It was a nice stay for the night, half way between my travel.

We always stay here when traveling between AZ and MT and have never had a bad experience. We’ve probably stayed here 10 times. I don’t think twice when booking our room. We have a cat. It’s a pet friendly hotel -but very clean. So whether you have a pet ir not, this hotel is a great option - and right off the highway if you’re just passing g through.

Hotel is under renovation and you cannot use the emergency exit at the west end of the hotel. Our room had cat food by the broken microwave, which would not close and I had to unplug as the light was on all the time with the door hanging open into the room. And who would put a coffee maker in the bathroom. Yum, a little feces with my coffee please. Desk chair was so worn out that one arm had no padding. Probably more but just want to forget the experience.

The bathroom floors were not cleaned and there was hair on bed

We checked into our room it was late and we were tired. My husband got into bed when I notice the room hadn’t been vacuumed and there was an empty Tylenol box sticking out from under the bed. The man at the front desk was really nice and we changed rooms. But the bathroom floors hadn’t been cleaned and the bench had little scraps of paper all over it. My husband was too tired to move rooms again. The staff was nice the cleanliness awful. Stayed there before with never this problem.

Exterior of the hotel was under complete renovation so there was only access to the building from one side door.

Horrible exterior under construction, unsafe back entrance, plywood ramp near dumpsters, windows tapped up contractors started scraping our outer walls at 8;00 am on Monday holiday. No hot water Monday night and Tuesday morning. Staff was apologetic but conditions were horrid and it’s been since Feb no warning from Expedia.rating was excellent. I feel I should be credited stay or offered new stay when construction is done.

It was awful, you did no post that your facilities were under remodeling/construction. I had issues booking rooms, was hung up on twice put on hold 3 times, i'm sure the hangups were not intentional and this was your front desk not the booking agent. using a back entrance was not a big issue, but the trach container was over full and walking by the trash to enter was, and three days later there was even more trash on the ground spilling out of the trash bin. entering the room, it smelled bad with a musty sent, the bathroom mirror was cracked badly, Cobwebs over the curtain, the sheets were clean but the pillows could've been bricks and would have been just as comfortable. The room keys quit working on the second day stay, your staff did program them fairly quickly so that they would work again. The shower ran hot and cold through showering never to a scalding temp but just comfortable temp to an uncomfortable jump out of the tub cold temp. I liked the products in the shower the bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. They were not secure, and the shampoo fell off the wall where the anchor from the wall just came out. The cold shower temps happened around 6:30 am. I'm not sure if i will select Hampton or its affiliates again, i paid good money for the name and to have a nice room. This was not what I expected, or the room was of no value for what I paid. the breakfast was about standard for a typical breakfast at your competitors, a larger plate for the waffle's would be nice.

The place was under major construction and there were workers outside our room each morning. We would not have stayed there had we known about the construction. The price should have been 25$ less each night because of the inconvenience.

I spent over $150 for this night stay which i paid more expecting something better than a cheaper room. It was not. Note this included10% off.
Hotel was under construction, very dated, and had smells.
It was clean enough but i honestly paid more for a nicer room. It did the job for a one night sleep as we were too tired to drive.
The other thing was that when house keeping came through and we were trying to sleep the walls must have been a little thin because it sounded like the vacuum was in our room.
I don't think paying the price for this stay was fair however maybe it was because it was late and almost sold out (???). I still wouldnt pay that rate to stay here again.

Wish there would have been some notice that the facility was totally under renovation. Would have liked to have had a choice or a discount.

The entire hotel was covered in scaffolding with thick plastic over the windows so minimal natural light. The side door, temp entrance was rigged to be unlocked. Construction from 8-5. The bedding looked clean but super wrinkled. It was comfortable to sleep in. There was hair on the bathroom counters, in the sink and hanging from the dryer/cord. I was only there for a quick sleep so I just cleaned it.
The front desk employee charged me for the room, even though I prepaid online. I thought she was just processing the incidentals. She did immediately refund it.

This hotel was under construction and you had to enter through a side door. The trash was located outside that door and it was filthy and trash was everywhere. It was disappointing. Cars were parked in front of the door so people had to scoot between cars with heavy luggage. This place should have advised guests in advance of the construction -- andn HOTELS.COM should have known better and should have discounted this stay further or given guests and opportunity to cancel.

It was under construction but everyone was very nice

Properly was clean considering the construction on whole property. Had to go through side door because front door was blocked. They had good breakfast which we were not expecting.

We found the hotel under major remodeling, fully scaffold access to all floors and windows without security present. We asked for a full refund and was given a confirmation code which we haven't confirmed our refund as of 7/26/2024.

The hotel is being painted and the roof is being replaced. The entire building is covered with scaffolding. This is an inconvenience for parking and access to the room. The staff is very friendly and handling the construction inconveniences well. Great location. I would recommend this hotel for the future.

Near shops and easy freeway access

Great service, the hotel is under full on construction so getting in and out was rather complicated and cumbersome but other than that it was great.

Very musty smelling and mattress was rock hard. Probably from 1970.

Bed was awful to sleep on and hot water for shower was limited. Worst Hampton facility I have stayed at. It’s only saving grace was the nice staff.

The staff were really terrific and helped make it work well with our dogs. Nice breakfast. It was a nice stay

I really feel the management should instruct cleaning staff to turn ON the A/C and to keep the air going when people check out. Rooms amelled musty because thermostat was set way way high and fan was off (2 rooms, 2 floors). Trust me, you aren’t saving anything by doing that.
Bathroom is good.
Common areas need repair badly.
Elevator needs a tune up (slow, jolting).

We had to check in very late/early in the morning and our front desk check in was very smooth and friendly! Comfortable, clean room for a quick overnight stay.

I chose this Hampton Inn because it came up while I was searching for dog friendly hotels. It is, hands down, the best dog friendly hotel I have stayed at on my many road trips. The staff Jonathan and Bryan were so nice and extremely accommodating. I had easy access from my car to my room which is so important when bringing in dogs, dog beds, dog food, etc. One of my favorite things about this place is the lovely walking paths that surround it. I liked it so much I have booked to stay for my return trip. Thank you Hampton Inn

Property was good overall, but most surfaces in the room including the floor were sticky. Not sure if it was as the cleaner used, but felt like someone sprayed soda around and didn’t clean it up

Old and dated, but mostly clean.

The room had a bad smell and the bathroom was dirty. We checked in late due to driving and would have gone somewhere else instead.

Overall a good option. Stayed one night. Seemed clean. Staff very friendly. Mattress was a little stiff for my liking but for one night it was ok. Seemed very quiet…i heard no noises whatsoever. Nice breakfast options.Everything needed to get you going for the day. Would stay again.

The only thing I was disappointed in was the temperature of an indoor pool! It was not swimmable! What’s the point of having an indoor pool if you’re not gonna keep it between 78 and 83° so that it can be swam in?

Extremely clean, front desk staff was extremely helpful with transportation directions/options. Free internet and breakfast.

Beds were comfortable enough, it was quiet and good location for the volleyball tournament we were there for.

Nice place to stay to attend classes at RMUoHP. Staff is helpful and friendly. Shout out to Johnathon who made us feel welcome and comfortable during our late night study sessions.

It was not a very nice hotel—there was an awful smell outside & inside the elevators. It smelled like “poop”. Bathrooms need updating, the whole hotel needs updating. It was not a good experience.
