The staff was helpful and friendly, and the room was clean. About what you'd expect for the price. The only problem we had with our stay was we at one point forgot our key card in our room. We went to the front desk to replace it, and they replaced it without checking our ID or anything. We just told them the room number and they gave us a key. It made us a little concerend that they might give ANYONE a key if they just gave a room number. So their security practices probably need to be updated. I wouldn't recommend staying here alone, have someone with you for safety.

I thought I was booking another hotel. I didn't realize the rooms were on outside hallways. It was my fault for not looking at all the pictures. But the place was clean and in a good location for the price!

Overall the staff was very friendly. Our room however was disgusting, not only was it just filthy(needed swept, trash needed emptied and the worst part there was a USED condom under the mattress when I chrcked for bugs.

The overall condition was definitely not worth the price or equal to the online ratings. Room was outdated with stains on the furniture (couch, night stand, chair), tub had something melted on the edge (blue in color). Shampoo dispenser in shower was empty, which wasn't discovered until the morning of our departure.

Shower didnt drain, had a 1/2” gap at bottom of door, the curtians to keep lights out didnt close, and paid for Queen Beds but got Full. I give it a 6/10.

The front desk was extremely nice. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean when we arrived and cleaned every day. The pool was dirty when we got there but cleaned on Friday for the weekend. The bath tub shower walls would have used a little TLC. Nothing nasty just noticed. The breakfast the young lady made every day was absolutely fantastic. Overall for the price I would stay there again.

The bathroom was dirty with stains on everything. The towels were tossed onto the shelves making us unsure if they were clean or not. The hotel said you could pay on arrival, but charged the card used to “reserve” the room before we got there. Would not stay at a Baymont again after this experience.

Comfortable, no frills. A little over priced for a Baymont by Wyndham for what you get. Air conditioner was leaking, leaving a sopping wet floor by the window but if you didn’t walk over there, it would not affect you, just worried about mold build up over time.

I'm not sure why this hotel had such great ratings. We had to get 2 rooms, and both had things broken and in disarray. Sure, the hotel staff were very nice, but it was clear they didn't have a proper maintenance budget.

Room was clean and had everything we needed for a quick stay .Only issue was ants . There was no stale cigarette smell as there is in some supposed non smoking rooms. Should be a designated smoking area outside , so smokers aren’t lurking around outside doors.

I love this hotel. We stayed there in May and it was a no-brainer to book again. Great location. Clean rooms, lobby, and pool. Love the Dove shampoo. Fantastic hot breakfast with lots of options. Staff is on top of everything. Highly recommend

The check in and out was good. The room was infested with ants, there was blood on the cover and then the cleaning lady came and banged on the door at 9:00 AM saying that check out is at 11. I was very upset and confused as to why she felt the need to come knock on my door so early, and yes, I have pictures and videos.
