No complaints - easy check in, good communication (I messaged to say I was arriving early, they accommodated this and messaged back promptly) Great location downtown, walkable (about half an hour through centre) from the main train station. Loads of good bars and restaurant's. Check in was nice, greeted by a staff member who was generous with his time and happy to point out some interesting nearby places via an interactive map they have at reception. Inside is nice, cafe downstairs is friendly and have a nice selection. Room its self is simple but well presented, clean, everything you'd need really. I had a large room and I was on my own (price just made sense to do this) Cost factored in, I'd recommend this hotel and this area. Though I was here for work I'd have no quarrels having my family stay here. Seems tailored to suit that too.

We stayed at NunoHotel during our trip to Cologne to watch the Euros. One night when we came back to our room one of the beds had for some reason been taken away. This caused us a real upset and the staff was not very cooperaritive in resolving the issue. In the end we had to make the bed ourselves as the staff required us to help them do their job. The hotel did not apologise for what happened at any point.

I loved this hotel very much. The location is a plus for the price. Everything around is walkable and the atmosphere is super friendly. The staff is nice and helpful.

Went for a weekend trip to Carnival. This hotel is close to Metro (Barbarossaplatz), and the route of the Carnival. Metro to Central Station was 9-10 minutes at the most, which is next to the Cologne Cathedral. The reception spoke English and were very friendly and accommodating at check-in. They asked if we needed any help or had any questions. Checking out was also quick and easy. They have a coffee shop with snacks/coffee/drinks (beer) available to purchase with cash or credit card. They have great tasting cappuccino.... The hotel had elevator and stairs. The room was clean and we were given a room with view to parade/street. It was good to have the room with a view. The hotel seemed packed with people, but they were active in maintaining their area clean. There was even security in the evening to ensure guests were ok when entering the hotel. The hotel area was safe for us during the day and late night. I would stay here again without thinking twice. There are little Kiosk stores, and bigger REWE stores (similar to grocery market) nearby to get food or drinks. There is even a pharmacy next door for any over the counter meds you may need, great for travelers who forget allergy pills. Shower had cool and hot water, with good pressure. The pillows and sheets were crisp/clean. Just note, eating in room is not recommended, they prefer that you use the lobby or cafe, understandable to maintain cleanliness.

Service, room, and breakfast were very good. Ms. Gunther was fantastic and a valuable asset to the organization. My only complaint was the temperature in the rooms. There was no central air and i just assumed this when booking. Europe benefits a lot from U.S. tourists. They need to do something about this for higher temperatures.

Fun and funky hotel, very friendly reception and breakfast staff. The room (medium) was on the small side for 2 but perfectly functional, and thankfully had a ceiling fan which was a saving grace for a warm night. The hotel is on a main street which was a bit noisy, but the window shut out most of the din (aided by the white noise of the fan). Elevator is small, 2 of us barely fit with bags. My only complaint was the price but it was a high demand weekend so all hotels had high rates. I would stay here again.

I got the wrong room and they could not do anything to give me my room. There was someone of the staff that was very rude to me and my friend (though there was also other nice staff). He stalked us in the basement, the door of my room has been unlocked. I felt very uncomfortable that night.

The hotel entrance door is locked on Sunday evening and to open that you need a code which is given Sunday morning only and not before! Sweeping the floor and changing sheets are not included in room cleaning and it happens every 5 days of stay.

Small boutique hotel right on Barbarossaplatz in Cologne. Very convenient for public transportation. I had a car and appreciated their reasonable priced garage parking. Room and bathroom were small but adequate. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was way better than I had expected.

Staff are very rude and no helpful at all. The air con in the room was broken and stuck on 25 degrees, it wouldn’t even turn off. There was also no bathroom door.

We have booked a double room but got a twin room instead and as the hotel was fully booked, we couldn’t get another room type. The staff wasn’t very helpful with solving the problem and/or offering alternatives. In addition to that, the hotel doesn’t have enough parking spots for guests so these need to be booked in advance.

Quite a small room, but still in overall fine for price level. Breakfast was actually a bit surprise in a good way (assumed it will be only basic coffee, juice and some additions, but good variety of sandwiches, jougurth, pancake option etc).

Loved this quirky hotel in a busy city neighborhood! Good eats nearby, easy walk to city center and fun decor. Best of all breakfast included - key when traveling with kids. The room was clean and spacious. Typical city noise, as expected, so it was not quie, but no bother for us. If you don’t mind the noise and just want a fun place for a few days, this is a great hotel for a family.

Sorry but the hotel had very small basic rooms. At about 2 am the occupiers of 2 or 3 other rooms on our floor returned singing and making loud noise. Our breakfast was quite reasonable . Outside,there were 4 different tram lines which to a light sleeper could be a problem.

Good quality basic hotel next to tram/underground stop to main central locations, meaning only 7 mins from main attractions. Hotel is slick and modern with its white and green decor, rooms good, staff great. Breakfast was wonderful and whilst the bar is not busy it's open most of the time to grab a refreshing drink. There are various toys and games for children in the bar/reception lounge - a good family hotel. The only down point was not having a kettle and tea making facilities in the room, but maybe we are too British... I would go back to this hotel again if visiting Cologne.

The Hotel is very basic but the location and the staff are excellent. Travelling with our son we needed a second bed in the room and this was available.The bed and pillow were comfortableBathroom functional but not massive. There was no ventilation/extraction in it.On one side of the bed there is nothing to put on an alarm clock.
