A very nice place to stay. I found the staff excellent. I did find the bed to be uncomfortable but I do find most hotel beds uncomfortable. I would stay there again

The property is beautiful, but the hotel rooms are very small and dated. The furniture was in terrible shape, and the bed was awful. It was lumpy and in need of a replacement. The cleaning crew stomped around and yelled down the halls at 7.30am. The floors creaked and the bed was as loud when you sat or even tossed a pillow on it. The restaurant would not answer to order food. The front desk kept saying they were open amd connected us 3 times. We were never able to get through to anyone.

I love this hotel. The decor is beautiful and comforting. The rooms have nice furniture and decorations. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant next door is great. It's also near the Y, which was perfect for me.

I felt unsafe at night due to inability to find parking( due to shared parking lot with restaurant next door..i told mgmt this was poor planning along with them having poor lighting at night in lots at at building entrances). Safety should always be high on tbe priority list

Our room was at the front of the building next to the restaurant. It was exceedingly loud. We could hear the water running through the refrigerator lines in the room at all times and the heater woke us up each time it kicked on due to the rattling sound.

The Craftsman is beautiful with amazing details like the mosaic tile in the bathroom that looks like a plaid rug! Beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We did not have a chance to eat in the adjoining restaurant but it looked extremely inviting. The one disappointment was the breakfast. The only offerings that were hot were a waffle machine and some packages of breakfast sandwiches to hear in a microwave. There were a few pastries and coffee. We ended up going out to get breakfast instead. I would still recommend staying here but know that breakfast will not be substantial.

Breakfast was microwavable sausage/bacon egg biscuits along with some other cold items.
Restaurant next door was good, though expensive.

Amazing stay. The property is gorgeous and the staff w had amazing customer service.
The check in process was very fast. When we checked in we were upgraded to a suite.

Older propety but çlean. Breakfast ok. Manager went out of her way when there was mistake on rervrvation. Able to fix it. Very Thankful to Melody and Quinn.

The staff was nice and friendly, Melody was nice. The hotel you can tell was really nice at 1 point but probably feeling the effects of staffing like most places. It was a quiet area even with a wedding reception there. The restaurant there is good with a great happy hour. Also there is a very nice restaurant just a block away.

Has potential but ….
Beds were uncomfortable, lots of noise from person above us walking around in the wee hours. Bathroom mirrors and shower glass were not well cleaned. I had to clean the mirror myself.
On the positive side, the restaurant was very good, the breakfast had many options and the bathroom was bright and newly renovated.

It was nice and cozy. The bathroom was a bit of pain. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were almost empty and there was no paper towel. I had to ask reception multiple times for those.

Stayed one night on a road-trip stopover. The food from the restaurant came to the room super fast, and was delicious! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with incredibly comfy beds! We were on the first floor, and unfortunately the insulation in the room above us wasn’t good at all. We were kept up quite late with footsteps right above our heads, and the next morning were woken up early with footsteps again. I have to say though, that that was the ONLY downside with the stay! Everything else was wonderful!

I absolutely loved our stay here. Great staff. Excellent breakfast. Clean and inviting rooms. I will say the doors are a bit thin but it was also a very quiet stay-so noise wise it is quiet enough in the evenings you can hear someone whispering outside your door lol. I just ran a noise machine because it was too quiet to sleep for us without it :) I would 100% stay there again. I didn't even have time to try the restaurant but the menu looked phenomenal and I'm a food snob because the husband is a chef.

This was a nice property in a safe location close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was nice and attentive. My only complaint is that the walls were thin. I could hear my neighbors talking and snoring. I could hear people walking around above me early every morning

We got in super late and they allowed us to have a later check out. The room was super clean and bed was very comfy. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay there! My daughter is in a wheelchair & it was not that easy for her to move around in the accessible room. This would be my only complaint. It was great everything else!!

A charming hotel that echoes Stickley Craftsman style and furnishings. Their restaurant is excellent, but even the morning buffet in the hotel stands out forcthe range of high quality options and a beyond accommodating staff. Love the rockers in the rooms and on the front porch. While there visit the nearby Free Library in Fayetteville housed in the old Stickley factory and filled with Stickley furnishings. A real treat near Syracuse NY.

The property was nice that it was not a typical chain hotel. The lobby was finished nice in the craftsman style. I think our stay was greatly affected by the room we we given. We had room 205 and it was terrible. The entire stay all we heard was the sliding door of the Lobby opening and closing. This seemed to be constant. And the noise from the lobby and front entrance was unbearable. One of the least enjoyable stays I have had in a long time.

It was a very nice hotel. Didn't like that they charged me the amount that was only supposed to be "hold". I asked 2 different times if this would be cleared when I checked out & was told it was. After check out they said it would be 3-5 days. I would not have used my debit card if I had known this.

Front desk staff not too freindly. Breakfast choice is somewhat limited. I would have liked to have some apples fruits. They do offer tangerine, that’s good. Hallway carpet looks very old and feels dirty.

I was greeted by a very nice lady that checked me right in with no issues. I stayed a total of a week. Delicious, free Continental breakfast.
