recognize the familiar beds, bedding, and solid breakfast variety. The downside to this location is that the property is fairly old. It’s in good condition but it isn’t the standard rectangle box with above average room and finishes. I guess for the price I was expecting the status quo.

This hotel is very deceiving. It doesn’t look like much when you drive up, but the lobby and breakfast room were very nice once inside. The fantastic surprise is the beautiful view of the river and great outdoor spaces. They have lovely outdoor furniture and the hot tub is outside. We will definitely be staying here again next time driving through.

We traveled with our family and grandkids for a baseball tournament. The room was beautiful and the bed was incredibly comfortable, we had an amazing view from our balcony of the river and the pool was really freshing. The only downside was the shower handle didn't stay in place and you had to hold the wand the whole time.

Check in was friendly and quick. They asked if we wanted to park our motorcycles by the front door. Had a top floor room with a balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. Easy walk to restaurants and shops across the river.

The staff was very welcoming, and everybody that worked there was very friendly. However, my door kept getting stuck, the room smelled like feet, and I could never use the deadbolt to lock the door because it was too stuck. It was quiet, though, and convenient to the highway. I would stay there again, but it is a little expensive for the condition that it’s in.

Ths hotel does not foces on guest safety. It is very easy for vagrants to walk right in to the property and go wherever they want. We had a room with an adjoining door and came back from breakfast to see that the neighbor had opened the door and went through our room.

Beautiful setting overlooking the river. Room was very comfortable, though some of the furniture was a little worn. Overall, very satisfied with my experience and would definitely stay here again.
