I made the reservation ahead of time yet my room was not ready at 3 check in time I ever got there and waited in the lot for two hours I asked for the manager and left my number and Never got a response, when I finally got a room there was a maintenance man in there so I left and when I returned there was another man in there who never acknowledged who he was I then stayed cause I was tired and had been on the road until I saw roaches in my room I told them but I was told sense the hotel was booked full there was nothing to be done till Monday. Monday came after I went to the store and purchased all types of cleaning supplies and the second room was worse with roaches I checked out and slept in my vehicle then went elsewhere, the sad thing is I’ve stayed there before witno issues

This place is disgusting. Avoid at all cost!
2.5
Horribly dirty conditions, broken kitchen countertops, no toilet paper or shower curtain, no blankets only sheets, tiny room and could barely fit around the beds, sinks clogged, maintenence took 4 days to respond. Drug addicts living there, as well as prostitutes, addicts going into the wooded area to shoot up. Multiple groups of people coming into the parking lot blaring music at 3am, parties all over, seedy folks all around! Do not stay here!

First of all, the rooms were nowhere near to what the pictures showed. Secondly, there was no lobby, just a run down office area.
The rooms were infested by bugs and cockroaches. No linens. The whole place was in disrepair. It looked like a homeless encampment.
We left immediately and could not believe they could stay in business.
Honestly, I would not refer this place to a homeless person.

Do not stay at this facility. We booked a one night stay on our way home from a vacation. When we arrived at the facility, the office was closed. There was no phone number posted on the door. I had to go online to find the phone number to call. The "attendant" was friendly and came down to give us the keys. This is clearly a location that has transformed from a motel into an apartment. It looked like most of the people that were there, lived there. There were multiple people sitting outside smoking various substances. When I opened the door to the room, the cockroaches were everywhere and scattered when the lights turned on. We did not stay. I immediately turned the keys back in and we went ahead and drove the 10 hours home overnight. This facility should not be listed as a hotel/motel. It is a low-end apartment that is over run with bugs.

This was a last minute booking and the reviews were mixed but we came up for a basketball tournament. There was nobody at the office when we got there and we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up. When we got to our room it was not clean. There was toothbrushes left on top of the mirror, bugs on the floor, in the bathroom, we were given one towel. Of course trying to find another room on such short notice for such a large tournament was like paying another mortgage at this time. We went to a target and got stuff to clean the room and bought towels. We weren’t even supplied with a bar of soap to wash our hands with. When we got back there was people yelling and arguing in the staircase. There were sketchy individuals coming in and out at all hours. It will not be a location I would recommend for familes or travelers with young teenage girls. We would not let ours even walk to the car without us. You have to empty your trash but the trash is clear at the back of the lot, and bring your own trash bags because there are no trash cans or trash bags in the room. I asked someone if they knew where the trash was and they offered to take it to the trash for me but I had to pay them. There is not an ice maker on site and if you need to wash anything plan on staying and watching your clothes because people who live there will go through the washer and dryer! It was not a great experience.

Good. Nice staff

My husband and I were there for a couple days. The ladies at the desk were great! The room was clean although my husband saw a roach, the walls were thin and you can hear people next door and even the music from the club across the parking lot. Outside of those few things the stay wasn’t bad and I would book again if the times come where we need to be in Cincinnati.

If you can avoid this hotel do it! We walked in the staff was nice. But babbbyyy this hotel looks like a trap house! From the people hanging out in the front of the rooms, cutting hair outside…
Walked in our room and it was nasty! Long brown hairs all on the floor, in the tub, etc.ther fridge was rusted and I was scared to even put anything in it! SMH! Towels were not clean! We paid for the whole wkend and only stayed 1 night! 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My room that i booked wasnt clean, the beds we not made, there was dust and trash all over the floor under the bed, they switched me rooms, and there were roaches in this one… awful

Property not as described. Very worn and beat up.

This hotel is a nightmare! The pictures don’t match the reality at all, and Expedia should remove this location from their listings. When we checked in, the bed was clean, but the rest of the room was so run-down and dirty that it was frightening. There were cockroaches everywhere, along with other unidentifiable bugs. The parking lot had cars with smashed windows, and the overall atmosphere felt unsafe, as if you could be robbed or worse. There was also a line of people checking out due to the bug issues. This hotel should probably be condemned and forgotten. Avoid this place unless you’re filming a vlog about the worst hotels in the world.

The room was over priced. $235 when it was supposed,,,, to be $70 a night. Dirty carpet and chairs. Sink broke no running water in sink. Filthy old carpet. No ice bucket no dresser need repairs. Mirror busted.. I want a refund
2.5
Check in was smooth, receiving door key, WiFi password. Room 120.
Came back from a late concert, put a few things in freezer, and a roach was on the seal of the fridge. Has this white powder around the floor of the room, not good if you have children.
Overall room is dated, bathroom counter md mirror needs replacing, leaking bath tub, leaking kitchen sink. Dresser has dirt and embezzled diamonds in it. Place was quiet at night

Awful experience. The property would not check me in because they are closed on Sundays and this is not posted anywhere visible when booking. The front desk threatened me with security if I attempted to come to the property even though I was confirmed. I’m glad I opted to pay on property so I was not charged (and I better not be charged as they would not let me stay). I’m incredibly disappointed in both the hotel and Hotels.com as it created a terrible situation on our vacation. Furthermore Hotels.com disagreed to relocate me to another property. Boo’s all around on this one.

I booked a double bed in my room days before and when I arrived they had to split my family up to two rooms with one bed. That's not what I paid for. It was miserable. The floors was filthy and I had 2 face clothes in one room and a towel and a face clothes in another room. No breakfast. Awful 😞

The staff is super nice and very helpful. The building and appliances are dated, but overall fairly clean.
2.5
It was easy parking.. and close to the room

When we got into the hotel, police officers where walking out. There was a lot of people hanging out outside of their rooms, it didn’t feel safe at all.

It was my first time visiting the state of Ohio and the city of Cincinnati and I wanted to stay at a place that was decently priced. The one thing that stood out to me was that it was like a studio style apartment, with a fridge, over-the-range microwave, sink and stove on it. The stove only had two eyes on it which was cool. The only problem that I had was that the first room I was given to, the shower sprung a leak and the lamps next to the bed did not work and I called it in. I assumed that the problem was fixed so the next day, I took another shower and it still sprung a leak from the shower head and water seeped into the room. I reported it to the main office and without asking, they moved me to another room with no other charges added on and even the housekeeper noticed the problem too when I pointed it out to him. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Cincinnati, I've already booked myself another night here before I move into my new apartment into Cincinnati this summer.

Better to improve the room maintaince

My bed didn't have a blanket, the tub wouldn't drain properly, there wasn't a TV remote, and the floor wasn't clean at all. The only thing that was adequate about the room was the AC unit

Nothing good

Room was disgusting and very dirty. People are living there and trash was everywhere. Sirens all night with screaming and loud music all night. Poop was still in toilet upon arrival, something spilled on the floor that stunk and grime everywhere. This pic is just from one corner of the room.
2.5
The positives were the room was nice especially considering the price , the lady on cleaning staff was very friendly and had no problem getting me extra towls and wash clothes when i asked.. but the negative i was unaware of night club directly across the parking lot maybe 40 yards .. heard music blasting from night club all night.. also was never told anything about parking pass and next morning i had big red warning to tow sticker on windshield.

The absolute worst hotel experience ive ever had. The front desk clerk extremely rude the absolute worse, gave my id to another guest, called me names, unprofessional attitude from her, and the manager on duty. Avoid this property @ all cost. It's feeled with questionable guests, and extremely un- safe.

So to start with they do allow late check in you just have to make arrangements ahead of time.
In the same parking lot is a night club and you can here the music until 2am. None if this is the hotels fault but just a FYI.
Our room was dirty. I dont think it had been cleaned at all. Trash in the 1 trash can and old hangers from last guest. There was a gross smell so we had to fabreeze to go to bed. We brought our own blankets and slept on top of the comforter.
Our door wouldnt latch. We contacted them but it was 11pm and nothing could be done. We had to force it locked for the night. Then when we returned the following day it wouldnt read our card and we couldnt get the door to open. We got a new card and were able to force the door open (that seems safe right).
The cook top was not usable and the refrigerator was so dirty.

The bathroom toilet was dirty still had dried up popped inside toilet bowl . Pulled the sheets off big urine stain on mattress cover dried up as well. Recliner chair had been ripped and glued back together. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I asked for another set of towels and they said, they don’t have any more and gave me hand towels. It will be my last and only time that I will book there. Very discussing place to stay .

About our stay…. We didn’t even stay!!! We got checked in, went to our room and immediately ran back out to go tell them that we couldn’t stay there. This place was absolutely filthy. I don’t understand how they can be open?! They need to be shut down!
I made the mistake and didn’t read the reviews close enough. For future stays I will be sure to pay attention 😭
When we walked into the room, there was just stains everywhere, some stuff was broken, there was stuff in the toilet, stuff in the sink?
2.5
Checked out within 20 minutes of checking in. No blankets on bed, just one thin white sheet. No pillows on bed, when I found them no pillow cases on them. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Burn marks all over bathroom counter. Bed bug in shower curtain. Evidence of people "living" there as cars in parking lot had flat tires. Overall didn't feel safe. There is a reason this was the cheapest hotel in the area. DO NOT stay here.
Young woman at the front desk was super nice.

Light was out in the bathroom. I called, they said they'd take care of it. They didn't. No plastic cups, only 1 set of towels. Terrible blanket. TV had 6 channels.
2.5
This place was disgusting. Dirty, dirty, dirty. Some sort of substance had leaked out of the refrigerator and was dried on the floor, the floors were gross everywhere, and cigarette burns on everything. Mattress are heavily stained. Moldy puke on the toilet seat. Dried paint on the counters. Stove top was rusty. I had to ask for a different room, and when I went in, there were dead roaches. I was out, went back to the office and left all the keys and parking pass and ran. Do not stay here. I wish I had taken more pictures.

The room was horrible. I was afraid to sit anywhere bc it was gross and disgusting. There were roaches and had to sleep with the lights on so they wouldn’t bother me so much. I finally just passed out from exhaustion but it was very unpleasant and I definitely wasted my money on 1 night. Luckily I had decided to go with my gut and change the reservation a few weeks ago bc if I had to stay there one more second I would have screamed.
