I don't normally leave reviews but our stay here was so bad I had to say something. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The first night we stayed in a room that smelled like sewage. They moved us to another room for the remaining nights but that room was in disrepair. The carpets were covered in stains, there were scuff marks all over the walls, the toilet seat was damaged and the room safe kept beeping loudly throughout the night. On top of all of that the beds were quite uncomfortable and the pillows were in really rough shape.

This hotel was pretty good! We were in the winery themed honeymoon suite with the jacuzzi tub. There were questionable stains on the carpet and mattress protector, but i feel like they tried their best to keep it sanitized, because every linen smelled of bleach. My only complaint was that the jetted tub smelled like bleach when the jets were on, I know that means its sanitized, which I appreciate! But it was a little unsettling smelling bleach in the bath. The pool was clean, same with the hot tub. All the amenities were in working order. This location isnt great for those who are travelling without a vehichle, but willowbrook mall and all the shopping that area has to offer is a short drive away. Sahota's grill was running the continental breakfast, they had a lot of variety and the foot was hot so no complaints there! They also offer Ramada guests a 12% discount for dining, great indian cuisine! with lots of other options for those who prefer western cuisine, they really do try to cater to everyone's tastes at Sahota's! Overall, had a good time staying here and I would probably stay here again.

The carpets in my room were so stained that it looked like a slaughterhouse.When I called the front desk about them they assured me that they were clean. There were kids and adults running around in the room above me and the door slamming and kids screaming usually started around 6:30 each morning. Let's just say this hotel attracts a certain clientele which makes getting a good night sleep very difficult.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good…highly recommend the waffles. Location was great for what we needed. Cleanliness unfortunately was very poor. Carpet was in terrible condition and we didn’t dare take our shoes off. It was sooo nasty…room is in major need of an update. Wouldn’t choose again for that reason.

I have been on the road for 4 days staying at variable places, and I had the most amazing sleep. I slept like a baby. What i liked about the room was, blocked out noise, heard nil, despite being next to the hwy, blackout blinds, and a compy bed with a spacious room. The room was clean!

Friendly & efficient staff . Good free breakfast & parking convenient. Room & bathroom were clean ,but the carpet was very stained. From the moment you open the door & through out the room there were stains every where & I would not walk on the floor in my bare feet.New flooring & paint job would improve the room significantly .

The room's floor looks so dirty with all those carpet stains.U wouldn't want to step on your barefoot. Stains all over tbe floor from the first step to your room.. It's just doesnt feel relaxing seeing all those dir/stain on the carpwted floor. Plus smell is not really welcoming on the first few 2nd to minutes that you enter the room. I hope Ramada improves this things for future customers. Thank you.

I recently stayed at the Ramada location in Surrey/Langley, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon checking in, I was given a room that was filthy, with a strong odor and visible dead bugs and stains on the walls. The room was absolutely disgusting. When I requested a refund and to check out immediately, I was told no manager was on site and that it wasn't possible. Instead, I was moved to another room that still had a strong smell of wood, like a construction site. While it was somewhat cleaner, it was still subpar. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the shower. I was told by the front desk to turn the faucet to cold to get hot water, which is apparently a common issue at this hotel. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. For the price I paid, the quality was abysmal. I wouldn't even rate this place as a 1-star hotel. It would have been better to sleep in my car. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Travelled with 5 kids, 2 adults. Had connecting rooms which was nice. Felt like I had to fight for this option though. I called multiple times days before and kept being told to “call back later to see if thats available”.I finally got a solid yes as our plane was about to take off on its way to Vancouver. That was stressful. I must warn you that the elevator is AGGRESSIVE. It closed on us, as we were walking out of it multiple times. Breakfast is at restaurant next door, not in hotel which was fine for us as weather was nice. Our rooms were at front of property so we could really hear the loud traffic. The young, on duty manager we dealt with was really great. He was hustling the whole time. Pool was okay. No slide but kids enjoyed.
