Previous notice given of my disability and use of walker but not given proper large bathroom access. Uneven floor at entry to bathroom.

We were woken up at midnight with dogs running around. Why would the staff put two dogs and two children on any floor above the first. Night staff did there best but to no luck.

Great stay. Convenient. Walking distance to town. Restaurant in the hotel. Great front desk service.

Back door locking mechanism didn’t work so didnt leave me feeling very secure. Dog areas are not appropriate fir any dog. There were thistles and broken glass all over.

Place is dirty and old.

First of all, the bed was very comfortable and the room was roomy. However, the furniture was in need of repair- very worn! The door handle came off as we left the room, the bathroom was very small, and no one came to freshen the room, except to empty the trash. The equipment in the fitness center was terrible. We will not stay here again.

Helpful and friendy service from staff at front desk and restaurant/bar. Clean hotel, right off the I-40. My favorite part are the pillows - so cloud-like. Would stay here again.

Hotel is old and in desperate need of a remodel. The pictures on Hotels.com made the hotel appear much nicer that it actually is.
There was visible mold in the shower, broken and loose floor tiles in the restroom, broken toilet seat, janky light fixtures on the wall next to the bed that you had to fiddle with in order to get to work, all fixtures are old.
Overall, if you just need a room with a comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower, then this place will do but dont expect much more that that.

I can say the property was good except my room they need to fix the toilet because it made loud noises and during the night other room 157 it kept me up all night awake and it's chair needs to be cleaned or taken out of service and replace with a new one

We had the 3 queen room. This was essentially two rooms conjoined with a door. In the one room the A/C / heater started to smoke and set off the fire alarm in the room with the two queens. I turned off the unit and this seemed to stop whatever was making it smoke. Room had stained floors and furniture and many of the lights, clock etc was not even plugged in or worked when plugged in. Only stayrd a single night so did not force the issue with the hotel. Will not be going back to this place, they definitely need to reinvate and update the place. The only highlight was the pool and hot tub.

Stopped on a trip out west. Booked this room close to Grand Canyon as it had an 8.8 rating. It was old and needed updating. No breakfast. Will not stay here again.

The pool was huge and hot tub was great. But carpet was very dirty. Asked for a little bit of discount but since I had booked through third party not able to do. The suite was perfect for my family of five.

We love staying here the services is also good and the rooms are clean. The restaurant that is attached to the hotel is are all time favorite place to eat and get some drinks in Williams. The parking lot is big enough to park your trailer.

The rooms are large but everytyis old. Worn out furniture, torn couches dirty looking bathtubs. Trash all over outside by entrance from overflowing trash cans. Would not stay again.

Family was satisfied with the room. It had a pool which the family enjoyed very much.

Comfy bed

The room was ok but there was many things that need to be fixed or updated. The light cover over the sink was hanging down on one side, the back parking door to get into the building never locked anyone could walk right in, the pool was freezing , there was no sink stopper in the sink and the door handle was loose on the bathroom door.

Hotel doesn't do housekeeping unless asked for it, housekeeping doesn't speak English so difficult to request towels,

Everything was great, close to the town.
The room had a brown stain on the ceiling

The mattress is terrible, and you can’t close the blackout curtains so the parking light shines in the window all night

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the town fireworks from the parking lot! Minor power outage and felt sorry for the staff as customers ranting at the front desk like it was their fault 😩 The proximity to all the attractions (Grand Canyon, Bearzona, lakes, & camping) was perfect.

I waited for some time at the front desk for a concierge to get me check in. No one was around. Another guest arrives and still no one. I went around to the other side a saw a lady sitting down. I finally got help. Her service were Just OK. The room were descent. The bed was a little firm but, I wouldn't mind staying here again. Hopefully, not having to call for someone to get checked in again.

For the price, this is not worth it. The property is run down, and we had issues with cleanliness and the condition of our room. It was overall fairly clean, but it clearly was not detailed as there was dust a top many surfaces, and there were crusty corners. The chair in our room had a hole in it, and the corners of the walls were broken. I would expect more from a Wyndham property. Although there was a restaurant on property, the menu in our room was sticky and only had breakfast items listed, so we went off property to have dinner. We did not visit the restaurant for breakfast, either, as it didn't open until after 7:00 a.m., and we wanted to get out to the Grand Canyon earlier. If you have a very few expectations, this hotel is probably acceptable. If you like to have neat, tidy, clean, working properties, then you should probably look elsewhere. What I stay here again? If I had no other option. It's not the worst that I've stayed in, but if I have other choices, I will book elsewhere.
I took photos, but the app is not allowing me to attach them.

It was a non smoking hotel that smelled like smoke and they covered it up with loads of air freshener. The pictures on the website must be old because the property didn’t look that nice.

The property is pretty outdated. The sofa cushions have rips on them, stains on the carpet and mold in the bathroom. Overall it could use a face lift but the sheets are clean and the staff was excellent!
