There wasnt anyone around wjen i needed to check out

I tried to cancel my trip but you all charged my credit card in error. Please credit my credit card for this error to charge mec my wife was sick and I could not get anyone on the phone

The room was very clean & the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was very nice & helpful

Took a weekend with the wife to gamble. Was close to casino. And had a good time. The staff was available 23/7.

There was no breakfast even though it is listed to have had breakfast.

The room had a couple of cockroach in the walls and table.

The room had a musky smell.. They charged twice for the same stay.. Let them know before we left.. Person at desk, said I will be charge only once, but they stilled tried charging twice…

They were still refurbishing this hotel. My key card kept locking me out, the water came out brown in the shower, bathroom around the toilet didn’t seem very clean.

The shower head was broken and had to hold it while showering….. late night car alarms went off and a happy dog near bye… on the plus side very comfortable bed

The room was unsanitary and the morning of our check out and eat continental breakfast, there wasn't any. the manager (may have been the owner) told us, continental breakfast isn't ready because there's only 3 rooms that were occupied. Wow, ok, why is that our fault??

The breakfast was not good had better at other quality inn

I do not recommend this hotel at all, they couldn’t find my reservation and they took my money and my family waiting in the car for almost an hour and a half until they figured it out. The reason bc they change the name and phone number of the hotel 😒

Ok. The family and i booked at the yoyo hotel in kinder Louisiana through expidia. The pictures of this hotel looked nice . IT WAS NOT AT ALL NICE OR CLEAN! The hotel was under construction, stairs closed,trash all around hotel, who ever the contractor is needs to give up his job. We had no choice but to stay the night due to all other hotels were booked. We planned on staying 2 days but cut it short. Asked for a refund from expidia for the one night we did not stay and was denied by hotel through expidia. I want to give expidia a bad review as well do to the knowledge they did not have in using this hotel. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE ! IT IS LIKE A HOTEL YOU WOULD RENT FOR THE HOUR!

Fine option for the price. Only real complaints were a cobweb in the bathroom and repairs being made to another room could be heard at 11 pm. Staff was polite and check in was quick. Bed is firm, but this was no issue for me.

The bed was so hard you couldn’t sleep, they were working on the rooms at 11pm remodeling. The sheets were dirty and 1/4 roll of TP. All you could hear was grinding. We didn’t stay we left after an hour. We asked for a refund but he couldn’t after 15 minutes

I liked the fact that it was a straight shot to the casino which is why we were there. My granny wanted to celebrate her 83rd birthday at the Coushatta . Nowhere on the site does it state it was under renovation. I had already paid for both of rooms prior to getting there; just to get there and have to pay an additional $40 to UPGRADE my rooms to a DOWNSTAIRS room because I wanted my children near me and my granny couldn’t walk up 16 flights of stairs. The upstairs is suppose to have full size beds I. The room and the downstairs had queen size beds. Didn’t look any different to me. So for me OYO hotel is a HELL NO HOTEL STay. I did like the front desk guys attitude, but other than that never again will I stay there.

It was quiet but the property is under renovation the room need to be cleaned beter the bed were terribly uncomfortable. If your looking a comfortable sleep dont get a king room i dont know how the queen beds are. The counter had lots of cigarettes burns hopefully they change them soon hair dryer was broken, no tissue box available, and half a roll of tp for 2 night stay. Luckily we had wipes.

Bed was way to hard. No extra blankets. No face tissue and almost ran out of toilet tissue. Somebody sitting in a truck right in front of my door all night. Smell of pot outside.

Not a place i would recommend. Bed was hard as a rock. Just needs a whole new makeover or torn down and rebuilt.

Good price; easy access to room. Lighted bright parking lot. 2.5 mile from Casino, and their 3 overpriced hotels tied into the casino ..

Roaches about one inch long running around, toilet floor was filthy. mirrors were dirty. bathroom itself was in a very dirty condition. we could hardly wait for the 72 hours to be up so that we could get out of there and go somewhere else that was clean. The owners and the employees were from another nationality and they spoke no English, so we could not communicate with them. Very bad experience that we had at the OYO in Kinder LA

Check-in was fast The receptionist was friendly the only was wrong they didn’t change the paper toilet for a new one also didn’t leave an extra one .but overall was good

I didn't like anything about it the tub was dirty. The bed was very hard. There is no light when walking in at night
