The only positives I can say about this property are that the two front desk people I interacted with were very kind and it's central to the 75 and food/shopping. I also appreciated being on property in my family's neighborhood. HOWEVER, I don't understand how this place is still in business. It's the 12th hotel in which I've stayed since 2019 and most definitely the absolute worst. First, the property and rooms are very run down. Additionally, you are charged for parking, even though the lot is not attended nor well-lit or visible from rooms or the lobby. My bed didn't have a proper comforter; it was just a plush blanket you'd throw on a sofa. My bed was so old, I thought I'd roll right out of it. The walls were so paper thin, I got zero sleep last night before a 4-hr drive back home. My feet were constantly black from walking on the carpet, and there was a giant dead roach in the open-style light fixture above the sink counter. I would never stay here again and would recommend to others to just bite the bullet and spend a couple extra dollars to stay elsewhere. It will be well worth it. In addition, you'll have more peace of mind, because the crowd that stayed during my stay was super sketch.

At the exception of the interaction with Patricia at the front desk , I was not please at , I checked out the same day , waisted $90 in this hard time economy . The hotel needs major renovation , broken tiles everywhere , carpet in my room was dirty . The AC drainage on the 2nd floor drained right on the tiles which makes it slippery , the beds were good , needs new furniture, the one in room 247 needs to be replaced . I wish I could get refunded, , worse hotel I ever stayed in , well I did not stay , check out the same day , Baby roach by the front door and in that area the carpet is all black

Definitely not a place for vacation stay. Needed a place to shower and lay down for a few hours due to Flight cancelation. Didn't even get any rest. Bed was very uncomfortable. Both beds. Would never book again and definitely do not recommend it.

The first room I received had a bad odor (Smoking) and smelled humid. Requested to be changed to another room and in that room, it had a mildew smell. There was rust in the bathroom sink and tub if it wasn’t because I was tired from Long driving trip I would’ve gone somewhere else. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were concerned after reading negative results but our stay was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent, friendly front desk staff. Remodeled facilities. Only suggestion is to adjust the drapes to prevent light for people like us that prefers dark rooms to sleep . We will definitely return and will let our friends and family to be prepared for a nice experience.. the staff are very helpful and friendly and made us welcome and appreciated

We had a situation on the first day, a women was masturbating in the pool. I had my children and grandchildren staying at the resort and this is what they encountered as they went to the pool. My children reported is incident and filed a complaint with the resort. We ended up a different hotel. When I called to speak with the general managers or front desk manager neither were not available to speak with us and I left a contact number, I'm still waiting for them to call me back!!!

Man did this place go down-hill. I remember when Grand Palms was built, it was all the rage. At this point it's run-down, dirty and in a state of disrepair. (By the way nothing is within walking distance). If you're just looking for a cheap place to crash and be on your way as soon as you wake up, this is your spot. But I would not stay here again.

The room was clean but the smell of MJ was everywhere. The property seems a bit run down because there are a lot of banged up doors and rough looking paint jobs seen all over. The breakfast was very bad and the coffee pot in the room was dirty and not very hygienic to you. Won’t go back there.

The area itself is pretty safe. I was in the process of buying a car from the Acura dealer across the street and spent the night here because it was close by. Never again. The entire property is such a totally different contrast compared to the beautiful city it’s in. The building has been extremely neglected and especially the rooms. Our room was very outdated and uncomfortable. The bathtub had rust and there was a huge decapitated dead roach behind the bathroom door. The chair in the room and the carpet was covered in stains. We had to spray everything down in the room with sanitizer before using it. This was a stay of convenience and we were filled with regret the moment we opened the room door. Never again will we stay there nor recommend to anyone.
