Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working. That would have been ok, but the front desk did not say anything to anyone staying there. A heads up would have been nice.

When we arrived, there was a young boy running around the lobby and breakfast area. He was jumping up onto the luggage carts by the doors and sliding around on the sofa in the lobby area. Since there weren’t any other guests checking in, I wasn’t sure why he was there. When we left a little later, he was sitting with the check-in clerk in the breakfast area. Breakfast was very nice. The fan in our bathroom sounded like a plane taking off and the mattress was the hardest and most uncomfortable one I have ever slept on.

Hotel needs an update. Had to move rooms twice. First was dirty, bathroom and carpets. Second room, toilet backed up then there was a leak from the sprinkler in the bathroom which flooded the floor. Third room had only a fold out sofa as second bed, and didn’t have sufficient bedding for it. Because we booked through a third party(Hotels.com) they were initially reluctant to move us. I’m having second thoughts about using Hotels. Com in future.

Front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Microwave in room is a plus. There are a few restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower water is not hot enough. The conditioner spayed to my eyes when pressed.

Liked the rooms and that HE could accommodate our request of adjoining rooms. A recliner would have been nice in the king room.

This property was exactly what was needed for this visit. The place is conveniently located off the highway and there were several options for dining within short walking distance. The staff were kind and accommodating. While the hotel is definitely showing its age and could use some renovations to spruce it up (I’m looking at you, worn and stained bathtub), it was remarkably clean and most importantly quiet. The included breakfast was wonderful, offering pretty much everything: different versions of eggs, meats, breads, cold, hot, savories and sweets. The indoor pool was very popular and the strong chlorine smell in the lobby lets you know the pool is there. So did all the wet, bathing suit-wearing kiddos gleefully running around. Once in the elevator, all was quiet. I’d recommend this hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights. Room was fairly clean but not spotless. Beds were pretty hard and the pillows were terrible. But thats most hotels these days. Pool and hot tub were good overall, but the chlorine smell was pretty strong. Breakfast was good, no complaints. Staff was very friendly and helpful. No ice machine on 1st floor (which is where we were) so had to go to the 2nd floor for that. No vending machines, but they do have stuff for sale in the main lobby. However, the prices were s bit high in my opinion ($4 for a bottle of pop). Our room was near the fitness center and we could hear anytime someone was running on the treadmill. So much so that I was awakened at 630am. Most of the "issues" ive mentioned are minor to me. I would stay again.

We stayed with you again to visit our family in Minnatonka. We liked it so well we chose to stay with you again. Right off the highway and 5 minutes from family. Convenient shopping and tourist attractions. We also love the pool and hot tub. The breakfast is very good too.

The only real problem was the tv. Two remotes and two service calls later, it still didn't work with the remote. Also, the pool could be warmer.

Location and hotel are fine ... bathroom fan was extremely loud, desk chair was broken (reclined too far back) and the heat wasn't working in my room (at least I couldn't get it to go on). Otherwise, room was clean, beds are comfortable and staff is friendly.

Our room was not very clean. Visible dust and we found numerous items on the floor near the bed. A child’s toy. A French fry and a water bottle.

This hotel is convenient to several major highways, but in a safe and quiet location (I used to live nearby, so I can vouch for the neighborhood). It's about 20 minutes from the airport. There are many dining options nearby - fast food and sit-down restaurants. Front desk staff is professional and friendly. My room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower has great water pressure. The breakfast is very nice - lots of hot and cold options. I appreciated the inclusion of turkey sausage and gluten free muffins. I usually stay with friends or family when I'm in town, but if there's ever another occasion when I need a hotel, I would definitely stay here again.

We were booked in a room on the first floor near the pool, work out room & breakfast area. Was more noisy than we wished. Room was very clean & comfortable.

There was a housekeeping error and our room was not ready until 9pm!! The staff was extremely kind and felt bad but this doesn’t change the fact we had to wait so long for our room. My daughter had a dance competition early the next morning and needed to be in bed early.

Fast easy check in. Comfortable room, nice towels and amenities. Caribou coffee and several dining options within a block. Easy to get to. Keurig in the room, with pods so good coffee available.

Fridge and microwave and lamp all didn’t work

The bed was hard and uncomfortable but, the service was excellent and the spa in the pool area was really relaxing.

Plenty of parking. Variety of dining options close by. Big room, nice bed. Everything worked in the room.

The pool was very high in chemicals

Everything was overall fine. Staff was very friendly. Only thing is it is a bit dated, old TVs and the bed was a bit lumpy. Breakfast was good!

The only really disappointing thing at this hotel for us was the inability to use our Roku with any of the room tv's.
