The staff were excellent. We had the cover on the ironing board fall apart making a huge mess on the floor. On our way to breakfast we mentioned this to the front desk clerk. Tirty minutes later when we returned to our room themess was vacumned up and a new cover on the board. The room was clean however the vent covers on the heater and the bathroom vent had dust accumulation. Like so many places this one gets missed. Overall a great place to stay.

This was a perfect spot for an overnight stay in Lethbridge. Price was right, room was clean and could walk to restaurant options. Also had a nice view which I wasn’t expecting.

Service at the front desk was efficient but not overly friendly. The rooms are kind of dark and dingy (the whole hotel is actually), and the chairs in my room had stains on them. For the money, I guess it was okay. The breakfast was decent and the gal who was in charge of it was friendly.

Lethbridge unfortunately has a unfortunately large homeless population. I wouldn't safe unsafe exactly, but, one should be aware of your surroundings. I'm used to big cities and keeping aware. Sad that a smaller city has a bigger problem than some other cities I've lived in. I would recommend this place to stay though. Front staff was brilliant. (And the AC was excellent.....given how hot it is in this province right now.)

Elevator not working and had to use stairs to 5th floor, front staff not willing to move us to lower floor and said we would have to contact Expedia for a refund. Front staff unwilling to be flexible or willing to accommodate in a way !

Elevetor does not work, still selling non refundable rooms and no prior notice of elevator not in service while booking. Got a room on 5th floor, we are a family of 3 (1 yr old baby) had to climb 5th floor carrying baby and our stuff and all of the baby stuff and back and forth if we forgot something in the car. The room alarm kept gping off due tk steam from washroom shower because washroom shower exhaust not working.

The place is clean and well maintained. If you just need a safe and quiet place to stay for the night, this place is great. The breakfast was better than most complimentary meals provided by budget hotels. The hotel used porcelain plates and cups, and silver cutlery which is something that I’ve not experienced in most hotels.

The temperature control in our room was broken and the fix was just a basic space heater. The building itself is run down and there was an inch of open space between the top of the walls/doors and the ceiling. The shower did not work properly and there was only one person working hospitality left to do everything. Would never recommend this hotel

I stay in Lethbridge once a month for work. The room was nice and with in walking distance to shops and dining. The elevator seems to be getting old and some of the buttons don't light up so it's hard to tell if your going to your floor

At $170 for the night I was very disappointed with my stay. The rooms are in poor condition, and in great need of a Renovation. Besides that, my room had a terrible smell to it. As I was only spending one night here I decided to suck it up and sleep in it. Please spend a few extra bucks and stay elsewhere. Would never stay here again. On a positive note, the staff were all very friendly.
