Clean room staff friendly! Only downfall no elevator!

3 floors, no elevator. Luckily I was on the main floor. The coroner was removing a body when I arrived and I couldn’t cancel at that point.

Quick trip, currencies in around 10. Night clerk seemed a little grumpy. 2 queen beds, 1 had a depression in the middle, and when you laid on it the end of the mattress was higher than the rest. Checked out early around 615, and the morning lady was very cheerful. Asked about our stay, and if there was anything they could have done to make it better. I informed her of the mattress, and she was quick to take the info. Very clean, decent parking lot, no sketchy people that i could seeands in very cautious. Would stay again for a quick trip. No pool!

Old hotel, unpleasant smelling room and hallway, bed that's lumpy and a TV that was ok 15 years ago. I'm surprised there weren't bed bugs. I won't return

The hotel was a solid 3 Star. The staff were great but the hotel is dated.

Expedia error overbooked hotel. Upon arrival no rooms available. It took 2 additional hours to locate accommodation. NOT hotels fault.

We left a few hours after checking in. We were exhausted from the traveling and decided to take a nap and during that time someone entered our room. After that i put the lock on the top and someone attempted 2 more times to enter our room. My family did not feel safe so we found other accommodations

Check-in was a bit lengthy and the tub drain was clogged, which made me feel dirty and uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was fine.

There was very little parking in the parking lot. The room had a very loud beeping that would not go away. I honestly don’t know how I was able to sleep. The staff was very nice and helpful

This was a clean hotel, and the staff were wonderful and friendly. However there is no elevator!! I didn’t realize and had to carry my suitcase up the stairs!

Clean and good breakfast

I would say it was a good place. Only bad was key card always resetting had to constantly have it reprogrammed again. Otherwise decent place.

The only thing was good the cleaning but everything else Horrible not coming back!

Very old property. Requested to switch rooms because the first one smelled like rabbit. Food pellets was switched to the room next-door, and it smelled exactly the same. The attendance solution was to saturate it with Febreze. Definitely a low budget motel for a reason have stayed at many Quality inn And most are decent. This one is probably the worst.

The only thing I didn’t like was a minor mess up on the billing for my stay. Even though the problem was fixed, I could have been charged for a day or so that I already paid for.

Immediately smelled of must and stale cigarettes when I walked into the room. Curtains had holes in them that shined through when they were closed. The window and toilet had been noticeably sprayed but when never wiped and left them dirty. Shower was average at best and the shower curtain did nothing to protect the floors from getting slippery and wet. There were no towels provided to put down on the floor for the showers to at least help with this problem. However I did find a dirty towel in the room upon arrival. I called the front desk prior to placing the reservations and asked them if there would be any issues with me arriving just after midnight due to my flight. The woman informed me there was no problem and someone would be onsite to be there to check me in and all I had to do was put a note in with my reservation. After arriving at the hotel late as I mentioned in the reservation this information was either not provided to them or they didn’t mind to read. My reservation was cancelled due to a “No Show”. Fortunately enough the front desk attendant was able to fix this problem within a few minutes and for that I am grateful. The parking lot will comfortably fit compact cars and will be extremely tight with anything larger. I had rented a fullsized truck and was concerned with anywhere I parted it. I do want to say their breakfast in the morning was very easy and all who stayed there seemed to enjoy the morning. Everything seemed fresh and well organized.

I was really disappointed when I checked in, It took a long time to get my reservations confirmed, Because I was denied when I booked this reservation a little bit ago. Then when I got to my room, That was the most disgusting thing I ever saw in my life. They had put me in a room that stunk! Was not even made up with for the beds. I got so upset I was screaming very upset, Give me I wanted my money back. I could not stay in anything like that. But they apologize and right away, they had been into our lot nicer room, So I will give them a little credit for that. Other than the little mess up of checking in, Everything else was pretty nice. The staff was very nice very friendly very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic! So Great job to the cook that put the breakfast together.

Great location for shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately even though the hotel has some upgrades, it still feels old. Vinyl floors are not sound proof and could hear the people above too well. Breakfast was the best we’ve had with lots of hot items not usually found at other hotels. And the biggest surprise was no elevators!!!

It was clean and safe. But There was no Elevator.

Ive been here many times

Overall good stay, it was a quick 2 nights. The staff was great, very friendly and its a convenient location. Our room didn't get made up during the day while we were out, so I'm not sure if thats something thats changed with hotel rooms recently. So we had to ask for new towel sets in the evening
