Good location near Rainbow Bridge. Lots of Indian restaurants within walking distance. You can see the fireworks from the rooms.

Upon first arrival, this hotel looked very sketchy. The good news is that the inside matched the photos, even if the outside did not. Check-in was scheduled for 4 pm. We arrived around 3 pm to see if there was any chance of checking in early. The staff was rude when we arrived; they ignored our arrival because they were on their phones. After taking our information, they told us our room wasn't ready and to return at 4 pm. After returning around 5:20 pm, they officially checked us in (i.e., ran my cc, charged additional fees not included in the Hotels.com pre-paid rate, and took our car info) but told us again that our room was not ready and we would need to wait. After another 20 mins, they gave us our room keys, allowing us to check in. While it looked like the photos, the room also had some issues. For one, it must have been built at an angle. Both bedside end tables would not stay closed; they kept rolling open, so be careful when getting out of bed to ensure you don't hit the drawers. We also later engaged with different staff to purchase some water and coffee at the shop inside the hotel. Overall, you could tell the staff did not want to be there, and their attitudes reflected that. The one plus of the hotel (does it outweigh all the bad? TBD) is how close it is to the park (walking distance) and the bridge to cross to Canada.

Well first of all you can't check-in until 4:00 P.M. Most Hotels that I'm aware of is 3:00 P.M. The room was ok except the Matrass was way to soft and I woke up hurting. the Bathroom sink was tilted I believe as nothing I set on it would stay, just slid off into the basin. Lastly the hallway on the first floor was filthy. There were stains all over it from one end to the other, large and small. Also a slight oder from not cleaning it I assume. There was an eating place off the Lobby that was very pricey, but the young lady that ran the business that night was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Also, for this review we stayed the night of the 18 Sep - 19 Sep not as listed, 17 Sep - 18 Sep!

Awesome location, good clean rooms. We stayed here in 2019 earlier and then in 2024. Prices have gone up, parking you have to pay extra. There is no complementary breakfast included, so people should plan for it

Property was tired and dated and the area around the hotel was very sketchy. Carpets were stained, bathrooms were dirty and rusted, and our air conditioner was so loud. Overall this hotel was not up to Wyndham standards.

Pictures of inside very deceiving. Shower does not have glass doors, shower rod falling off the wall and curtin would not close had to shower holding curtain closed with one hand. Hallway floors need a shampoo or replaced, elevator ride scares you, lost power to our room for 10 minutes. The building is close to the falls but severely needs to be updated for the price they are charging.

The floors of our bedroom and sitting room area of our suite flooded right before Check out. Not sure where the water was rising from, I thought it was the AC or heater pipes leaking but couldn’t find the source. Told front desk and the Staff did come but after we already soaked up the water with towels….. staff didn’t care to accommodate us . The manager said it has been an ongoing issue that they thought was fixed.. Asked for a price adjustment due to floors and they offered $25 refund off of our total of over $400..

Some off there people that work there is very nice, but the place needs to be updated and the Starbucks downstairs didn't have any food in the case that you could just grab and go without waiting a long time. And the garage can outside was over filled and trash was just lying next to the trash can. The hallways were REALLY dirty and had coffee or something thrown all over our one wall.

The view from our window was excellent. Beds were super comfortable and quiet. Amenities left a lot to be desired. No food after 11am. No Casino even tbough one was advertised. No room service. Hotel needs to be updated. Some outlets were not working.

Our room and the property were not very clean, I have pictures I wish I could send. There was an empty bottle of seasoning on the floor when we entered the room. The wall near the bathroom door was crumbling and door would not shut properly. The shower floor was stained and also filth around shower doors. There were bugs in the window ( inside the room) wallpaper was torn, carpets and furniture stained. I would not go back.

The property was conveniently located to the falls, shopping and restaurants. I greatly appreciate that our rooms were connecting. I so thank the property for following through and making sure our rooms did connect. I only have a suggestion for softer toilet paper. Great stay and we look forward to staying again when we go to Niagra Falls!

Customer service is lacking. The sign and website says breakfast, lunch and dinner with happy hour starting at 3 and only offered breakfast. Could use more than 2 elevators, waited at times 5 minutes for the elevator.

The beds in the bathroom were clean, but the rugs were disgusting and filthy. Even in the halls, the rugs were filthy. We were there July 26/ seventh and eighth. There was no cook on the 26th and the 27th.

Very late 4:00pm check-in allowed than other hotels, even customer arrived after 4:00pm, still let them wait for one hour to get room. The receptionist were totally unprofessional and treated customers unfriendly!

It was convenient for walking around the falls area. The windows in the hotel hadn’t been cleaned in so many years they looked frosted. The street entrance to the hotel was a mess. It looked like a junkies alley. My wife and son’s girlfriend feared walking out it. The garage was structurally failing. Wyndham should be ashamed.
