i just would like to ask you to put special attention to your housekeeping service, not daily my room was cleaned, and had to asked you to go and do it. all the rest was perfect

It’s an old property. Though they have done well to give it a decent apparently, the reality is the “bones” of the place is old. That said, check in staff were so nice and made it a smooth process despite having new *clunky* Hilton systems. Parking garage tight for SUVs. Had a women (assume she was drunk) try to enter our room. Not the hotels fault but still unclear if she actually opened our door or not so that was a bit troublesome. Beds were comfortable. Great location. It’s ok to stay here but the price point is way too high for how old it is.

This hotel is extremely outdated. The rooms are extremely dark. My room only jad one window and the blind don't go up! The beds are low and uncomfortable. And, there is a huge Penn State lion lamp in the room! I've never seen anything that alarming in a room.

We booked a king, got 2 queen beds. overall pretty average hotel at a higher than average price. If you are planning on parking, the spaces are tiny, expect to unload then park.

Room was great but the long pillow that says ‘we are’ smells. It isn’t cleaned or washed or even changed after every guests I guess. Tissue box is almost empty so had to buy one. Most importantly, the exhaust in the bathroom is disgustingly dirty. I have a picture to prove. Elevator is also slow. But overall, it was a nice stay if you don’t plan on staying in the hotel the whole day.

Lack of signage and one way streets made it difficult to locate, the parking garage was extremely tight. The lobby and common area is very nicely decorated and spacious. I had to wait for the one front desk person to arrive to check in. The rooms are cute but there was hair all through the shower and on tile when we arrived. I paid a fee for late checkout which was great however my key stopped working so I had to return to the lobby to get it corrected. Aldo got 3 desserts from restaurant and the rice pudding was spoiled. On average stay was fine in good location but I was not wowed.

The room was not very clean, bathroom floor was filled with debris, rust in the shower, hairs in the shower and the bed sheets appeared to not be fresh. The parking garage is very tight if you have a larger vehicle. We did note the cleanliness to the property but no attempts were offered to remedy. I would not stay again.

Loved the atmosphere of this hotel. Everyone was super friendly, hotel and room were very clean. Great location as it is easily walkable to all the restaurants and shops. Wished they had a full service restaurant on site as the menu for breakfast was very limited and more like a cafe/coffee shop.

I love the Graduate Hotels - the themes are fun, the details are fantastic (currently looking at the heisman trophy lamp in our room), the feel is nostalgic and the beds and linens are the best! One of my favorite places to stay!

Excellent property! Room was clean and comfortable, with what I would call eclectic Penn State themed decor. Bathroom was very nice, although water pressure was a little low. There is construction going on out on the street (not their fault, obviously), but as soon as that’s done, this would be a top notch facility.

The property was in average condition. The parking garage however was quite dirty and very poorly lit. We were given 2 drink vouchers at check in which we attempted to exchange for a bottle of water and were denied, which seemed crazy that every other drink (even cocktails) would be complimentary but not a water? Instead, I purchased 2 cardboard bottles of water for a whopping $15!!!!!

Nice place, centrally located, but pricey. Would have preferred a free breakfast or at least coffee available after 8:00am. Room was barely touched by maids.

What a cute hotel!!! There are so many personal touches like footballs carved into the headboard, a nittany lion lamp, and old Penn State IDs as the room keys. It was wonderful and I would stay here again for sure! Walkable to campus and downtown with a great parking garage.
