Its always so magical to stay here. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the shuttle services are great. You can see the fireworks from outside the hotel, no need to stay late at the park if you have little ones.

The mattresses could use flipping (if not replacement). And one of the two elevators was out this time, as it was a year ago

Excellent hotel; across the street from Disneyland and offered an abundance of space and amenities and plenty of spaces for entertaining and spending group time

first time staying there. overall was good, though I wish they would have offered free parking for disabled veterans, but you have to book through the hotel's site to get that. Also no microwave in the room.

It was good for our Disney trip

We have stayed here several time abut not in years. It is in desperate need of a remodel as it is pretty rundown. I made a reservation for 4 rooms. 3 were near each other. The other room could not have been further away. I would have rated it even lower except Nat at the front desk saved the day and had our room changed. Why couldn’t the first couple people have done that? Also manager in the afternoon is quiet quitting. He was absolutely miserable and so rude to his employees!!

Pros: close to Disneyland, large rooms, great water pressure, and free shuttle.
Cons: Hotel runs SAT tests monthly and there were so many cars dropping off, it took 60 min to leave the lot between the gate and light. This was VERY frustrating and guests should been told for planning purposes.
Beds are very old, single pained windows were hard to open/close, painted over rust in the bathroom, and the plumbing was so loud in our room, 2208, it made it hard to sleep.

Hotel is very convenient for Disneyland access - shuttle or walk over. The hotel looks appealing in the photos but the room was fairly run down. Some of the room plugs had broken pins stuck in them and the furniture was aged and worn. During check in the assistant took my parking ticket to validated but then forgot to hand it to me and went on a break - I had to get another assistant to retrieve the validated parking ticket. The room we were assigned was on the ground floor next to the jaccuzzi-pool spa... it was very noisy during the evening with people using it and listening to music.

It was okay. Staff were nice. Check-in slow. Room was a little noisy due to the Interstate and busy side streets. Free shuttle was nice and on-time. Ad was mis-leading reflecting easy walking to Disney when in fact, we seemed isolated due to interstate and busy Streets— no easy walk.

Anytime we stay in Anaheim the Majestic is our go to hotel. Its close to Dineyland and restaurants. A shuttle is available from the hotel to Disneyland which is so convenient.

Don't accept the Garden Tower section. They turn off accessible to the AC in winter months, we were there first week of December. Only choice is heat. Couldn't open windows as freeway traffic noise is unbearable. Very stuffy...
Bathroom around tub had mold.

This is the only hotel I’ll stay at near Disneyland. The staff are very helpful and nice.

Great location, fun activities at the hotel, shuttle service to Disneyland parks, and great amenities. Rooms and property were well maintained, a bit older, but clean and maintained. We walked to downtown Disney from the hotel though it was a bit of a trek! You can see the Disneyland fireworks from the pool spectacularly! Much better than dealing with the crowds if you have seen the lighted castle show before. Food service was decent as well and there were plenty of food options. We will stay here again!

When we first enter, the hotel looked absolutely beautiful. I had set up for my family to be there for Disneyland to celebrate my granddaughter‘s birthday. I expressed that via their online website when I arrived there, they acted like they didn’t know anything about it even though online they emailed me back, saying we look forward to having her and helping you guys celebrate and they didn’t do anything extra, also they put us in the tower and a three year old and it was construction going fans hammering, and it looked very old paint needed to be done because of stuff we were woken up super early by construction and hammering so for the amount of money that I spent on the room and the trip I planned for my family I was not happy about that But the building was nice and the front desk was very nice The staff.

The outlets didn’t work. The tv didn’t work. The curtain rod was broken. There was a banging noise all night. The free shuttle was nice and the bed was good.

Im not to sure if this was legal or not but they made my son sit on my lap on the shuttle going towards disneyland also my wife woken up by someone drunk by banging on our room door whats the point of having seat belts

Won’t be staying again. The check in process was not great, they charge $25 for parking plus a 17% sales tax…. I also requested more blankets for the room and they said I was only allowed two blankets because they have other guests… I thought that was very rude and not accommodating. We have a two room queen bed and also requested a roll out bed for the children which is another $30 a night. Just rediculous

The facility itself is overall fine, just not worth the price. I've stayed at much more economical properties with much better amenities. Let's start with the positives. It's clean and well maintained. Common areas are nice. Beautiful fireplace/comfortable seating. Large TV playing family- friendly viewing. Free shuttle service to/from Disneyland was AMAZING. Ample parking in secure, gated lot. Rooms are good size-beds quite comfortable. Good heated pool with hot tub. Now, negatives. NO microwave in the room, but there is a small refrigerator. They offer a toaster and microwave in their Deli, however, the property is quite large, making going down daily to heat breakfast laborious. There was one very helpful host, Adrian. The rest were not very helpful, giving only brief, vague support. The fire alarm went off three times during our stay, twice during the mid morning hours and once at 3:30 a.m. requiring us to evacuate. The sliding glass door requiring key entry could be opened by pulling the doors apart, feeling very unsecure. There was a breakfast with separate surcharge of $23 per person, which we could not afford. Parking was $25 daily plus 17% tax. Guest laundry is hidden behind the pool, and, for-purchase detergent is in the store/Deli, causing extra, long, trip back to get the detergent. Requests made for service or support often took quite long, for instance, request for extra twin bed took over an hour to get (positive, the bed was an actual bed, not cot).

They need to be ready for any kind of emergency last night 3 am a fire alarm when out
The person in the front desk did not know how to handle it
No one from the hotel let is know it was a false alarm till we ask

Well first thing there is a 200 dlls deposit also there is a 25 dlls parking fee also people need to know if you stay more then one day there is no housekeeping until the 4th day we run into problems trying to leave the parking lot with the ticket machine the very nice thing is how close is to the parks isand the shuttles

I was given my room keys and headed to my room. Turns out they gave me the wrong room number. Spent a few minutes trying to unlock the door. Walked back to the front desk and found out the clerk wrote down the wrong room number. Once I got to the correct room, I wanted to wash my hands and found the sink clogged. I called the front desk and was told the technicians start work at 7am. Either I could down grade my room or use the sink in the bathroom lobby. I told her this was the second inconvenience that night. She then put me on hold, and somehow found an upgraded suite. I was very upset at first, but they made it right by upgrading my room

Poor and slow internet access signal. Room cleaning was only available after 3rd day of my stay.

The hotel need to remodel to update tub and air conditioning

It’s ok. Nothing special. Very old, shower head was full of build up which was very gross. Curtains were very dirty. Everything was very cheap from the hand soap to everything else in the room. More than likely we will never stay at this hotel again.

Hotel and lobby was beautiful, the staff were friendly. The room was run down. The heater was broken so we froze all night and the coffee maker was broken. The outlets/plugs were all exposed so my baby couldn’t crawl around safely in the room. Won’t be returning
1.5
Staff was helpful and friendly. They offer a shuttle to the parks so that is nice, drivers are friendly. Sometimes long lines waiting for shuttles and other guests rush when shuttle doors open jumping ahead of the line, so that is frustrating. This is due to the hotel being so big, lots of rooms, lots of guests. Hotel lobby is well decorated, rooms are outdated but felt pretty clean. We had a delux interior view and it was fine, felt big and roomy. We got lost trying to find the room the first day even with a map. I was very happy they had a gift shop, was able to get children’s Tylenol when we needed it. Again staff was great

My children and I stayed here on a recent trip to Disneyland and California Adventure. We were excited to stay near the resort and booked a room here for 4 days and 3 nights. Our room was okay at best. The air conditioner/heater vents were very dirty and had mold forming inside of them. Walking to our room, we passed a section in the hallway where two windows were open and in the window tracks there was obvious rat droppings filling the tracks. At one point we stopped and I asked my adult daughter if it was rat droppings, which she confirmed. House keeping was most definitely lacking and for the amount they charge pre room, it should be serviced daily. The front desk staff was very nice and upon check in they gave us a pamphlet that indicated that rooms are only serviced every 3 to 4 days.
I am usually not one to complain, nor leave a review. However, in hind sight, I would not recommend a stay here. The beds were not comfortable, the room was quite dirty and the rat droppings were the icing on the cake. Please consider staying else where.

The bed was like a slab of cement. Woke up in pain. Shower head sprayed everywhere and was really clogged up. They checked us into a room that was already occupied. The shuttle is tiny

Very nice hotel lobby and the amenities were super convenient! They have a deli with everything you could think of, a bistro, a japanese restaurant, and a lounge! Staff is super helpful and nice. Room was average, few bumps and minor appearance issues. Beds were comfy and clean. Room had a very pretty view of the firework show and we were in the tower garden view room. Windows can also open to let the cool air in, with a chain so you can’t fully open them for safety! Location was also 5 minutes from the parking lot which was the option we chose but they also offer a shuttle to Disney! Overall loved our stay and will definitely be coming back when I go to Disney!
2.5
This is an excellent Disneyland hotel that offers free shuttle to and from the park. The Japanese Restaurant is amazing as well.

I booked this hotel withing a day from my vacation. I had to cancel an look for another hotel . So I picked this one at hotels.com . Overall it was great .

The property was large and close to Disneyland but very average and kind of old (actually smelled like an antique shop). Some of it updated, some not. In the room it felt sort of like a fixed up motel. The bathroom and the bathroom door were awkwardly narrow. The bathtub had a crack at the bottom with some shoddy patchwork. And the upgraded “castle” room we got came with a bunk bed that had awkward looking brown covers on the mattresses. The blanket underneath felt questionably clean and like something you’d find camping. But my least favorite part was being there for a dance recital with dozens of parents who had to meet their kids back at the hotel during a time their shuttles only ran every hour. Many of us were left standing for over an hour for the next shuttle… That was something they should have planned for.

It was good the room was really out dated

Older hotel. Mediocre rooms, no daily housekeeping services. No AC

Very outdated could use a remodel

This is an older hotel but it’s a great experience! The shuttle to Disneyland is easy to use and runs very frequently. We loved our stay!

Wifi was non- existent. For the price if the room , the hotel seems very outdated. The property was large and my eight year enjoyed the Kou pond. The trick or treat event was very unexpected and a huge hit with my daughter. I dont think i will stay at this location again when we visit Disney again due to the price.

The lobby and pool are great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, there were a lot of disappointments this visit. The water took about 20 minutes to turn warm in the sink. The shower didn’t drain well so you had to stand in a big pool of water while you shower. There was blood on our sheets the door to the bathroom closed so tight and stuck so it was really hard to get open each time.
2.5
Amazing experience for our kid! A lot of details that represent the magic and imagination you need when you plan a Disney vacation! Room was confortable, breakfast was good. I would improve the service in the restaurant but it was acceptable.
We would return for sure

This hotels needs a major remodel. Entering the Lobby, you can smell this musty stench in the air. Walking the hall ways and finally entering your room, you are hit with this old, stuffy, musty, Uncomfortable smell. Wow! Room was clean enough, beds were okay. With the smell in the air, room felt dirty and beds felt dirty. The bathroom!! For Handicap and shower was clogged. Water collected pass my ankles, rust around the knobs. Hair on floor from previous guest’s. Disappointed for the price
Great location, shuttle service, not the friendliest staff. They seemed bothered when approaching them for help. The arcade takes your money. No puck in the air hockey game, so heads up before adding a dollar to play. staff acts like it’s not there problem. Went to buy a play card added $20 to the machine and did not give me my card. Approached employee for help, she made me feel like I lied about my situation. 4 times going to her to get it resolved. Different staff in the morning for check out, same crappy attitude. Customer service is not a priority anymore. For what we pay now a days, we deserve a little friendly help.
