I loved my room! It was roomy, the fridge was great and the microwave rocked. I loved being able to bring my own food or door dash some in and heat it up the next day. The breakfast was nice in the am. The manager was great bc my card accidentally got charged twice and he fixed the problem the next day :)
The bed and pillows were soft and the bathroom was roomy.

We were excited to book this hotel based on other’s reviews stating it was a 10/10. Our experience was different. The overall appearance is fine and the service staff is outstanding. That said; the king bed we slept on should have been replaced 5 years ago. It sloped toward the headboard and you could feel the mattress springs through whatever padding was left. The carpet in the room was also worn out as evidenced by it bunching up and posing as a potential tripping hazard at night. We also were disheartened to find roaches, the small German cockroaches in the bathroom when we flipped the light on. The good news is that our bed bug check was negative.
As we value a good night’s sleep the most for a stay we are sorry to give two thumbs down on this property due to the bedding and cockroaches

The staff was excellently friendly and accommodating. The property was a little old, but it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a little lacking.

Overall the stay was perfectly fine for what I was looking for. The hotel was right off the highway which was ideal for me and many food options within walking distance. Check-in was smooth and easy. Hotel is showing wear and tear and there was a weird smell throughout the common areas and hallways. Smell was not in the room, which was clean and had everything needed, though the bathroom was in a little disrepair. Taken all together, I would stay again if passing by.

Quick stop on our way to Pigeon Forge. Hotel was convenient and staff very friendly.

These was one of the least expensive hotels in the area. It was updated, clean and very comfortable. I was very nice. The free breakfast was a bonus and was acceptable, ok. It is right next to the Cracker Barrel, so if you would like to spend a little money, you can go there. Dunkin is across the street. It is right off of the highway, easy on and off. 15 min drive to downtown Knoxville or 30 min to Smokey Mountains.

The stay was just "ok".... good place to lay your head for the night. Property was slighty renovated recently but a polished turd is still a turd. The bathroom was terrible, toilet wasnt fastened to floor, the toilet seat was barely hanging on. Cleanliness of bathroom was not really up to par. In my opinion it needs a better renovation done..

For a 2-night stay, it was decent place to stay, and the bed was comfortable. However, the cleanliness of the hotel was questionable. This was the first time we felt we needed to wipe down our room. The hallway outside of our room had an odor. With us barely being in the hotel, just enough time to sleep, it’s wasn’t a terrible experience.

Staff was pleasant, bed was comfy, but that is the only positive things I can say about the place. I always check the bed/room for cleanliness upon arrival and this was the first time I’ve ever found something that caused enough panic for me to complain and ask for a new room. I found mouse droppings behind the bed and on the floor between the bathroom and bedroom space. I called the front desk and was assured this has never happened and he seemed as if he didn’t believe me, so I took photos. He did offer a refund as there was not any other available rooms, but when I went to the front desk, they offered a room with a king size bed (booked 2 double beds). We took that because we could not find anywhere else with availability. Upon moving our things to the new room, the smell of cat urine was really strong in the hall and the smell in the room wasn’t much better. I guess the cats kept the mice away here as we found no droppings. I am thankful they had a room for us, but would never stay here again.

Your employee “Lincoln” was fantastic! We had our daughter, our teenage granddaughter, and our granddaughter’s friend with us a we’d hoped to get adjoining rooms. Lincoln worked it out and our stay was perfect.
You’ve got a great future-leader working for you in Lincoln. He makes a stay a great event.

This is a good hotel at a convenient location in Farragut. The reason I gave a 3 for cleanliness is due to mold in the tub.

The rooms was clean but the hallways were dirty. Roof must have a leak there was a fan drying out the carpet. Looked like they were doing some updating as well. The pool looked new but you couldn't get to it, the pool fab was broken.
Breakfast was good they had a nice assortment offiid to eat. The coffee was good too.
We just stayed overnight and I'd book here again for overnight.

The staff was wonderful. Alex checked us in, he was very polite and informative of everything. The lady in the breakfast area was super friendly! She asked if we needed anything checked to make sure there was enough food (we ate right before the breakfast service was over). I didn't get the means namee that checked us out, he was very funny, super polite as well. Only issue we had the sprinkler alarm went off in the middle of the nigh. The front desk was very apologetic about it. Which we understood, stuff happens. I'd highly recommend this place. t

We've rebooked this hotel when traveling through due to the convenience of getting on I75. Room was clean, bed comfortable and hot breakfast included. We didn't care about the tv but it was hard to find a channel that came in. AC worked well.

Everything was good except the room had a strong smell, almost like a cigarette smell. Otherwise we were very pleased

Everything was enjoyable for our stay. The manager was able to accommodate our early check in after a long drive. I’d like to thank Ms Katherine in the breakfast room. She was very delightful and took great care of us.

There were two roaches in the room. The shower pressure was awful and the air did not circulate well. Felt very humid

Arrived at the property 30 min after check. Room was not ready. Waited about 15 min until clerk told me that an alternative room was available. Got the keys, walked in the room and immediately noticed a loud stench of urine. Returned to the desk and requested a full refund.

Traveling through so one night only stay. The front desk staff, housekeeping and breakfast staff were over the top friendly and so helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The room needs a cleaning, specifically vacuuming the floors. Breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, a decent place to stay for the price.

The rooms were a bit shabby. The customer service was excellent when we checked in at 10pm, but the staff in the morning wasn’t friendly.

We stayed at this hotel twice. On the way to DC and on the way home. The gentleman at the front desk was not very kind. We arrived late both trips. Between 9-11 pm. Both times we had sarcastic comments and general unfriendliness. We almost left the second time. Won’t stay again.

It wasn’t the best place we’ve ever stayed, but it wasn’t the worst either. It was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, there were holes in the walls around the outlets, and the bathroom was chipped and outdated. Water sprayed everywhere when you took a shower and the toilet paper holder was not screwed into the wall, so fell off every time you used it.
