We love the Circus Circus. We usually stay in the casion tower but this time we stayed in the sky tower. The shower had no curtain sobwater would go everywhere and make a huge mess, the shower head was well below my shoulders so id have to bend down to wash my hair and there was no spicket to fill the tub. The counter in the bathroom was so small my wife could barely fit her curling iron. Definitely not one of our better stays here

I usually never stay at circus circus, but because it was a great deal we did. To start when we pulled up to the registration, there were no luggage carts, no bell men, elderly people waiting for 40 min to get help with their, luggage , and still no valet parking. But ok on the valet. Went to check in desk, service person seemed like she hated her job, seemed sad. But she was still nice. Had to go park across the street to get to sky tower, cool. Elevator in parking garage was not working, had to get back in the car and go find a spot closer to the sky bridge. Get into hotel, had to lug all baggage down long hall, up some stairs to elevator. Saw so many people struggling, elderly, kids , ect to get up the stairs, of course offered to help .
I've stayed at el dorado, silver legacy, the plaza , and the new J resort, and they are all better with service.
The room was nice and clean and the maids were very nice.

The hotel stay was good and clean.
The property is showing its age.
Reno’s streets needs to be cleaned up! The drug addicts hobos vagrants homeless needs to be dealt with… it is ridiculous!
3.6
Check in was easy, the room is big the bad sheets are like old rugs, they are old and greasy stain , not good looking, I was afraid to sleep in the bed because of the greasy stains. Our room was called the deluxe room and it looks not so much deluxe I can’t imagine how bad a regular room can look
3.6
This hotel is a mess. The towels stink. The hallways are dirty
3.6
Price was great but once we checked in but they wanted to give us a room off the property. We had to pay 15.00 more to stay on property.
3.6
We had to check in at a computer, which took way longer than a human would. It just printed a ticket with our room number and keys and we didn't have a decoder ring to figure out which elevator to take. After what felt like a mile of walking down corridors and up and down stairs, we found our room. What made it worse is they gave us two queens instead of the king we reserved. Too exhausted to go back to the front desk, we just dealt with it. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Checked in 3 hours after check in time, when getting to our room employee was just walking in to clean. Went in to drop our luggage off and see why employee was in there. Empty beer cans, slept in bed, dirty bathroom. Couldn't relax in our room and had to go out so it could be cleaned. Bery inconvenient

Hi. We stayed at the hotel 3 times. The biggest confusion is the way to the Sky Tower. There is a completely uncomfortable obstacle of steps for those carrying luggage. Is it really a problem to design a ramp without steps where you can roll your suitcase...?
3.6
Upon arrival, my husband slipped on wet floor that was not marked. We then got lost trying to find the check in desk from the skywalk because many escalators were closed off. When I informed the front desk employee that my husband had fallen, she did not care at all and made no apology. If you are traveling with lots of luggage, a stroller, or a wheelchair, please be advised that it is a very long walk with multiple flights of stairs to the tower portion of the hotel. Our room was modern and clean which was a relief after all the hassle of checking in and the long walk to the room.

Very impressed with the remodel of late. Walking from Siver Legacy to Circus Circus was so nice! Love the new food court and Yogurt place! Very clean, bright and fun.
3.6
We never got to stay as we attempted to cancel minutes after booking and we are still awaiting a response.
3.6
Bathroom shower wasn’t cleaned from previous guests. There was a used bar of soap and hair on the shower walls. Other than that semi clean.
3.6
Overall nice stay. The GR fish n chips tore up my stomach was the only issue

Overall, The trip was great. It was short. I’ve stayed there before it’s always been good. I was encouraged to do mobile check-in however, the only thing that bugged me was you still have to go through the regular line do mobile check in which doesn’t really make much sense

My husband and I, daughter and grandaughter stayed over night because we had a family wedding to attend today. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I hav no complaints. At check in we requested adjoining rooms, clerk was very kind and accomodated our request. It was great including the price. Had dinner, played a lil slots and turned in upstairs. I look forward to coming back definitely!

It was nice

Very good experience. It's nice to have real soap with which to bathe.
3.6
Good value. No smoking room was great. Check in was a little crazy busy.
3.6
Sky tower is too far away.
My room there was dirty dated and unkempt.
The smell of weed was everywhere and some escalators weren’t working.
Difficult navigating the property.
3.6
The one take away that I will say was a 10/10 was the shower pressure and temperature! The negatives sadly overshadow the shower... the lights in our room would flicker then go out or stay on, the amount of escalators that were not in service were very confusing with no signage of redirection. The walls are thin, ranging from street noise to hallway noise you hear a lot. Our stay was for two nights and the bed was like sleeping on a stone and with the weekend also being a big motorcycle event, I feel like I still hear them doing donuts in the parking garage.
3.6
There was a motorcycle convention this weekend, so it was LOUD. Beds were comfy but could've used more pillows. There was a stain on one of the sheets though, ewe... Escalators to check-in were under repair, so it was a bit of an inconvenience and confusing to get to. It was great that we didn't have to drive anywhere (or far anyway) to casinos/restaurants. Overall nice stay, would come again.

I had to deal with a unattended dogs in the room next to mine (video) the management did credit my resort fee but only got one night of sleep. The customer service and dining is all located at the silver legacy so players club and food is not available. Only one concession store is open, Starbucks posted the wrong hours. And the escalator was broken all weekend long. I feel I should have only been charged for one night

Excellent room service by Sue and Silvia. They make the difference. The rooms are clean and spacious. The gym is good, it doesn’t have dumbbells but there is enough equipment to have a good workout. I will be back and I recommend this hotel.
3.6
Terrible place to save. Staff is not knowledgeable where hotel rooms are and there’s many mazes always staircases and trams to get around this hotel. It would be easier for them to say you’re staying in the tower use parking garage but they don’t. They have no idea everyone around me Was pissed to say the least
3.6
The escalator was out of service. Also, we stayed 4 nights and bo one came to clean our room. We had to call down to get towels.
3.6
It was a nice overnight stay. Before the trip I had injured my knee and had difficulty walking, I asked if I could have a room in the same tower as where the registry was located instead of having to walk across and down and up to the other tower. They did find me a room on the third floor which was very nice, but I don't understand why I was charged a convenience fee. All it was was data input maybe a total of 3 minutes for the attendant at the registration desk.
3.6
It was my first time in Reno and it was a pleasant visit. I would come again.
3.6
Tried to check in 20 minutes early - would have cost $17/day! Waited to find 40 people in line at check in time. Automated kiosks did not work - would not print room cards. Registration staff seemed uncaring. Skye Tower was a long walk from hotel registration and the "lifts" did not work, so you get to carry your luggage up stairs. Resort fee is $41/night and the hotel has no pool, gym, spa or business center? Staff told me the resort fee pays for the parking garage and coffee in our room. Seriously, the parking garage was filled with trash and pot holes. Hotel is out dated by 25 years, After the resort fees, cost was $110/night. Not what Hotels.com quoted. No room cleaning for the 3 days we stayed. We had to ask for fresh towels from cleaning staff. Will not stay here every again. Many restaurants closed before dinner. Casino was old, tired and smoky. Clientele here is questionable. We were hoping for a low cost option while we toured Reno. We awoke each morning tired from the constant noise around our room. Walls are paper thin and you hear everything outside, above, below your room and the NASCAR wanna-bes on the streets below. Breakfast options are minimal - only 1 restaurant open.

I did not like that the little train was out of service and the lifter for handicap people was not working very well. The walking distance and the amount of stairs a person with a leg problem had to walk was too much. My husband manage to move around but handicapped people need to be able to enjoy the facilities. When We checked in we did not know that there was no train service to take us to our tower. I was offered to stay at the other tower for an extra $9 at night. When I refused that tower I was not informed that the train was out of service. We had stayed at this hotel many times and we always relaid on the train to get to our room and my husband did not have to walk that much.
3.6
Booked for 1 King bed non-smoking room, got 1 room with 2 Queen size beds and got charge for that room that I didn't even booked; closet smell was terrible ( urine smell )
3.6
The rooms were very nice and clean it was a good stay. A lot of shops and food were closed. As well as parts of the arcade. Little hard to navigate thru all parts of the property.
3.6
Okay for a casino hotel.
3.6
Forced to evacuate due to fire in the area. Stayed our first night here. We were not aware of the huge discount offered, so ended up paying full price. The resort fee and taxes bumped the final price up to nearly $200/night, which is far too expensive for this place. The room was spacious and comfortable (two queen beds). The bath had plenty of pressure and hot water. The elevators were excruciatingly slow.
3.6
Check in with no receptionist, was ridiculous. Never spome to anyone, reciept with room number was to small to read (had to take picture and blow it up on my phone) no advise on how to get to room.
3.6
Very good but please clean the vents
