We had a wonderful stay. The lobby is so festive and the jazz trio great. We sat and had a drink just listening. The hotel and our room were very clean and its location in the middle of downtown made it easy to walk everywhere. We’ve been here before and will be back!

This was our second time staying at the Queensbury. It's beautiful and we love staying here. The primary issue for me, this time, was that the pool/hot tub was closed and we were not informed of this (and thus paying so much for a place missing a major amenity was a bummer).

The room was very small. It did not have a microwave or small refrigerator. We didn’t realize the pool and hot top was closed. We couldn’t find our reservation on Expedia or Hotels.com even with the reservation #.

Beautiful Hotel - noisy room next door. Someone started talking real loud at 4:45 and woke me up. I didn't want to wake my wife but after 45 minutes I knocked on ther door and it ceased. Got back to sleep for a few minutes when garbage crew noisily woke me again They are working on the plumbing but it took 5 minutes for hot water. Manager was very apologetic and comped us a free stay. Everything else was wonderful.

Sure! Here’s the translation: Review of the hotel: This hotel offers a less than expected experience. The hotel is old, and some of the rooms are small and uncomfortable, with very low toilets and weak water pressure. Although the staff at the front desk and in service were very nice and friendly, the service itself was disappointing. When we returned to the hotel in the afternoon, no one cleaned our room, despite our requests. We were told that our rooms were a low priority, which added to the feeling of disappointment. Overall, the hospitality experience did not meet my expectations.

Toilet in room are so low to the ground seemed to be for a child not adults. No vanities in bathroom room in room. Dining was limited and no guests amenities to merit the price of room ie complimentary breakfast buffet etc.,microwave refrigerator or a table to eat in your rooms no bell hop to help with bags coming or going. No on-site coffeehouse or coffee cart. No event coordinator or concierge staff not very accomidating sent us walking for blocks knowing that nothing was open claiming to have a spa without offering spa services like massage. Maps of local sites and events would have been helpful. Discounts to winery etc. Hotel sponsored events showing local vendors etc. When going back I wouldn't stay here again when other hotels are less and have the amenities necessary for a pleasurable experience.

My go to place when visiting friends in Glens Falls/Queensbury area. Clean, friendly staff, and walking distance to many pubs, restaurants, coffee bars and shops. Highly recommended.

Very clean and friendly staff. The only couple if things that were inconvenient was the toilet in the bedroom was very short. Im 6'3 and sitting on that wasnt working, i used thr bathroom in the lobby. The second thing was the rooms are not sound proof at all. In the middle of the night we were woken up by a barking dog on our floor.

O verall okay. The bed was comfortable, and the food was good, making for a pleasant stay in those areas. However, the lack of soundproofing on the doors was a significant issue. Even if you request a room away from the elevator, you’ll still hear loud conversations from people walking in the hallways. This lack of peace and quiet might be a concern if you’re sensitive to noise.

The front desk staff was amazing. Super friendly and extremely helpful. The town itself is dead. There is nothing really to do or see. There is literally a roundabout in the center of town and a few things around it but go one block further and you’ve gone one block too far. The bathroom sink was a pedestal sink and therefore there was zero counter space and no hand rails for. Towel to dry your hands. The toilet and shower were in a commode Room so the sink was outside that room.

This is a beautiful historic well kept hotel. Everything was updated yet held the historic charm. The place is clean, Comfortable, and exquisitely decorated. The restaurant had delicious yet affordable food on the menu. My husband and I will go back there gladly. We highly recommend it.
